The other day in our school library they hung up a flag. A bloody swastika; stolen from a German castle during World War II by a staff member's husband's company. It had signs next to it to declare our patriarchy towards this symbol of American power. And you know what? It brought smiles to wierdos faces and it brought frowns on sensative people's faces. Well, you know what? I think that the flag belongs up there. People are arguing that the flag needs to come down because it is offensive to Jews or to people of Jewish decent. Well, think about this. That flag, which is covered in the blood of Nazis, is a symbol of Jewish freedom. It belongs in a synigogue being displayed in a glass case saying "[expletive-deleted] you oppressors! America stood up for us and [expletive-deleted] your [expletive-deleted] up!" I mean, I don't take offense to this and I am German myself. But the people arguing that it should be taken down are going to end up having it their way, because the school can't risk any political incorrectness. The first parent that calls and complains about this is gonna have it down, because once people start complaining the school is forced to comply, because, after all, we are a highly distinguished school that has to set an example for all the other schools. Well, that's just spoiling the parents and their families just as worse as they are their kids. The people who complain about the Nazi flag hanging in the library are the same people who got rid of prayer in school. It's in a [expletive-deleted] library, people!!! A library contains useful and historical information. If you take a flag that glorifies the defeat of the Nazis down off of the wall, then you might as well take all information about the holocaust out of the library, erase Adolf Hitler's birth records, and while your at it take down every other piece of flare that displays patriotism at it's finest. I'll say the same thing I did about banning prayer in school or parents protesting what can and can't be shown on television. If you don't like it, don't look at it. Or for that matter don't go to the library. It's a piece of history and if you can't handle history then you don't even belong there. Seriously people, this flag couldn't have come at a better time, but if you guys are going to try and get rid of our hopes and pride then you might as well join Bin Ladin, because you deserve to get a bullet in your [expletive-deleted] too. Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
