Emanuela de Dampierre died in Rome on 3 May.

on 8 November 1913,
daughter of Roger de Dampierre, Duke of San Lorenzo,
and of his wife, Donna Vittoria Ruspoli.
From 1935 to 1947 she was married to Infant Don Jaime of Spain
(1908-1975), who, as senior legitimate male member of the Bourbon family was
considered by some to be Legitimist heir to the French throne. Their two sons
predeceased her, and she is survived by two grandchildren, one of whom, Luis
Alfonso de Borbón, is present Legitimist claimant to

Prince Karl Alexander von Hohenzollern (b.1970) has
married again, this time on 22 February in Las
Vegas to Corinna Lello da Costa, or Nehemie (b.Luanda 1990). He
had previously been married twice, and engaged at least one other time. The
couple was reportedly brought together by Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Frederick,

Count Pierfrancesco Calvi di Bergolo,
7th Conte di Bergolo, died
in Rome on 18 June.
[He was born in 1933, son of
Giorgio Carlo Calvi di Bergolo, 6th Conte di Bergolo and of Princess Jolanda
of Savoy, herself daughter of Vittorio Emanuele III,
King of Italy and of Elena, Princess of Montenegro. He married in 1958 the
actress Marisa Allasio, from whom he was later divorced. He is survived by one son and one daughter.]

on 31 October. She was born at Alt-Wartenburg on 29 June 1922, daughter of Alfred
Rudolf Maria Egmont Pr zur Lippe (1881-1960) and his wife, Anna Gfn
von Goëß (1895-1972). In 1950 she married Sergio de
Figueroa Tagle and is survived by him and their

become engaged to marry Isabelle Anna Frampton. She is British, but the

though they plan to live in Britain
after the wedding, which is set to take place in Chichester
