They History Of Florine

Florine was created in the form of Camolot. . .though it is a bit more magical what with chocolat falvored apples and all. If you decide to swim in the ocean the city is set by your would not have to hold your breath, because it is breathable. It was founded about 400 years before Autum was born. All the Queens of Florine have an unexplainable power. . .this power getting them into a lot of trouble. No one knew where the came from and no one wants to. Having been built by the sea there were obviously going to be mermaids, and mermen involoved. Actually the merpeople were the people that guarded the entrence into the city from the sea. Well, not much happened in the earlier years, but around the time Autum was born things started to happen. People bacame more interested in the land and there were more attakes. Though in Autum's younger years she was told nothing about these attackes and the battles. . .she new. As she grew older on man inparticular took an interest in her, his name was Cortez, and her was the reson for most of the problems. Once she reached the age of 18 he asked her father for her hand in marriage, her promised to end the attackes against the land and make an alliance with them. King Cassiano wanted no part of it though and refused him. There was a war, in which Florine was nearly defeated. They had to send not only all their kights to the battle, but most of the guards. While the kings attention was on the battle field, Cartez attacked the city, he killed most every one in the land and killed the entier royal family. . .all but Autum. Her family hid her in a secret passageway where they could not find her and she escaped with her life. Though at the time she did not know it there was one other member of the royal family still alive, her cousin Beowulf Nighthunter. Niether of them knew that they were family until Autum went through a few papers that had not been destroyed. Apparently Beowulf's father had disowned him and had returned to reclaim him as his son. Well, Autum still didn't know that he was alive. But she realized it as she saw the city being rebuilt bit by bit. Once she saw him she told him that they were cousins and that everyone ealse was killed. he didn't beleave her until they compared their family creast which was exactly the same. She had inhereted the sword that was made by the first dragon to ever live in Florine. It could only be touched by blood members of the royal family and would kill anyone ealse instantly. The name of this sword what The Sword of The Dragon. It was also the only thing that would kill Cortez. She was attacked many times by his followers before she actually found the sword. She then went after him and killed him as soon as she could. After she killed Cortez his followers continued to attack, though the attackes were nothing to be worried about. His followers were easily delt with and the city was being rebuilt. Autum began to recruit people for her guards, army, and healers. . .as well as anything ealse she needed to be filled. The city's population is slowly growing. She wishes to return Florine to it's former glory. She wishes it to becaome a land where all species can live. . .dragons, elves, drawfs vampires. . .ect. After the war thoguh things changed some. New flowers began to grow. Over the graves of dragons or whereever a dragons blood fell roses began to grow of all the colors of dragon with the shapes of dragons on each petal. Where the ground was scorches roses grew of black, red, blue and a few other colors with an oposite color of lfames on the tips of the pettals. There are now silver and gold flower. . .trees that grow theses flowers as well. The land has become more beutiful already then it once was. And that is the end for now. Though this is no where near over.
