There is one thing for certain, and that is change. 321Clipart.com has disposed of their sparkly letters, so I have chosen other letters to take their place...and really, those sparkly letters didn't add as much to my site as a whole, aesthetically, as the sparkles. Anywho, they get a 4 out of 4 stars for having so many graphics to choose from, if nothing else! After all, they are a graphics site, not a personal hey-ho for anyone. ;-P Yes, I will add a graphics site review category for this section. It's only fair, given how much time I have devoted over the past year to hunting down the graphics--not to mention how many batteries I have depleted listening to good ol' Jon Anderson while creating my site!
Anyway, the time is getting closer to when I can spend hrs on this site and not have my parents breathing down me neck as to when I will get offline, so you won't have to wait TOO much longer for reviews to get up here! :-P

Review Criteria
Information/Intelligence--Does site owner know his/her 'biz'?
Organization--Is the info organized in easy to follow categories, or is it higgledy-piggledy?
Fun Stuff--Does site owner include things like polls, forums/message boards, a showcase of their interests and hobbies(e.g. stories, poetry, web design); links to recommended sites? Is this a site geared for kids and/or kids at heart? Is there a recommended minimum age?(If not, I'll give the site a rating--gotta keep the web safe for young'uns)
Graphics/Computer Lang. Usage--Is the site well put together with bare minimal use of frames, proper use of tables? Is the site graphics intensive? Any Java? Is there a theme running through each background and graphic for each section, or is it a crazy-quilt style with different, exciting BGs and dividers/buttons in each section? Are the graphics in a set, or pulled together from different sites? If the graphics are made by the site owner, how imaginative are the graphics? Martha-Stewart-Monotone, or Wonderfully Wild and Crazy like the Muppets?
One Star: Don't even GO there!
Two Stars: The site could use some work, but the owner had better not quit his/her 9-5 job just yet.
Three Stars: Might be a popular place eventually, so go ahead and spin the hit-counters, OK!(yeah, I'm a 'Pepe the Prawn' nut!)
Four Stars: Bravo, bravo, bravissimo! Give this site owner a standing ovation!!!!
