Mentor and Lover

You are my mentor and my lover,
Each day with you is fresh and new.
You teach me how to cope in life
As I share my dreams daily with you.

With trust that was earned by each other
We continue to learn and discover
New ways to compliment one another.

Your wisdom impresses me daily.
Our love of life connects us
And binds us through spirituality.

We are free to be independent,
