For every 2 cups (500 ml) of water, you need:
1/4 cup FRESH lemon balm leaves.
2 tbsp lavender.
Put the WATER in a pot on the stove.
Put the LEMON BALM and LAVENDER in the water, turn the stove on high and leave to boil.
When it's boiling rapidly, stir for a few minutes (2-3 min. is good).
Then leave on low to finish infusion for 5 minutes.
Take the pot off the heat (put it onto another, cool, burner) and let sit for 5 minutes.
Take out all the leaves.
Pour into mug and add honey to taste.
