Very little is known about this egyptian woman, who appears in the very beginning of Battle City. She is Malik's sister and their father was killed by Yugi, in this life or the past, it is not known. Some believe she is the Egyptian Goddess Isis, but it is not proven. Around her neck she wears the Millenium item, the Millenium Tuak. It supposedly allows it posesser to see into the future.

Isis first appeared in the manga issue #16, where she arranged a meeting with Seto Kaiba in the new egyptian exhibit at the museum. There, she showed Kaiba a set of ancient egyptian tablets, depicted on the tablets were images of Yugi and Kaiba dueling. She explained that at that time, the original version of the modern game, Duel Monsters was used to decide the sixteenth Pharaoh of Egypt. However, the picture of Pharaoh that was decided was gouged out of the tablet. Seto sees a picture of Yugi on the tablet, and is enraged. But Isis tells him to take a closer look, and Seto sees an image of himself as well on the tablet, opposite Yugi. She requests he collect all three of the 'God Cards' and return them to her. To aid him, she gives him the "God of Obelisk" card.

Soon after she met Yami Yugi at the same exhbit and informs him a new battle to determine the new king will be starting. She is also a competitor in the final tournament of Battle City.
