like that, so he's handling all the people who don't follow the rules.

Secondly, don't go sending us advertisements, chain letters, photographs, or
music files unless we give the OK. Online inboxes are small, and not
everybody has a cable modem. (Conterez: "Ha! You and your pathetic dialups.") We can't go using all our time to download
files and better the site, because then what limited social lives we have go down the
