The internet is a useful tool. It can help you to find information, buy products online, and even give you free access to porn from anywhere 24/7. But there is one lost cause on the information super-highway: "hooking up." Now, I've never actually tried hooking up with perfect stranger like this, but I've seen my dad do it, and I'll eventually try if I ever get the urge to go on a date with shamu. Now I don't wanna get off on a rant here, but the internet is home to not only the sleaziest people in the porn industry, whom we all love dearly, but to the biggest liars in the world. Nobody can see you, so what does that leave open when your chatting with your prospective sugar daddy? Falsifying their statistics, personal and physical. And they don't just flat out lie either, they just stretch the truth a little bit. It's the same just like the little "you must be 21 to enter" messages on porn sites: "21? well, if I switch the numbers around, I won't be lying...," "she likes tall guys huh? well, if I switch the inches and feet around, that makes me 6'5"...," "blonde hair and blue eyes makes me look like a nazi, so I'll tell her I have blue hair and blonde eyes." And don't get me stuck on the guy lies either. No, no, no....women are much worse. They DO flat out lie. My dad was supposed to hook up with this girl who was supposedly tiny, she sent him her picture. Now, I love petite women, but this woman took the cake....the WHOLE cake! I was afraid to let my dad meet her because I was afraid he might get lost in a jelly roll or something. Now I think it's all good if your not shallow like the rest of the world and see past this stuff, but be honest to yourself. Do you really want to be with somebody you've never really seen in real life, or for that matter, if you have, do you want to be with somebody so unattractive that you will eventually lose interest. I know it's not what's on the outside that matters. Believe me, I do. But the it's the sad truth that it's hard to maintain a relationship with somebody who is not physically attractive to you. And do you really want to be with somebody that would lie to you just to get with you? It shows you that they might just lie again for just about anything. And yes I do know there are some attractive people out there on the net, but those are rare occasions. So, boys and girls, remember: when your talking to a 24 year old fabio on the internet or a 21 year old model, think about the red-headed, four-eyed 12 year old in Boner, Idaho or the 400 lb custodian in Iceland, and maybe you'll have some second thoughts, and our world will be much better. Of course that's just my opinion, and Mikey likes it.
