CROY

Prince Clemens von Croy died on 21 March.

[He was born at Berlin on 5 July 1934, son of Karl Rudolf, Duke von Croy (1889-1974) and of his third wife, Marie Louise Wiesner (1904-1945). He married firstly in 1962 Madeleine Gfn Kottulinsky (1941-1999), and married secondly in 2001 Mrs Ilse Lilly Beck, née Hofmann (1937-2011). HOHENLOHE-BARTENSTEIN

Maximilian Erbprinz zu Hohenlohe-Bartenstein (b.1972, son of Ferdinand Fst zu Hohenlohe-Bartenstein and his wife, née Princess Franziska zu Oettingen-Oettingen und Oettingen-Spielberg) is engaged to marry Cristina Vozzi Castriota Scanderbeg (b.Rome 8 Apr 1980) at Rome on 25 May. Christoph-Joseph Barelli will marry Marie-Eleonor Gräfin von Kuefstein (b.1990, daughter of Andreas Graf von Kuefstein and his wife, née Princess Elisabeth Pss of Bavaria) on 12 July 2013. (added 2 Mar 2013)

Mathieu de Schietere de Lophem will marry Princess Ludmilla de Lobkowicz (b.1986, daughter of Prince Ladislav de Lobkowicz and his wife, née Comtesse Anne de Briey) on 25 May 2013. (added 2 Mar 2013)

ORTENBURG

Isabelle Adrienne Gfn zu Ortenburg, née Gfn von Bentinck, died on 8 March.

[She was born at Middachten on 3 July 1925, daughter of Wilhelm Gf von Bentinck und Waldeck-Limpurg, Graaf Aldenburg Bentinck (1880-1958) and of his wife, Jkvr Adrienne Vegelin van Claerbergen (1891-1982). In 1951 she married Aurel Gf zu Ortenburg (1927-2001). SHe is survuved by their two sons and daughter, and their families.] (added 29 Mar 2013)

RECHBERG

Albert Gf von Rechberg u.Rothenlöwen zu Hohenrechberg, head of that mediatized house, died on 17 January, aged 100.

[He was born at Herringhausen on 29 Nov 1912, son of Albert Gf von Rechberg (1887-1983) and of his wife, née Theresia Frn von Schorlemer (1887-1955). He married in 1951 Monika Gfn zu Königsegg-Aulendorf (1923-2002) and is survived by four of their children.] (added 22 Jan 2013)

SCHÖNBORN-BUCHHEIM

Marchesa Maria Luisa Pallavicino died in Civitella d'Agliano, near Viterbo, Italy, on 5 April.

[She was born in 1927, daughter of Marchese Alessandro Pallavicino (1898-1965) and of Marie Henriette Gfn von Schönborn-Buchheim (1897-1992). She was unmarried and adopted her nephew, Balthazar Bellos-Pallavicino (b. 1963), son of Christos Bellos and of Marchesa Gabriella Pallavicino, sister of Marchesa Maria Luisa.] (added 23 Apr 2013)

SCHWARZENBERG

Princess Amalie zu Schwarzenberg, née Princess von Lobkowicz, died at Vienna on 3 April.

[She was born at Unterberkovic on 25 January 1921, daughter of Prince Leopold von Lobkowicz (1888-1933) and of his wife, née Princess Franziska von Montenuovo (1893-1972). Maximilian Graf von Waldburg-Zeil-Hohenems (b.1976, son of Franz Josef Graf von Waldburg-Zeil-Hohenems and his wife, née Priscilla Gräfin von Schönborn-Wiesentheid) will marry Clementine Gräfin von Althann (b.1979, daughter of Alexander Graf von Althann and his wife, née Maria Kammerlander) on 27 April 2013. Eberhard Gf von Waldburg zu Zeil u.Trauchburg died on 3 March.
