This spell almost ALWAYS works! I have never had it fail yet. It is so potent once I was just writing the spell down and thinking about my friend, and she called because she just couldn't stop thinking about 
me. Weird. Ussually it will be used after a fight or something when you want the other to call you. When this happens, be careful- the news may be bad. But always use it as a last resort if you do not know where the person is to call them yourself. The person ussual calls/contacts you in a couple hours... the second you foret about the spell they will call. I've had it work within 10minutes to 6 hours... it jsut depends. This is not Manipulation- the spell pretty much tells the person you want them to call... they deciede if they will or not. The person will just have you stuck on their mind.
