Sahra and Jess put a pair of handcuffs on that the drummer from Killing Heidi left behind but suddenly realised they couldn't get them off. For almost half an hour, they tried everything to remove the cuffs. Marty tried the lock with scissors and the girls ran their hands under water to no avail. Sahra and Jess went to the Diary Room to tell Big Brother they were stuck and he told them he would get back to them. Sahra managed to slip her hand out but Jess was still stuck.

Marty just announced that he and Jess are tired of being the lead roles in uncut and suggests that the others take their clothes off and do something crazy.

Sahra just wrote the word 'Marty' on Jess' thigh in chocolate body paint and told Marty he had to lick it off. He did and Sahra called Keiran in to watch. Sahra then draws a love heart in chocolate on Marty's inner thighs and tells Jess she has to lick it off - which she does. Sahra then tells Keiran to watch. She wants Keiran to have a go at licking it off Marty. He won't so Sahra does it instead. Keiran then decides he will do it and licks some chocolate off Marty's inner thigh - twice.

The pass-the-parcel continues and finally Marty gets his chance. To Marty’s delight he unwraps a football. Marty is ecstatic and the boys all have a kick. The HMs are now sitting in a circle talking about the night, particularly about how hot Ella is.

Sitting on the floor of the lounge room the HMs start to play pass-the-parcel. The music stops at Jess three times in a row, much to the disgust of Marty. He is also annoyed at those who are ripping the layers off as they pass it. Keiran jumps up and runs away with it, and Marty chases him, yelling at him not to spoil the game. Pete joins in, and they bring him down in a crunching tackle. The music stops for the fourth time and Sahra gets to unwrap a layer.

The HMs start to eat the lollies they have broken out of the piñata, but Pete thinks there are more lollies inside. He throws the toy to Keiran like a softball. Keiran hits it, smashes it on the ground, then throws it on the roof. As the other go inside, Marty stays outside and picks up more lollies.

Big Brother calls all HMs to the Diary Room where they discover a piñata, a parcel, and more food. They decide to hang the piñata on the basketball hoop, but have some trouble until Marty comes to the rescue. Each HM is blindfolded with a purple boa, and Jess is first up. Sahra, Keiran and Marty also have a whack, with Marty successfully smashing the toy open.

The HMs are locked in the bedroom as the band's gear is cleared from the backyard. Marty and Jess hug, then Marty says, “I didn’t know if you’d like Killing Heidi, but I asked for them anyway”. Jess and Keir rave about Ella’s fabulous voice. Jess then hops on Pete’s shoulders and kisses the camera in thanks to Big Brother. Jess reveals she gave Ella her party hat. Keiran holds his undies up and says, “Ella touched these”. All Jess can talk about is how much she loves the band.

Killing Heidi play 'Weir' and Jess jumps on the stage. She starts dancing next to Ella then joins in the chorus. The other HMs soon join her on the stage and they sing and dance. Ella wishes Jess a happy birthday.

As Killing Heidi start playing their new song, 'Sweet' Keiran runs inside and returns with his beige undies, which he twirls around his head then throws on stage. Other HMs are still boogying. Sahra even jumps on Kieran's shoulders.

Big Brother tells the HMs to go to the garden as he has another surprise for them. They run out to the yard and scream in surprise as they realise Killing Heidi are going to sing. The HMs start to dance, as Ella launches into 'Heaven Sent'.

Jesse Hooper reappears with another present for Jess, and she yells that it is from her family. It is accompanied by a card signed by each member of her family. She reads out the messages from each of them, and tells a little story about each one. She has received a bright red dressing gown from her Mum. She also receives sheep slippers and a card from her Dad.

The band appears with a birthday cake decorated with ice-cream cones, but Jess seems more excited that the band is back. Sahra tries to embarrass Keir and make him ask Ella about her boyfriend but he avoids it. Everybody sings Happy Birthday to Jess. The band leaves, and the HMs think they are leaving permanently, so there are hugs and praise all around. The HMs stir Keiran about not asking Ella the question. Suddenly, Jess realises that Killing Heidi sang to her - she is overwhelmed.

Keiran and Pete agree that Ella is hot. Sahra says she’ll ask her if she has a boyfriend. Pete hits Keiran in the head with a popper. Marty reveals that when Killing Heidi appeared, he thought, “Oh great, waiters”. Then he thought they were BB staffers. The HMs try to work out where the store room and bedrooms are. The HMs are excited that Killing Heidi may play for them.

Ella reappears and asks HMs if they need anything else. Pete introduces himself, and the others start their own introductions. The band brings more wine and beer. As Jess tries to open a bottle of champagne, the others look nervous. Marty grabs it off her and opens it without even a bang. She then opens another bottle of champagne, but shakes it up first. The cork pops and it hits a light in the ceilings. Keiran notes how weird it is that Killing Heidi are serving them alcohol.

Pete admits he has never eaten sushi before and the others encourage Killing Heidi to have some. The housemates give Jess her present - a pair of roller-skates - and it seems her eyes are about to pop out of her head. It's all too much. The band members leave and the housemates are left alone to talk about every thing that has just happened. Jess and Marty tell the others about their secret trip put of the house. They all cheers to Jess' birthday and Jess proclaims the night "out of control".

Sahra, Pete and Keiran find the star on the entrance to the secret room. They knock and Jess and Marty let them in. Sahra, Keiran and Pete can't believe it when the wall opens up. They enter to find an entire room and everyone starts screaming. Jess tells them they have been served dinner by Killing Heidi and nobody can believe it - until Ella and Jess and the rest of Killing Heidi walk in. More screams as extra chairs are put around the table and more sushi is brought out.

Some of the band members come back and serve Jess and Marty their second course - sushi. Jess is telling Marty how to eat it and advises him that wasabi is very hot. He has obviously never eaten the Japanese delicacy before. Meanwhile, Sahra, Keiran and Pete get a note slipped under the bedroom door from Big Brother. It tells them to knock when they see a star.

Ella, Jesse and the gang from Killing Heidi serve Jess and Marty little cupcakes and fairy bread for their grown-up kids party. They pour them a glass of champagne before leaving Jess to enjoy the moment. They put on party hats, and Jess asks if the band is going to perform for them tonight. Jess says the band should be dressed up as well. Marty jokes that he didn’t bring his wallet.

Marty and Jess have just been seated in the secret room. They remove their blindfolds to be greeted by Jess' favourite band, Killing Heidi, waiting to serve them dinner. The table is set with candles and the room full of streamers and balloons. They can't believe their eyes.

Keiran, Sahra and Pete are sitting near the door of the brown bedroom, eagerly awaiting the message to be slipped under door.

Sahra, Keiran and Pete are still sitting quietly in costume in the brown bedroom. Sahra has just asked Big Brother is she can go to the toilet and she is told she can, as long as she does it quietly. Meanwhile, Jess and Marty are being driven to a secret location. Just outside the compound, Killing Heidi are getting ready to go into the house.

Pete, Sahra and Keiran are called to the Diary Room. When they arrive, Big Brother asks them to sit down and informs them Jess and Marty have been taken away. He tells them they will be joining them shortly but in the meantime, they must take her birthday present back to the bedroom and sit quietly and wait. A note will be pushed under the door shortly, telling them what to do. BB asks the HMs to follow those directions quietly as well.

The HMs gathered around Kieran and tormenting him. Their fun is interrupted when Jess and Marty are told to go to the Diary Room. Inside, BB tells them they will be going out to dinner for Jess's birthday. He directs them to put on some blindfolds and wait to be taken from the house. Jess giggles in disbelief.

Keiran has basically given up on his puppetry. He's been making lots of comments about how bad he's doing and looks like he's getting frustrated. Instead he's talking with the girls about masturbation. Outside the house preparations are well on the way for Jess' bday party, Killing Heidi are hanging about ready to be part of Big Brother's grand plan. A car is also standing by to take Jess & Marty away for a private date. I wonder where they are going?
