SYNOPSIS:

The only child of a very wealthy man, Jessica was spoiled and pampered her entire life, yet the loss of her mother always kept her yearning for more.

With his wife's untimely death, Jessica's father worked hard to provide for the only child his wife left him, giving her everything he believed she could ever desire. However, Jessica felt a greater yearning for her father's attention than any of the gifts he had ever given her. With her father pouring his heart and soul into his business, Jessica felt abandoned and alone. Trying to ease the burden of his guilty conscience, he showered his daughter with gifts, but still Jessica remained bitter towards him, longing for the one thing that money could never buy.

Love.

With years of feeling unloved and unwanted, Jessica decides to make a change in her life. With a few belongings and a large sum of money, she disappears into the night, determined to begin a new life on her twenty-first birthday. Even the most well-thought-out plan has it's hitches, and the same is true with Jessica's scheme. Even when her few belongings and money are stripped of her, she remains determined to make it on her own. The option of returning home is not one the stubborn young lady will take, and instead she makes her home on the streets of Orlando. It is there that she first meets the man who will forever change her life.
