We've encountered some pompous kinsfolk who speak much about being "against hate" but who are not sufficiently motivated by love to read and comprehend other Nordic sites before glibly dismissing them as "unsavory". They advise about reading carefully and then don't do this themselves. Phonies of this type would truly profit from the "Policy for Internet Discussion Groups" found in the WLO site linked below. It outlines similar examples of immaturity and moral lassitude we have encountered on the web.
Psychology has shown us incredible examples of how frightened people will often "see" what they are desperately looking for. The Salem Witch Trials are a good example of this. It's ironical that some Nordic kindreds are so terrified of being stereotyped by the mass culture that, in offering sacrifices to this, they end by slandering their own people.
It would be a pity to see the rebirth of Nordic culture become so consolidated under this wishy-washy banner of irresponsibility and falsehood that it degenerates into the same kind of non viability as the prevailing spiritualities now impeding human progress in all societies on Earth. We are tempted to regard these very bossy folk as the "Asatru Brain Police" and hope that the courage of the Old Gods will inspire them with enough integrity to reappraise their hysterical and unjust reactions. Educated Nordic people won't be seduced by pretty html buttons. It isn't enough just to have a beautiful website. You need real love, right thinking, and truth to go along with it. ~ E .F. Magnuson
