Royal News
Welcome to my Royal News page. For the purposes of this project, I will keep the traditional definitions of the three sections of the Gotha; i.e., Section I includes families which have enjoyed hereditary sovereign status in Europe and America since the Napoleonic era; Section II includes those families which have been called the Mediatized Houses under the terms of the Congress of Vienna; and Section III includes all houses attaining Ducal or Princely rank which do not qualify for inclusion in Sections I or II.
I would appreciate any help anyone can give me. If you have information
which belongs on these pages, or have corrections to material posted here, please contact me at PTheroff@kc.rr.com
