The NFCC, also known as the Neopets Foster Care Centre adopts and helps abandoned pets. Our goal is to get as many pets from the adoption agency back into people's homes. We raise their level, paint them, and increase their stats. When this happens the pet will be released from our care back to the adoption agency for someone to give them a home. We rescue a neopet every week. Help the guild and donate items! Please join me and others to make a difference in the pets' lives!
