This is the page where I write about what motivated me to make this site and a bit about myself. If ya not interested to read it, then just surf along.

[ About the site ]
I firstly got into Techno music a few years ago, after I had gone through that dreadfull heavymetal stage, I started getting more and more into techno and all the sub categories. At first I brought a WILD album, which was what firstly started me off. I then moved on into some more progressive house, and hardhouse albums, then eventually got into the awesome Gatecrasher series. This is when I knew that the music for me was Trance. Trance made me feel things, the music talked to me, not only that, but it could make me feel different emotions. It wasnt just put it on, and listen, it was more of a ritual with me. I would auctually let the music effect me, the way it should be listened to, and yeh I know what ya thinkin "this guys on drugs, that fukin tripper!" but no, im fully drug free (part from Alcohol ;-)), the only drug that I need is the music itself.
One of the things that pisses me of alot, is nowadays the Techno community gets alot of try hards, calling themselves ravers and such. These people, are naive and senile. For many of these people its just a craze, that they are going through, just going with the pack, thinkin that saying they are into techno instantly means they are cooler than others. But no music is superior to another. All music is unique, and everyone has their own tastes.
Remember to always stay true to the music you love! and AAAAAALWAYZ remember the ravers moto:
P.L.U.R (peace, love, unity, respect).

Techno is one of the most universally loved genres of music in the world. It makes you feel and lets you become.
Succumb to the reality of the Techno universe.

[ Influences ]
My main influence would easily be the one and only Paul Van Dyk. He is not only easily my favourite DJ and producer, but my idol. I look up to him and the way he has shaped his life. His style of music is like no other I have heard of. If I had to say, who changed my outlook on music, this name would easily come up. He influenced my mind, my body, and my soul.
Currently i listen to a vast majority of music. I try to broaden my taste and am alwayz set to enjoy new musical experiences. Trance and the electronica genre is easily my most favoured style.

Other styles I mainly enjoy are: all things trance (hard, uplifting, melodic etc)! breaks, dNb, progressive, house, HHC, hardhouse, NRG, techno, Goa, Psy and most other styles that fall under the electronica genre.

[ Status ]
Currently Im a guest DJ for C & D Productions, which keeps me farily busy. Every day I learn new things about DJ'in and the music I love. Im alwayz progressing and learning new techniques.

[ Phuture ]
Currently Im still getting my DJ skilz up. I hope to soon, be DJ'in in and around Clubs in melbourne, but this wont be for a while, as of my current income and considering im still at school with shitall time on my hands. It shall hafta wait.
I do occasionally DJ at friends partys etc, and am Guest DJ for C & D Productions when they in need of a break.
Once I get some decent upload space for the site, I hope to include some mixes I recorded, and eventually some tunez of my own.
