Assessment: Sirius Black should be killed on sight. Has potential as a man organiser and his unpredictability makes him a serious threat. His loyalty though could be a factor so considerable effort should be put into bargaining his surrender by capturing his allies. Information in his head is invaluable.

Lavender Brown

Relationships: Involved with Neville Longbottom and close friends with Parvati Patil, Seamus Finnigan and Dean Thomas.

Location: In hiding amongst the wizarding community. Can be found easilly enough if needed.
Assessment: Little or no threat, could be useful as a moral crushing kill as has links with many members of the community.

Penelope Clearwater

Assessment: Extremely talented and dangerous, Dumbledore should be considered the highest priority of operations as without him the resistance will be leaderless and foolish. Possible avenues of assault are attacking his school and students forcing him to come out. Very dangerous.

Seamus Finnigan

Known Affiliation: Known to have links to the resistance.
Family: Father's a Muggle, Mother's a witch.
Relationships: Involved with a diviner, Parvati Patil. Best friend of a Mudblood, Dean Thomas and close friendship with Neville Longbottom and Lavender Brown.

Threat: Neglible as long as he is under the control of Severus Snape at Hogwarts.

Assessment: A curious choice of a professor by Severus Snape but could prove to be an important choice by keeping him involved in matters within our control. Relationship with the diviner could be costly so appropriate attention should be paid to make sure she doesn't tell him too much.

Hermione Granger

Known Affiliation: Mudblood, so consider hostile. Friend of Harry Potter and the resistance.
Family: Muggles.
Relationships: Involved with Ron Weasley and best friend of Harry Potter.
Skills: Extremely clever. Good at organisation and research. Talented in the fields of charms, potions and transfiguration.
Threat: Should be considered a potentially serious threat. Removal should be iminent.

Assessment: Should be removed publically and with undue haste as it will cause havoc amongst the ranks of the resistance. Can be manipulated in certain situations as has a tendancy to allow emotions to dictate actions.

Angelina Johnson

Assessment: An international figure and well liked and respected amongst the resistance. Has disappeared from the international Quidditch set up and is currently un-accounted for. Any action taken against him should be considered carefully as he is a figure of respect throughout Europe. If hostile, capture without injury should be paramount and Imperius should be considered an option.

Neville Longbottom

Known Affiliation: Known to have links to the resistance and a deep hatred of the Death Eaters due to attack on his parents.

Assessment: Longbottom is an average wizard at best and only has skill in Herbology. His hatred of the Lestranges could be manipulated and his relationship with key members of the resistance could be used to our advantage. Should be considered a potentially weak link.

Relationships: Close to Sirius Black, Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore.

Assessment: A natural successor to Dumbledore he is the only person who will be able to keep Black in line. Should consider capitalising on the lunar cycle to launch an attack.

Assessment: Good at her job but not much else - seems to lack motivation at times yet seems to enjoy expelling people. Perhaps would be better suited to the Zabini section.

Assessment: Should be considered a desireable capture due to prophesising abilities. Relationship with Finnigan is one that could be used to our advantage. If capture is unatainable then should be considered to be a desireable kill.

Assessment: Should be considered as the ultimate kill. Any opportunity to get close should be examined and undertook. Is unpredictable and emotional and as such can be manipulated. Removal of his closest allies should be considered closely.
