This is the sub council page. I suggest you read all or most of it before applying, as it will save time and it will decrease the rejection rate lol!

These things written below are requirements for being on the sub council, or even the main council:
!!Be active
!!Post in the forum (guild's message board)
!!Have been in the guild for at least 1 week
!!Hasn't breaken any rules on the FS webbie site
!!Be kind to others and willing to help out
If you have these wonderful qualities and you furfil the requirements, you can give it a shot!

...Applying

Now this is important, READ ALL! When you apply, put "Sub Council Application" in the subject of the neomail!! Then in where you write your normal message, put the your description of what you are able to do to help the guild or why you wish to be on the sub council. If I think its reasonable and you furfil all the requirements, you will be up on the sub council as soon as possible. Now the sub council position is totally up to me, so I could put you I. place or V. place. As you are more active and stuff, your rank will be moved up, your placement on the sub council moved up (maybe even to main council), and even winning some MOTW or giveaway prizes. Aren't these such great benefits? Hehe...
