a new green leaf
a strip of orange peel
the tail of a mouse OR a piece of licorice
springwater
a dried prune
saucer

Method

Place the prune in a bowl of springwater and leave overnight.
Remove the seed from the prune (the next day) and place this along with the other ingredients on a plain saucer.
Place the saucer beneath your bed for one month. During this time the items will all wrinkle and dry up while you remain dewy-skinned and youthful.
Should be performed around/on your birthday every year.
