Session Description

   3 classes spaced about a month apart

   Interactive - please ask questions and bring up issues.

   Each class is about 2 to 3 hours in length

   Measureable scientific/biological data (even through stress, sickness, or poor health).

Cost for the class:     $135.00/couple.             (One time payment due at class One)
This one time fee includes:

*   NFP book/manual (The Art of Natural Family Planning)
*   Digital thermometer
*   CD on NFP (Sexual Common Sense by Janet E. Smith)
*   NFP Charts
*   Fertility Cycles and Nutrition book - (covers problems associated with fertility/health)
*   Lifetime of free phone/e-mail counseling
This one time cost covers everything you will ever need to practice NFP for the rest of your life.
