Onklo Tiko is the quasi-psychotic water melcey with a fondness for languages. An excessive and obsessive fondness. Anyways, she also has a fondness for Aki, and refuses to go anywhere without him. She spouts bursts of totally random phrases in other languages at times, and has the tendency to prefer being called 'Fran' and 'Billy,' but only on very special occaisions. Poor Aki!
