ALBANIA
Queen Geraldine of the Albanians died at Tirana on 22 October.
[She was born Countess Geraldine Apponyi de Nagy-Appony in Budapest
on 6 Aug 1915, daughter of Count Julius Apponyi (1873-1924) and of his
wife, née Gladys Virginia Steuart (1891-1947). In 1938 she married
King Zog of the Albanians, who fled the country in 1939, and who died in
1961. She recently moved back to Albania. She is survived by her only child,
Leka, and one grandson.]
AUSTRIA
Archduke Alexander of Austria[-Tuscany] (b.1959, son of the late Archduke Friedrich Salvator of Austria and of his wife, née Margarete Gfn Kálnoky von Köröspatak) and his wife, née Marie Gabriele Gräfin von Waldstein, had their third child and first son, Archduke Constantin Salvator Maria Raphael Alexander, at Amstetten, on 4 January.
Archduke Ferdinand of Austria (third child and second son of Archduke Heinrich of Austria and of Ludmilla Gfn von Galen) and his wife Katharina Gfn v.Hardenberg had their first child, a son, Jakob-Maximilian, on 22 January.
Archduchess Catharina of Austria (daughter of Archduke Rudolf of Austria and of his second wife Princess Anna Gabriele von Wrede) and her husband Count Massimiliano Secco d'Aragona (dei marchesi di Fornovo) had a second son, Nicolo on 16 February.
Carlos Mendez de Vigo y Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg (son of Don Jaime Mendez de Vigo y del Arco and of his wife, Princess Monika zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg) and his wife, Princess Katharina von Hohenberg (daughter of Prince Albrecht von Hohenberg (himself the son of Duke Maximilian von Hohenberg, son of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria)) had a third child and their first daughter, Livia Theresa Leticia Monika Maria, in London on 13 April.
Archduke Georg of Austria (second son of Archduke Otto and of his wife Regina, Princess of Saxe-Meiningen) and his wife Eilika, Duchess of Oldenburg, had their second child, Ildiko Maria Walburga, in Budapest on 6 June.

BADEN
Bernhard, Hereditary Prince of Baden, and his wife, née Stephanie
Kaul, had their first child, a son, Leopold Bernhard Max Michael Ernst-August
Friedrich Guillaume, at Elisabeten Krankenhaus in Ravensburg on 18 May.
The names were announced at his baptism on 20 July.
BAVARIA
Princess Hilda of Bavaria (daughter of Crown Prince Rupprecht
of Bavaria (1869-1955) and of his second wife, Princess Antonia of Luxemburg
(1899-1954)) died at Munich on 5 May.
[Princess Hilda had married Juan Bradstock Edgart Lockett de Loayza
in 1949. He died in 1987. She is survived by their four children.]
William Samuel Evans died at Stamford, Connecticut, on 4 January.
[He was born at Dayton, Ohio, on 23 January 1918, son of William Lewis
Evans ((1873-1957) and Della F Ferguson (1875-1956). In 1959 he married
Eva Gräfin Esterházy von Galántha (daughter of Géza
Graf Esterházy von Galántha and of his wife, née Isabella
Gräfin von Wrbna-Kaunitz-Rietberg-Questenberg und Freudenthal [herself
the daughter of Rudolf Graf von Wrbna-Kaunitz-Rietberg-Questenberg und
Freudenthal and of his second wife, Princess Elvira of Bavaria (herself
the daughter of Prince Adalbert of Bavaria and of his wife, Infanta Amalia
of Spain)]). He is survived by his wife and by his children: Alexander

BELGIUM
Princess Liliane of Belgium, Princess de Rethy, died on 7 June.
[She had been born Mary Liliane Baels in London in 1916 and had married,
as his second wife, King Léopold III of the Belgians in 1941. The
marriage was considered morganatic at least to the extent that she never
became Queen, but was granted the title of Princess. She had a son and
two daughters by this marriage, and is survived by them (Prince Alexandre
and Princesses Marie-Christine and Esmeralda), and her stepchildren, King
Albert II of the Belgians and Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte of Luxemburg.]
BONAPARTE
Comte André Walewski (son of Cte Alexandre Walewski, a
descendant in the direct male line, albeit illegitimate, of Emperor Napoléon
I) and his wife, née Hélène Desmousseaux de Givré,
had a daughter, Hortense, on 29 May.

Princess Anna Luiza of Orléans-Bragança (daughter of Prince Eudes of Orléans-Bragança and of his first wife, Ana Maria de Moraes e Barros) and her husband, Paulo Ibrahim Mansour, had their second child, Guilherme, born at the Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo on 13 November.

Prince Kyrill of Bulgaria (second son of Simeon II, King of the Bulgarians [presently prime-minister of Bulgaria] and of Margarita Gómez-Acebo y Cejuela) and his wife, the former Rosario Nadal y Fuster-Puigdorfila, had their third child, a son, Tassilo, on or around 20 January.
Prince Kubrat of Bulgaria (third son of Simeon II, King of the Bulgarians [presently prime-minister of Bulgaria] and of Margarita Gómez-Acebo y Cejuela) and his wife, the former Carla-Maria Royo-Villanova y Urrestarazu, had their third child, Prince Tirso, in Madrid on 3 June.

Count Flemming af Rosenborg (born in 1922 as Prince Flemming
of Denmark, son of Prince Axel of Denmark (1888-1964) and of his wife,
Princess Margarethe of Sweden (1899-1977)) died at Antibes on 19 June.
[He had married Alice Ruth Nielsen in 1949 and is survived by her,
their children and grandchildren.]
Prince Joachim of Denmark (second son of Queen Margrethe II)
and
his wife, the former Alexandra Manley, had a second son, Felix Henrik Valdemar
Christian, in Copenhagen on 22 July. The baptism will be on October 4.

FRANCE (ORLÉANS)
Adélaïde d'Orléans (daughter of Michel, Comte
d'Evreux (himself the third son of Henri, late Comte de Paris), and of
his wife, Béatrice, née Pasquier de Franclieu) married
Pierre-Louis Dailly at Villamanrique de la Condesa in Sevilla on 1 June.
[M. Dailly is son of Louis Dailly and of his wife, Aline, née
Jomain. Louis in turn was son of Etienne Dailly (1918-1996), former vice-président
du Sénat and membre du Conseil constitutionnel,and of his wife,
Martine, née Goirand.]
GREAT-BRITAIN AND NORTHERN-IRELAND
Princess Margaret of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (daughter
of the late King George VI of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Emperor
of India, and of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, formerly Lady Elizabeth
Bowes-Lyon) died in London on 9 February.
[She had been married to Antony Armstrong-Jones, Earl of Snowdon, in
1960, and divorced him in 1978. She leaves a son, David, Viscount Linley,
and a daughter, Lady Sarah Chatto, and three grandchildren.]
Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, Queen Dowager of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, died at Royal Lodge, Windsor Great Park, on 30 March. She had been born Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon (daughter of Claude George Bowes-Lyon, 14th Earl of Strathmore & Kinghorne, and of his wife, Nina Cecilia Cavendish-Bentinck) in 1900 and had married in 1923 Albert, Duke of York, who became King George VI in 1936. He died in 1952. She is survived by her daughter, Queen Elizabeth II, six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
David Armstrong-Jones, Viscount Linley (son of Princess Margaret of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of her former husband, Antony Armstrong-Jones, Earl of Snowdon), and his wife, née Hon. Serena Stanhope, had their second child and first daughter, Margarita, at the Portland Hospital, London, on 14 May.

Munster, natural son of King William IV of Great Britain, Ireland and Hannover.
She married in 1948 Adam Gluszkiewicz and had one daughter, Anna Judith,

Carlos Morales y Quintana and his wife Princess Alexia of Greece (eldest child of Konstantinos II, King of the Hellenes and of Princess Anne-Marie of Denmark) had their first child, a daughter, Arietta, at Barcelona on 24 February.

Prince Waldemar of Hesse (b.1919, son of Prince Christian of
Hesse-Philippsthal-Barchfeld (1887-1971) and of his first wife, Elisabeth
Reid Rogers, Freifrau von Barchfeld (1893-1957)) died at Bad Homburg
vor der Höhe on 17 March.
[Waldemar and his siblings were issue of a morganatic marriage, but
were accorded the title Prince[ss] of Hesse. Waldemar had married Ellen
Hamilton in Houston, Texas, in 1952 and is survived by her, their two sons,
and two grandsons.]
Princess Mafalda of Hesse (daughter of Landgrave Moritz of Hesse and his wife, Princess Tatiana zu Sayn-Wittgenstein- Berleburg) and her husband, Ferdinando Brachetti-Peretti, had a second son, Breno, in Rome before 17 April.
Wally Olga Vera Elisabeth Ursula (Ulla) Gräfin Szapáry

von Richthofen, died Göriach on 6 November.
[She was born at Berlin on 16 Sep 1907, the daughter of Friedrich Hermann
Dieprand Kurt Freiherr von Richthofen (1874-1937) and of his wife, née
Wally von Protzen (1879-1957). She married firstly in 1933 Godert-Willem
Baron de Vos van Steenwijk, who died in 1940. She married secondly in 1942
Béla Graf Szapáry (1901-1993). Her only child by this second
marriage, Yvonne Gräfin Szapáry, married in 1966 Prince Karl
of Hesse. She was a great-greatgranddaughter of Princess Friederike of
Schleswig-Holstein (1780-1862) by her marriage to Samuel Frhr v.Richthofen
(1769-1808).]
Heinrich Donatus, Hereditary Prince of Hesse (elder son of Moritz, Landgrave of Hesse, and of his former wife, Princess Tatiana zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg) is engaged to marry Floria-Franziska Gräfin von Faber-Castell (daughter of Hubertus Graf von Faber-Castell and of his second wife, née Adelheid Freiin von der Leyen zu Bloemersheim.) They became engaged on 2 May 2002.
Prince Wilhelm of Hesse (son of Wilhelm, Prince and Landgrave
of Hesse, and of his wife, née Oda-Mathilde v.Garmissen) will
marry Alexandra v.Kaufmann.
HOHENZOLLERN
Prince Carl Alexander von Hohenzollern (b.1970, only son of the
late Prince Emanuel von Hohenzollern and of his wife, Princess Katharina
of Saxe-Weimar) married secondly a Macedonian woman named Azlet.
After six weeks, the marriage was then annulled.
[He had previously married Angela Stölzle in 1991 but subsequently
they divorced.]
Astrid von Medinger, née von Zallinger-Stillendorf (b.1954,
daughter of Josef von Zallinger-Stillendorf and of his wife, née
Stephanie Freiin Eyrl v.u.zu Waldgries und Liebenaich [herself the daughter
of Egon Freiherr Eyrl v.u.zu Waldgries und Liebenaich and of his wife,

LIECHTENSTEIN
Baron Riccardo Winspeare Guicciardi died on 15 January. He had married in 1964 Princess Elisabeth of Liechtenstein (daughter of the Prince Alfred of Liechtenstein and his wife, Polixena Gräfin v.Collalto u.San Salvatore) and is survived by her and their three children.
Philipp von Lattorff and his wife, Princess Tatjana of Liechtenstein (daughter of reigning Prince Hans-Adam of Liechtenstein and his wife, Marie Gräfin Kinsky v.Wchinitz u.Tettau) had their second child, a daughter, Elisabeth Maria Angela Tatjana, at Grabs on 25 January.
Prince Alfred of Liechtenstein (son of Prince Johann Baptist Moritz of Liechtenstein and of his wife, Princess Clotilde von Thurn und Taxis) married Raffaella Ida Sangiorgi (daughter of Tino Sangiorgi and of Bruna Ferrari) at Vaduz on 22 March, followed by a religious ceremony at Waldstein on 6 April.
Maria Eleonore Elisabeth Johanna Princess of Liechtenstein (b.1937, daughter of Prince Johannes von und zu Liechtenstein (1910-1975) and of his wife, née Karoline Gräfin von Ledebur-Wicheln (1912-1996)) died on 8 June.
Don Vicente Sartorius y Cabeza de Vaca, Marques de Mariño
(husband of Princess Norberta of Liechtenstein [herself the daughter of
the late Fürst Franz Joseph II of Liechtenstein (1906-1989) and of
his wife, Georgine Gräfin v.Wilczek (1921-1989)]) died in Ibiza
on 22 July.
[He had married firstly Isabel Zorraquín, and they divorced
in 1978. He had three children from that marriage. He married Princess
Norberta in 1988, and they had a daughter, Maria Teresa, born in 1992.]
Alexander Ritter von Miller zu Aichholz (son of Godfrey Ritter
von Miller zu Aichholz [himself the son of Joseph Ritter von Miller zu
Aichholz and of his wife, Princess Aloysia of Liechtenstein] and of his
wife, Countess Maria Plater-Zyberk) married Astrid Schlieber (b.Klagenfurt
21 May 1973) at Klagenfurt on 30 August. A religious ceremony at Klagenfurt-Viktring
followed on 21 September.
LIPPE
Princess Pauline zur Lippe, née Gräfin zu Ortenburg
(b.1913, daughter of Friedrich Graf zu Ortenburg (1871-1940) and of his
wife, Princess Ilka zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg (1887-1971)

at Detmold on 5 March.
[She had married in 1935 Prince Christian zur Lippe (son of Prince
Klemens zur Lippe-Weissenfeld (1860-1920) and of his wife, née Friederike
Freiin v.Carlowitz (1878-1942)). He died in 1996. They had six children.
Note: Originally sources reported that she died in Bischofsheim. However,
her grandson, Prince Ferdinand, has reported to me that she died at Detmold.]
Hans Heinrich, Baron Thyssen-Bornemisza de Kászon, died at
Sant Feliu de Guixols, Spain, on 26 April.
[This much-married renowned art collector (his own father had been
married three times) was born in the Netherlands in 1921, son of Heinrich
Thyssen (later, Baron Thyssen-Bornemisza de Kászon) and of his first
wife, Margit Baronesse Bornemisza de Kászon. He married firstly
in 1946 Princess Teresa zur Lippe-Weißenfeld. They divorced in 1954,
and he married 2ndly in 1954 Nina Dyer, whom he divorced in 1956. He married
3rdly in 1956 Fiona Campbell-Walter, whom he divorced in 1965. He married
4thly in 1967 Denise Shorto, whom he divorced in 1984. He married 5thly,
and finally, in 1985 Maria del Carmen Cervera Fernández (one of
whose former husbands was Lex Barker, a former movie Tarzan), who survives
him. He also leaves, besides a stepson, four children from three different
marriages, including Francesca, the wife of Archduke Karl of Austria.]
LUXEMBURG
Prince Robert of Luxemburg (son of the late Prince Charles of
Luxemburg and of his wife, Joan Douglas Dillon) and his wife, née
Julie Ungaro, had their third child, Frederik Henry Douglas Marie, at Aix-en-Provence
on 18 March.
MECKLENBURG-STRELITZ
Ricarda Freiin v.dem Bussche-Ippenburg and Werner Diego v.Bergen,

NETHERLANDS
Prince Willem Alexander of the Netherlands, Prince of Orange
(eldest son of Prince Claus of the Netherlands and of Beatrix, Queen of
the Netherlands) married Máxima Zorreguieta Cerruti in Amsterdam
on 2 February.
[She is a daughter of Jorge Horacio Zorreguieta Stefanini and of his
second wife María del Carmen Cerruti Carricart and she was born
in Buenos Aires on 17 May 1971.]
Prince Bernhard van Oranje-Nassau, Van Vollenhoven (second son of Princess Margriet of the Netherlands and Pieter van Vollenhoven) and his wife, née Annette Sekrève, had their first child, a daughter, Isabella Lily Juliana van Vollenhoven, at the Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis in Amsterdam on 14 May.
Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands (youngest son of Queen Beatrix) and his wife, the former Petra Laurentien Brinkhorst, had their first child, a daughter, Eloise Sophie Beatrix Laurence Countess van Oranje-Nassau, jonkvrouwe van Amsberg, at the Bronovo Ziekenhuis in The Hague on 8 June.
Prince Claus of the Netherlands, Jonkheer van Amsberg (son of
Claus Felix Friedrich Leopold Gabriel Julius August von Amsberg (1890-1953)
and of his wife, née Gosta Julie Adelheid Marion Marie Freiin von
dem Bussche Haddenhausen), died at Amsterdam on 6 October.
[He had married Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands at Amsterdam in
1966. She became Queen of the Netherlands in 1980, and he enjoyed a long
career as a popular prince consort. He is survived by the Queen, by their
three sons, and by a granddaughter.]
Prince Maurits van Oranje-Nassau, Van Vollenhoven (eldest son
of Princess Margriet of the Netherlands and of of her husband, Pieter van
Vollenhoven) and his wife, née Marilène van den Broek,
had their second child. Lucas Maurits Peter Henri, at Amsterdam on 26 October.
NORWAY
Princess Märtha Louise of Norway (only daughter of King
Harald and Queen Sonia) married Ari Mikael Behn in the Nidaros Cathedral
in Trondheim on 24 May.

Paul Graf Yorck von Wartenburg (whose paternal grandmother, Luise von Wildenbruch (1838-1918) was daughter of Ludwig von Wildenbruch, natural son of Prince Ludwig Ferdinand of Prussia (1772-1806)) died at Neureichenau on 9 June.
Diana von Nostitz-Wallwitz (daughter of Princess Felicitas of
Prussia (herself the elder daughter of Prince WIlhelm of Prussia (1906-1940)
who was the eldest son of the late Crown Prince Wilhelm) and of her second
husband, Jörg von Nostitz-Wallwitz) married Carl-Jan Freiherr von
der Goltz. The religious ceremony was at Bad Lauchstätt on 13 July.

of his wife, née Barbara Vermehren, and was born at Mannheim on

Basil Henry Coleman (son of the late Bishop Peter Coleman (1928-2001)
and of his wife, Princess Elisabeth Reuss [daughter of Prince Heinrich
XXXIX Reuss (1891-1946) and of his wife, Antonia Gräfin zu Castell-Castell
(1896-1971)]) and his wife, née Stephanie Pleister, had twin
sons, Caspian Henry Everard and Balthasar Christo Elessar, at Munich on

Robin Medforth-Mills, former husband of Princess Elena of Romania
(second daughter of King Michael of Romania and of Queen Anne, née
Princess of Bourbon-Parma) died in Geneva on 2 February.
[He had married Princess Elena in 1983 and was divorced in 1991. He
is survived by a son and a daughter by this marriage.]
Dr. Stefan Issarescu died at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, Providence,
Rhode Island, on 21 December.
[He was born at Turnu-Severin, Romania, on 5 October 1906. In 1954,
in Newton, Massachusetts, he married Princess Ileana of Romania (daughter
of King Ferdinand of Romania and of Princess Marie of Great Britain and
Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, and former wife of Archduke Anton of Austria). They
were divorced in 1965.]
RUSSIA
Princess Nadeshda Romanov (daughter of Prince Dimitri Alexandrovich

[She had married firstly in 1952 Anthony Brian Allen. They divorced
in 1976. She then married William Thomas Hall Clark. She is survived by
her three daughters from her first marriage.]
Prince Alexander Nikitich Romanov (son of Prince Nikita Alexandrovich
of Russia [himself the son of Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich of Russia
and of his wife, Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna of Russia] and of his
wife, Countess Maria Vorontzova-Dashkova) died at London on 22 September.
[He was born at Paris on 4 Nov 1929. In 1971 he married Maria Valguarnera
di Niscemi, who survives him. They had no children. He was apparently buried
in the family vault of his wife's family at Palermo.]
Makena Comisar (b.1984, daughter of Mark Comisar and of his wife,
Princess Paula Ilyinsky [herself the daughter of Prince Paul Ilyinsky,
the son of Grand Duke Dimitri Pavlovich of Russia]) was killed in a
car accident in Clermont County, Ohio, on 1 August.
[According to a news clipping found by Hein Bruins, "She
died in a car accident. Around 7:13pm. In A single car accident. A 17-year-old
is dead after a Thursday evening traffic accident in Clermont County. Police
said Makena A. Comisar, of Cincinnati, was driving on Loveland-Miamiville
Road when she lost control of her SUV, which hit a pole and crashed into
a ditch around 7 p.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said
speed may have been a factor in the crash. The Comisar family owns several
Cincinnati restaurants, including The Maisonette. Nat Comisar, Makena's
first cousin, told 9News "Kenzie" was well-loved by their entire family.
"She was a wonderful, loving spirit. She was a warm welcome person at any
gathering and she will always be that warm welcome person for us," Nat
Comisar said. Makena attended St. Ursala Academy and was the daughter of
Mark and Paula Comisar. Mark was the former president of the Maisonette.
A prayer service will be held Friday at St. Ursula Academy's school chapel,
1339 E. McMillan, at 6:30 p.m. A few of Makena's close friends will be
paying tribute to her. Her funeral will be Monday, August 5, at 11 a.m.
at Unity Church, which is also on McMillan."]

Virginia Dulon (daughter of Karl Ferdinand Dulon and of Virginie
Ringeisen), widow of Prince Ernst of Saxony (third son of King Friedrich
August III of Saxony and of the Archduchess Louise of Austria) died
in county Westmeath on 26 January.
SCHAUMBURG-LIPPE
Alexander Christian Erbprinz zu Schaumburg-Lippe (son of Philipp-Ernst
Fürst zu Schaumburg-Lippe and of his wife, the former Eva-Benita Freiin
von Tiele-Winckler)
and his wife, Princess Marie Luise (Lilly)
zu Sayn-Wittgenstein- Berleburg (daughter of Otto-Ludwig Prince zu
Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg and of his wife Annette, née Freiin
von Cramm) were divorced on 14 February in Munich.
[They had been married in 1993 and have one child, Heinrich Donatus,
who reportedly will live with his mother in Munich.]

Alfonso Galobart y Marone Conzano (son of Jaime Galobart y Satrustequi
and of his wife, Donna Giovanna Marona Cinzano [herself the daughter of
Conte Enrico Marone and of his wife, the late Infanta Cristina of Spain])

his wife, née Alejandra Kindelán y Oteyza, had their second
child, Alfonso, on 15 February.

Infanta Cristina of Spain, Duquesa de Palma de Mallorca [younger daughter of King Juan Carlos], and her husband Iñaki Urdangarin, had their third son, Miguel, at Barcelona on 30 April.
Maria Cristina de Borbón y Bosch-Labrus, Duquesa de Durcal
(b.1913, daughter of Fernando Sebastian de Borbón y de Madan, Duque
de Durcal (1891-1944) [himself the son of Pedro Alcantara de Borbón
y de Borbón (1862-1892) (himself the son of Sebastian, Infant of
Spain and Portugal (1811-1875))] and of his wife, Maria Letitia Bosch-Labrus
y Blat (1891-1981)) died on 28 July.
[She married in 1931 Antenor Patino y Rodriguez (1896-1982), a Bolivian
diplomat and businessman. They were divorced in 1959. They had two daughters:
Maria Cristina, who married three times, including her first marriage to
Prince Marc de Beauvau-Craon; and Isabel, wife of the late and notorious
Sir James Goldsmith.]
Bruno Gomez-Acebo y de Borbón (second son of Luis Gomez-Acebo y de Estrada and of his wife, Infanta Pilar of Spain (sister of King Juan Carlos of Spain)) married Bárbara Cano y de la Plaza (daughter of Antonio Cano Villajos and of Maria Carmen de la Plaza y Donoso) at the Monasterio de la Encarnación in Madrid on 5 October.
Juan Manuel Urquijo y de Morales died in Madrid on 9 October.
[He married in Madrid in 1967 Maria Cristina de Baviera y de Mesia
(daughter of José Eugenio de Baviera, Infant of Spain (1909-1966)
and of his wife, Marisol de Mesia y Lesseps). He is survived by his wife.
The couple had no children.]
Infanta Beatriz of Spain, Principessa Torlonia di Civitella Cesi,
died at Rome on 22 November.
[She was the last surviving child of King Alfonso XIII of Spain (1886-1941)
and of his wife, Princess Victoria Eugenie of Battenberg (1887-1969). She
was born at San Ildefonso on 22 Jun 1909. She married at Rome in 1935 Alessandro
Torlonia Principe di Civitella Cesi (1911-1986). They had four children,
three of whom survive her.]

Count Carl Folke Bernadotte (son of Count Folke Bernadotte (b.1931), himself the son of Count Folke Bernadotte (1895-1948), who was son of Prince Oskar of Sweden (1859-1953)) and his wife, the former Birgitta Larsson, had a second son, William, born at Uppsala on 4 February.
Count Sigvard Bernadotte (born 1907 as Prince Sigvard of Sweden,
son of King Gustaf VI Adolf of Sweden and his first wife, Princess Margaret
of Great Britain and Ireland, Princess of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, etc) died
at Borgarhemmet, Stockholm, on 5 February.
[He is survived by his third wife, the former Marianne Lindberg, one
son, and a granddaughter.]
Baron Hans De Geer af Finspång and his wife Baroness Christina
Louise Silfverschiöld (eldest daughter of Niclas, Baron Silfverschiöld
and of his wife Princess Désirée of Sweden) had their

Princess Cristina of Bourbon-Two Sicilies (daughter of Prince Carlos of Bourbon-Two Sicilies and of his wife, Princess Anne d'Orléans) and her husband, Pedro Lopez-Quesada y Fernandez-Urrutia, are expecting their second child.
Princess Ines of Bourbon-Two Sicilies (daughter of Prince Carlos of Bourbon-Two Sicilies and of his wife, Princess Anne d'Orléans) and her husband, Nobile Michele Carrelli Palombi dei Marchesi di Raiano, are expecting their first child.
Princess Maria Annunziata of Bourbon-Two Sicilies (b.1973, daughter
