This is an article about my great uncle who also lived in that house. The old Tavern is still there, it's right on the Olde Town strip. The lady who stabbed him took off afterwords and then she was found. She claimed she never ment to hurt him (even though he was stabbed twice in the head, I mean come on that won't hurt someone) and she got off on claiming it was self defence. They were dating at the time and she said that he came after her with a knife in the bar and she got it from him and stabbed him. My family had some pretty big guys so I think it was pretty unlikly. She got off on nothing and my family lost a loved one. That didn't really seem to matter.
