CHEATS
Secret wanzer:
After mission 59 do the following:
Go to (ARMOREDKIN/OTHER/JAPAN) then go to
the BBS. Go and look at the 3rd message and you will see a phone number
555(XKR)224. Take the number to (AUSPEND/OTHER/AUSTRALIA) and use the Inferno
Dial located in the Garbage Pit and dial the number. The parts of the new
wanzer will be placed in your inventory so you will have to put it together
yourself. You also get a powerful laser gun.
HINTS
Follow these helpful tips when playing:
- When it just seems to take forever to destroy
an enemy mech, gang up on it. Have all your mechs attack only one mech,
until you destroy it.
- Don't split up your units. Keep your Panzers
together; move together.
- At every chance you get, upgrade your mechs
as much as you can.
- Save your progress at each chance.
- To speed up battles even more, when the "zoom
in" begins, press the O button, this will skip the "Visual"
part of the battle. But hey, that's the best part!

Network Passwords
Note: If you are wondering how the heck passwords
are acquired in the game, wonder no more. Notice that sometimes you can
download software from various sites in the FM3 network. These programs
can help you to decode text messages or graphical items downloaded from
the net. For example, there is this picture that is too small to see. Simply
just use some picture enlarging software and you should be able to see
something. Usually, the text items are not so direct in giving you the
passwords that you require, some will need problem solving techniques.
You can also obtain passwords after missions. Sometimes you will notice
blue writing at the bottom of the screen. Thats a password for a particular
site. Thanks to sompop@earthlink.net for the newest passwords!

First 2 digits:
03=USN
07=Japan
08=DHZ
52=Singapore
16=Philipines
34=Spenders? (though WEN would contradict
this)
Second 2 digits:
00=Member of public
10=Goverment
11=Hospitalised? (Mori in Alisa's scenerio)
05=Education? (Hase, Ryogo's teacher)
30=Corporation/Enterprise
99=Military, rebels and mercs
The only ones of real interest are SQUARE
and HODAKA (if you enter HODAKA in Emma's scenerio you can get another
wallpaper after Miss teikhou is announced). They're all confirmed to work
on the PAL version (there is only an English language one released in the
UK - Germany and France got translated manuals only), and they're at least
a complete list of all non-hidden e-mails as i've played both scenerios
extensively, though there are probably more hidden.
Also of interest and I haven't seen anywhere,
look at the Barilar farm website and there is a phone number, I think it's
12A-56BC or something like that (don't hold me to it as I didn't write
it down), but if you enter it onto the infernal dialer at the Auspend Garbagepit
before 555-XKR-224 to get the Hoshun Mk112 and Heavy P beam gun, you will
call the barilar farm and be told the line is busy (maybe it's possible
to get the Methane WZR somehow!), and there is a phone number 1-TAX-HELL
at the Auspend BBS, saying to call between 22:00 and 2:00, I tried it and
it didn't work so I assume it must be done at a very specifc time if it
does anything, and that would mean delaying getting the Hoshun as I believe
the Infernal Dialer dissapears after you get the Hoshun >_<
