UPDATE (7/04/01)!: Five more days to my birthday! And I plan to celebrate with a good, long "X-Files" marathon ... and cake and presents, naturally. The "Crimson" web site has finally been moved from GeoCities to Angelfire, so the link is now to the new site. On that site is a link to the DSBR database which will tell you everything you need to know about the series. The info isn't up yet (I'm busy writing "Gethsemane"), but you can check the main page and see what's coming. I tried to cover all my bases.
Now the introduction stuff, for you newcomers:
Welcome to DetectiveAsh's Via Negativa. Via Negativa is Latin for 'the path of darkness,' and I garnered my nickname of DetectiveAsh from the Teri Polo character on the TV series Brimstone. As I make my move over from Homestead, this page will grow, but right now my primary purpose is to introduce you to the central concepts of my life:
1) The "new" X-Files, and the wonderful character of Special Agent John Doggett, his team-ups with Scully and Monica Reyes, and how awesome the three actors behind those characters are, and some of my fan fiction;
2) "Crimson," the independent hour-long crime drama of an FBI agent teaming up with a homicide detective to solve impossible crimes, which I produce with my production company, Three Words Productions;
3) The Dictatorship, because The Dictator is coming, and The Dictator says fear the jar.
Until then, I hope to provide you with enlightenment or at least the opportunity to say that there is someone who walks further in shadow than you dare to tread!
