About: Well, I’m Gracie, kind of in awe that we actually have a site now. But anyway, about me.

I got sucked into fandom by the show Roswell, I loved it so much that I went online and looked at episodes, then it led me to Roswell sites, then to message boards, the rest, they say, is history.

Gracie dislikes: Fic flaming, fics that completely change characters around so they are un-believably evil (This happens a lot to my favourite characters Tess from Roswell and Ron from Harry Potter), actor bashing.

Occupation: Student of History of Art, Anthropology and English Lit which will leave me qualified to do just about nada worthwhile but I'm hoping to go into teaching and become a *shudder* Art History teacher.

About: Well, I'm 22 and have never actually had a site for my fics before. I got into writing favfic through the Roswell fandom where I wrote a lot of fics, most of which are CC. My favourite couples at the time were Kyle/Tess and Alex/Isabel. Anyway, during this time I began writing RBB with Fez which was basically a full time writing job for the best part of threemonths - needless to say it wasn't without it's strains (and then some ;)). After that was finished I began working on Virtual Season 3 and it was during this time that I got sucked into the murky world of UC ships and I've basically been there ever since.

My interest in Roswell kinda diminished along with the show's writers intelligence and as a result I found my next fandom - the wonderful Harry Potter fandom where I have far too many strange shipping choices and as a result we do have the problem of many of my ships being...obscure is probably the right word. My number one ship, which can probably be seen with the majority of my writing is Draco and Ginny. There's a lot of things I like about this ship - in particular the potential for angst and character development on both sides and as a result it really makes the alternative choices for them both seem rather bland but as the chances of Draco and Ginny happening in canon are zero percent I've been trying to broaden my horizons.

Likes: Harry Potter, Roswell, Reading, Writing, Music, LotR, sports, football, people not afraid to laugh at themselves, mindless foof, angst...

Dislikes: Idiots, dumb blonde jokes from anyone who isn't either an a) -blonde, or b) willing to prove that they are more intelligent than this blonde *g*, the blatantly biased British media, right wing politicians, fandom people who think that their ship is law and can't stand any difference in opinion (for good examples of both you just need to spend some time in some Roswell or Harry Potter sites), ooc fic, mindless foof that's got a cruel ending (I'm not very good at handling that emotionally :(), Slash bashers, flamers...
