Friendly flirtation is really cool, as long as you don't have your heart in it when teh friend doesn't. It can screw you over many a time if you take it the wrong way. This is the type of flirtation that can make relationships, or break them before they even have a chance to begin. This is the side of flirtation seen most often before relationship flirtation. Although friendship flirtation is present, that doesn't mean that the level of flirtation will rise...most certainly not. In fact, this type of flirtation is seen as much after relationships as before relationships in relationships that go places in a sexual manner. Now this is just personal experience, so don't hold me to it being completely accurate. Examples of friendly flirtation are hanging on each other, holding each other, sleeping together...actually sleeping and/or talking all night till you'll fall asleep...Basically it's just relationship touching without being really sexual. Massages, hugs, holding, kissing (tongue/no tongue differs for persons involved). It's like "Best Friends" taken to the level of just under "Lovers" on the display of affection. It's all good unless you are for more when the other is not. However good this sounds, it can lead to bad things if taken too far. Most all forms of flirtation can be taken to a different form of flirtation very easily, and can be mistaken for them as well. So watch out, be honest, and never do anything you don't mean just because the other person did it.
