Tradition is something to be pondered. I think that tradition is fine and dandy in some context, but some of it is just a bunch of old jumbled up pieces of poo. I mean take church for example; you have a cool temperature room and a monotone half-bald gray-haired old guy. Now that's called setting the scene for a slumber, especially if you throw in a sleepy person of any sort. Having turkey is getting old too. Add some zest to things to keep them up to speed with the world today. Christmas can stay the same cause there's nothing that might get old, except the fact that you always try to find out what you got. Of coarse, you never find out and it's always fun so it never gets old. The genuine tradition of weddings is all good to me. But you should always make it unique to you. Going to the drive-in marriage place isn't exactly what I'd call the way I wanna do it. I don't really despise tradition, but I do think it can be altered. When the people of today think about the world today, they think of new and individual attitudes entering into this world. So let the creative juices flow and allow for change. Granted most don't like it, but it is always needed and always around. So suck it up and take a chance today...change something you normally do to something you wouldn't consider doing. You never know what'll happen unless you try it. But that's just the way I see things, and I think my cater ax is getting worse.
