This summer was not very eventful. RJ and I both worked all day, and that was about it. But there were a couple of exciting moments!

Probably the most exciting thing that happened this summer happened as soon as I got out of school for the summer. RJ's family got a new puppy!!! I've never had a puppy in my whole life, so this was incredibly exciting for me. His name is buddy, and he's now about 8 months old. Isn't he cute????

In July, we went to Indian River State Park in Delaware. We've camped there before. It's really cool camping at the shore. Unfortunately, it was pretty cold and rainy while we were there, so we never got to go swimming. But we still had a good time. We walked out on the beach a lot, and we drove to Asateague Island to see the horses.

I also got a new car this summer. I went to the State Auction in July, and I got a 1998 Dodge Stratus. It didn't cost much more than my precious Cabriolet did, and it's six years newer! I miss the Cabriolet (although I can't miss it that bad cuz I haven't sold it yet!!) but I really like driving a newer car. This picture isn't my actual car, but it's a picture of another one just like it.

Other than that, I basically worked, went to the gym, and shopped for our new apartment. I don't have any pictures of that stuff, but I do have a picture of the perfect ending to our summer: Our first meal in our new apartment, made by RJ. Yay!!!
