a tall, thing blue candle
a piece of spaghetti
one cinnamon stick
one spent matchstick
one bay leaf (not too big, preferably fresh [makes it easier for later], but can be dried)
a long piece of string
Light the candle
Bind all of the ingredients together very tightly with the string.
Place the bundle in a warm bath.
