TUESDAY, OCTOBER 30th, 2001 @ MICHAEL'S EIGHTH AVENUE, GLEN BURNIE, MD.
-- Mix And Match Tag Team Match -- EARL THE PEARL and CHRISTIAN YORK versus "THE FUTURE" JOEY MATTHEWS and RAMBLIN' RICH MYERS:
The Card for this match was changed. It was YORK & MATTHEWS vs. RAMBLIN' RICH MYERS & GENESIS. The results are as follows:
"THE FUTURE" JOEY MATTHEWS and CHRISTIAN YORK defeated RAMBLIN' RICH MYERS and GENESIS, with GILLBERG as the special guest referee.

EARL THE PEARL claimed that he had pulled a groin muscle, so GENESIS would take his place, and the match would not be for the MCW Tag Team Titles.

YORK and MATTHEWS pinned MYERS, with the Futureshock (double hip-toss powerbomb). YORK and MATTHEWS then celebrated their victory only to realize that they are not the MCW Tag Team Champions. (That would totally SUCK! Grr...)


FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2nd, 2001 @ THE CAIN ATHLETIC CENTER @ WASHINGTON COLLEGE, IN CHESTERTOWN, MD:
CHRISTIAN YORK and JOEY MATTHEWS vs. "SUPERMODEL" MARCUS JORDAN and DOUG DELICIOUS with MISS VANESSA.
In a desperate attempt to get into JORDAN's new modeling agency, DELICIOUS tagged with the supermodel, in hopes of getting a victory over YORK and MATTHEWS. However, the young duo, out of Fairfax, Virginia, hit the Full Effect (a double implant DDT), on DELICIOUS, to get the win, therefore, costing DELICIOUS his modeling contract, with the World Modeling Agency.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd, 2001, IN PAW PAW WV:
-- MCW Tag Team Championship -- THE HOLY ROLLERS (EARL THE PEARL and RAMBLIN' RICH MYERS) with PLATINUM NAT versus "THE FUTURE" JOEY MATTHEWS and CHRISTIAN YORK.
As usual, YORK and MATTHEWS came out to a riotous ovation, for their impromptu match against the tag team champions. And like always, it was a classic tag battle between possibly the two greatest tag teams, in MCW history. However, it was not the usual ending with THE HOLY ROLLERS not being able pull out a win by the skin of their teeth, as YORK and MATTHEWS pinned RICH MYERS, after the Full Effect (a double implant DDT), to become the new tag champions.
