Black Saints, Mystics, and Holy Folk (The Ancient African Liturgical Church,Vol. I)
BOOK FOREWORD

Before there was Bishop TD Jakes, Noel Jones, Drs. Price & Creflo Dollar, there was Bishop Athanasius, Augustine, Macarius, Antony, --and there was Anub and Amoun. Yes! More than 56,000 Africa Black saints (in groups), from the early church (we mention a few; tell where to find the rest).

To answer our brethren from Al Islam, no longer will you have to shirk, when you hear "Why do you follow a religion from Europe. You will be able to show that Christianity-- the faith of Our Lord Yeshua, Jesus the Christ-- came out of Africa, along with its precursor, the African Essenne and Therapeutae movements. Get yours today!

Black Saints, Mystics, and Holy Folk (The Ancient African Liturgical Church,Vol. I)

Now Volume I, Second Edition, contains more than 450 +plus pages of lists 57,000(grouped) Black Saints, Mystics, Holy Folk, in 1000 lines of information about Black Saints of African Heritage to the year 599 A.D. (Later volumes will list those to the present date).

SO HERE NOW! Immediately accessible.

Most Blacks know about the African St. Augustine, and his mom, St. Monica. Some might be vaguely familiar with St. Martin de Porres, or St. Benedict the Moor. But few know the writer of the Gospel of Mark and secretary to both Apostles Peter and Paul--was African, Mark! We have not been taught about the Saints Clement and Denis of Alexandria, nor St. Catherine the Great. Thousands of Desert Fathers and Mothers who followed Christ in the first 599 years of the Church have been hidden from us.

How many of us know about St. Macarious the Elder, and St. Macarious the Younger, Apa Noub, Ammon the Great, St. Cyprian of Carthage, Pope St. Victor I-- all African friends of God (called (I>saints)

The African saints survived, either here, or in Christ because they had the faith of a mustard seed. Did you know there were more than 57,000 Black Saints and martyrs before the year 599 A.D.? Read about it!

Black Saints, Mystics, Holy Folk (The Ancient African Liturgical Church to 599 A.D.Vol. I)

57,000 Black Saints, Martyrs, and Holy Folk Discovered in the Ancient African Church before 599 A.D.

"Out of Egypt I called My Son" See Hosea 11:1, Matthew 2:15

Why do you follow a white god? Why do you worship in institutions that never accepted you? Stinging questions Black Catholics and others ethnic perennially parry from members in the historically Black Churches. The questions traditionally have included queries from Al Islam (Muslims) believers in the urban areas.

But now evidence exists that Christianity (also) sprang out of the African, as opposed to the Saudi Arabia origination of the Prophet Muhammad and his original followers. Black Saints, Mystics, and Holy Folks (The Ancient African Liturgical Church, Vol. I). seeks to correct the oversight, especially as the Church grows by leaps in bounds in the Africa and the geologic and historical lands of Black Diaspora.

Such proofs can be gleaned from the 57,000 African Saints in the early 500 years from when Jesus (Yeshua) commissioned His apostles to go forth and teach all nations.

Horrors of enslavement and colonialism still haunt and direct the Black Church experience in the church. But now, Black Christians, Catholics and ethnics can show that Yeshua, Jesus the Christ, grew up in Africa, personally establishing an African root to His vine, and the branches.

Black Saints, Mystics, and Holy Folk shows that the once powerful African Church had at least five apostles ministering there before their departures to other lands. Cephas (Simon Peter) in set up a church in Babylon, Egypt before going to Antioch and finally Rome. Phillip visited and assisted the Ethiopian Eunuch (See Acts 8:26-39. Nathaniel Bartholomew Levi ministered in Africa.

Tradition calls Matthew, Apostle to the Ethiopians (See http://www.traditioninaction.org/SOD/j092sdMatthew_9-21.htm

And Jude Thaddeus Lebbeus (Jesus cousin) healed there, according to Black Saints introductory chapters. The Coptic branch of the one, holy catholic (which means universal) Church still manifests proud traditions of the Holy Familys visits. (See Isaiah 19:1, Matthew 3: 13-15. http://touregypt.net/featurestories/journey.htm).

Important information, inasmuch United States Bishops (and those elsewhere) blew an opportunity to evangelize the formerly enslaved after the American Civil War.

As the Holy Catholic church struggles in the West, the Church African (originally part of the oriental Church), finds the leaves of growth regaining the light of day, bursting thought the concrete of neglect, persecution, and heresies of the Vandals, and Arians who nearly destroyed the African Church during the AD 400s.

Mt 6:7-15

Jesus said to his disciples: "In praying, do not babble like the pagans, who think that they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them. Your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

"This is how you are to pray:

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.'

"If you forgive others their transgressions, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions."

Psalm 68 (69)

But I turn my prayer to you, Lord,
at the acceptable time, my God.
In your great kindness, hear me,
and rescue me with your faithful help.
Tear me from the mire, before I become stuck;
tear me from those who hate me;
tear me from the depths of the waters.
Do not let the waves overwhelm me;
do not let the deep waters swallow me;
do not let the wells mouth engulf me.

Hear me, Lord, for you are kind and good.
In your abundant mercy, look upon me.
Do not turn your face from your servant:
I am suffering, so hurry to answer me.

Come to my soul and deliver it,
rescue me from my enemies attacks.
You know how I am taunted and ashamed;
how I am thrown into confusion.

You can see all those who are troubling me.
Reproach has shattered my heart I am sick.
I looked for sympathy, but none came;
I looked for a consoler but did not find one.
They gave me bitterness to eat;
when I was thirsty, they gave me vinegar to drink

I am weak and I suffer,
but your help, O God, will sustain me.
I will praise the name of God in song
and proclaim his greatness with praises.
This will please the Lord more than oxen,
than cattle with their horns and hooves.

Let the humble see and rejoice.
Seek the Lord, and your heart shall live,
for the Lord has heard the needy
and has not despised his captive people.
Let heaven and earth praise him,
the seas and all that swims in them.

For the Lord will make Sion safe
and build up the cities of Judah:
there they will live, the land will be theirs.
The seed of his servants will inherit the land,
and those who love his name will dwell there.

The African, St Cyprian's treatise on the Lord's Prayer

After the support of bread, we ask for the forgiveness of sins As the prayer continues, we ask Give us this day our daily bread. This can be understood both spiritually and literally, because either way of understanding is rich in divine usefulness to our salvation.

For Christ is the bread of life, and this bread does not belong to anyone at all, but to us. And so, just as we say Our Father, because he is the father of those who understand and believe, so also we call it our bread, because Christ is the bread of us who come into contact with his body.

We ask that this bread should be given to us daily, that we who are in Christ and daily receive the Eucharist as the food of salvation may not be prevented, by the interposition of some heinous sin, from partaking of the heavenly bread and be separated from Christs body, for as he says: I am the bread of life which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of my bread, he will live for ever; and the bread I shall give is my flesh, for the life of the world.

So when he says that whoever eats of his bread will live for ever; and as it is clear that those are indeed living who partake of his body and, having the right of communion, receive the Eucharist, so, on the other hand, we must fear and pray lest anyone should be kept at a distance from salvation who, being withheld from communion, remains separate from Christs body.

For he has given us this warning: Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, you will have no life in you. And therefore we ask that our bread that is, Christ may be given to us daily, so that we who live in Christ may not depart from his sanctification and his body.

After this we entreat for our sins, saying Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. After the supply of food, pardon of sin is also asked for.

How necessary, how provident, how salutary are we reminded that we are sinners, since we have to beg for forgiveness, and while we ask for Gods pardon, we are reminded of our own consciousness of guilt!

Just in case anyone should think himself innocent and, by thus exalting himself, should more utterly perish, he is taught and instructed that he sins every day, since he is commanded to pray daily for forgiveness.

This is what John warns us in his epistle: If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us; but if we confess our sins, the Lord is faithful and just and will forgive us.

In his epistle he combines two things, both that we ought to beg for mercy because of our sins and that we will receive forgiveness when we ask for it.

This is why he says that the Lord is faithful to forgive sins, keeping faith with what he promised; because he who taught us to pray for our debts and sins has promised that his fatherly mercy and pardon will follow.

Prayers Requested By Our Lady Oct. 13, 1998

PRAYER TO ST. JOSEPH

Oh St. Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the throne of God. I place in you all my interest and desires. Oh, St. Joseph, do assist me by your powerful intercession, and obtain for me from your Divine Son all spiritual blessings, through Jesus Christ, Our Lord. So that, having engaged here below your heavenly power, I may offer my thanksgiving and homage to the most loving of Fathers. Oh, St. Joseph, I never weary contemplating you, and Jesus asleep in your arms; I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart. Press Him in my name and kiss His fine head for me and ask Him to return the Kiss when I draw my dying breath. St. Joseph, Patron of departing souls, Pray for me.

CONSECRATION TO THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS

Merciful Jesus, I consecrate myself today and always to Your Most Sacred Heart. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. I implore that I may ever love You more and more. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in You. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us! Sacred Heart of Jesus, I believe in Your love for me. Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my Heart like your heart.

CONSECRATION TO THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY

I, (your name), a faithless sinner, renew and ratify today in thy hands, O Immaculate Mother, the vows of my Baptism; I renounce forever Satan, his pomps and works; and I give myself entirely to Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, to carry my cross after Him all the days of my life, and to be more faithful to Him than I have ever been before.

In the presence of all the heavenly court I choose thee this day, for my Mother and Mistress. I deliver and consecrate to thee, as thy servant, my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the value of all my good actions, past, present, and future; leaving to thee the entire right of disposing of me, and all that belongs to me, without exception, according to the good pleasure, for the greater glory of God, in time and in eternity. Amen.

Prayers Jesus and Mary had previously asked we pray (after communion, for meditation):

Anima Christi : Soul of Christ, Sanctify me. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, Inebriate me. Water from the side of Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. O good Jesus, hear me. Within thy wounds, hide me.

Suffer me not to be separated from Thee. From the malignant enemy, defend me. In the hour of my death, call me. And bid me come to thee. That with thy Saints, I may praise Thee, forever and ever. Amen.

Prayer Before A Crucifix

Look down upon me, good and gentle Jesus, while before Thy face I humbly kneel, and with burning soul, pray and beseech Thee to fix deep in my heart lively sentiments of faith, hope, and charity, true contrition for my sins, and a firm purpose of amendment: while I contemplate with great love and tender pity thy five wounds, pondering over them within me, having in mind the words which David Thy prophet said of Thee, my Jesus.

They pierced my hands and feet. They numbered all my bones. (Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be to the Father, etc. for the intention of the Holy Father).

Jesus and Mary have said to say 7 Glory Bes for and to The Holy Spirit daily, as well as 7 for and to your Guardian Angel for their help. In the Evening, one should do an Act of Contrition for the days travails or omissions. ( And if you can, The Come Holy Spirit, and Wisdom of the Sacred Head Prayer, and the Angelus. Do not be discouraged, just do your best at what you can do).

Resources include Meditations of St. Ignatius, and apparitions of Jesus and Mary in various lands. CONYERS, Scottsdale, Emmitsburg, Cochambamba, Medjugorge. But always get out the Bible and pray to test the Spirit.

DISCERNING GOD'S WILL!

DISCERNING GOD'S WILL!

This site, still under construction, will be polished for syntax, grammatical errors, et al. Still the information needed to be shared, hence its availability, Awarts and all@.

Determining Gods Will

Why? It may be self- evident to some. Four centuries ago, Gods friend, St. Ignatius said, We should do Gods will for the greater glory, recognition, or fear of God. St. Alphonsus, another servant said that, Uniting our will to God should be for His good pleasure.

Both servants of God agree that the ultimate glory a soul gives The Creator is to do His Will in all things, whether seemingly good, or averse to us. Jesus, Himself, came to earth for His passion, death, and subsequent resurrection to do the will of The Father. Heb. 10: 5-10.

So part of the Divine Will is to take up the cross (trials and tribulations) God gives you. (Temptations and dark nights of the soul He allows). He will help you carry it through life. Otherwise, you will bear a larger cross of your own choosing without the help of Christ. You will find that one most burdensome.

You may even despair in your frustration. Having it your way can be spiritually and physically disastrous. A person who rails at God in adversity suffers needlessly, without merit, especially if (s)he follows his/her own wills dictates.

Jesus Christ recognizes as His brother, sister, or Mother that soul which does the will of the Father, (Mark 3:34; Matthew 12:50). So uniting our will should be not only in things that God allows, such as sickness, desolation, poverty, death. That unity should include experiences stemming from man, be it contempt, injustice, loss of reputation, earthly goods, and persecution. For God turns bad things to good consequence. When things are done in harmony with Gods will, everything comes together in proper order. God planned it that way. So God wills our trust and humility.

Jesus says to understand his plane as illustrated in the bible. We should study the roots and meanings of words. He said one interesting word is TENT - "And the Word became flesh and pitched His tent among us" (Jn 1,14). The original version of the word for dwelling is tent. I pitched My tent to offer you refuge and protection. To understand someone is to penetrate in his world and in his life. I understood you because I did not leave you out in the open, rather I warmed you in My loving Heart.

To know the etymological significance of the words enriches very much their meaning. For example: to REMEMBER (RECORDAR) RE - CORDAR. corde = heart in Latin> means to give one's heart back again. Another interesting word is TENT - "And the Word became flesh and pitched His tent among us" (Jn 1,14). The original version of the word for dwelling is tent. I pitched My tent to offer you refuge and protection. To understand someone is to penetrate in his world and in his life. I understood you because I did not leave you out in the open, rather I warmed you in My loving Heart.

A soul uniting his or her will with Gods Holy Will shows love of God. Acts done in Gods will have to be pleasing to Him. One Doctor of the Church, St. Teresa, writes that conformity of a souls will to Gods Divine Will gains perfection. Such perfection, or the perfect love of God, means the complete union of our will with that of God.

That soul which gives its will to God, gives God everything. We strive for that perfection by forcing our will to walk in Jesus Divine Will. Following His footsteps, we are part of the living Jesus with the Mystical Body of Christ. By example, a statue at Christ, The King Parish(San Diego, California) had its hands broken off.

The parish priest built a sign reading, I have no hands, but yours.Jesus says, Be my hands and feet on earth by giving of your time and effort to help your neighbor. Do not come to heaven with empty hands. For you will have to give an accounting before me, for all your actions in life. Your sins of commission and omission.

The more you close in unity with Gods Heart, the more you join in His Glory (light). So connected through His eyes, all creation seems more beautiful. As the renewed earth looms, Jesus will perfectly join you as one with Gods Divine Will. Connect. He will reveal it to you always. Follow closely, so that you intimately become a part of Him. You will link with God, in the Trinity.

ANOTHER METHOD of earning that condition of light, that state of perfection is through learning the silence of Christ. In silence, fewer atoms or molecules collide. This yields the peace that surpasses understanding. You can make meditative prayer more easily. So you may share more light. Practice silence toward men, while cultivating the habit of speaking with God. Remember Jesus in your prayers. With such spiritual endeavors, you will find and maintain peace of soul. This is done through that process God calls us to give Him our hearts. Train yourself in better devotions so your life will be directed closer to following His will.

Indeed, we should return our God given gifts in service to Him. How we do so shows the degree of our love for Him. Through lifelong conversion of our spirits to His Holy Spirit (also called CONVERSION OF HEART), we conform our wills to the Will of God, completing that phase of creation.

For through Gods will, He made us and all creation. In the coming new creation, era of peace, God will direct motives to pleasing God and becoming part of His Divine Will. We will live in it. No evil will block our progress.

Jesus said in being a part of His Oneness in the Divine will, you will no longer have to discern that which I want you to follow. Without questions, you will then be doing His will intuitively. Witnessing God this way will be in total peace and surrender. You truly will live with the Divine will. Though YOUR FREE WILL CONTINUES TO EXIST, it will be voluntarily united with God.

God wills our good. Sanctification is His will for us. 1 Thess. 4: 3, means loving God by following His will. Giving Him praise and thanks leads us to our heavenly reward. The object or goal of all our works, desires, intentions, meditations, contemplations, prayers-- our total existence-- should be that we will only what God wills. Our every action and every moment must be lifted to God. This really lifts our energies or spirits, so to speak.

;God said He gave it to us. Give it back to Him. In so doing we make those actions and moments powerful prayers, increased through the amplifier of God. Slowly, we learn to do this by invoking Jesus, the Holy Spirit, Mary, the Mother of God, the saints (called friends or servants of God), and our Guardian Angels.

You cant beat the Lord in giving. The more a soul strives toward such light, such perfection, the more blessings, gifts, or mercies that soul receives. The old rubric declares that, as praises go up, blessings come down. Such Charity of God (a type of love, or gift) bonds perfection, and increases the interior life.

WE ALSO LEARN GODS WILL BY READING SCRIPTURES. Psalm 142:10 prays, Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your Good Spirit guide me on level ground. For your names sake, O Lord, preserve me. In your justice, free me from distress.

Our prayer should include, Lord, what would you have me do? Acts 9:6. For perpetual serenity or peace in this life is one gift earned in discerning and doing that will. This peace surpasses understanding. Phillipians 4:7. It results from focusing Jesus only, who is the Prince of Peace. Our Lord said ,It is my word and example you should follow.

In all things keep on the narrow, straight road to heaven by following His Divine will. Come to Jesus by adhering to His will and plan for you. Trust, abandon everything to Gods good pleasure, because being infinitely wise, He knows and wills what is best for us, being all good and loving. Things and cares of the world will slowly pass into insignificance. Jesus said, Keep your focus on me, every day. I will guide you to your eternal destination with Me in heaven.

Mary says this occurs because you attend the things of God, and not of yourself. She says self focus shows a kind of pride. The purpose of YOUR BEING is to acknowledge Gods reality, not your own. This does not mean ignoring problems or difficulties. Dismiss temptations by asking God, What would you do or say if someone were to say or do such a thing to you, O God. By Gods grace, I would say or do what God would want me to say or do.

See God in all you do. Pray for the grace to see yourself as God does. This realigns your perspectives, and develops an attitude of resignation in God and His providence. Despite the struggles in your life, you will constantly correct your course, your situation, or circumstance. Thus whatever befalls the just man, it will not make him sad. Proverbs 12:21. Want only that you fulfill His Holy Will.

Pray in and through The Father, Thy will be done. Praying much, discernment of the Spirit will direct you to act. By following His commandment to love God and neighbor, your path will be made clear. According to Romans 8:28". We know for those who love God, all things work together unto good. God makes it so. God cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7.

Acquiesce in Gods will. Say always, Do you build up, or tear down, O Lord, as seems good in your sight. I am content. I wish only what you wish. While you may not immediately be, you will soon become so.

Thus, we free ourselves from imperfections(encrustation) and harassments(from some evil). However, sickness is the acid test of spirituality. It reveals whether ones virtue is real or sham.

Pray, Lord, I wish neither to be well, nor to remain sick. I want only what you will. Then unite your sufferings to those of Jesus.

In spiritual desolation, resign yourself to whatever crosses God sends or allows. As in Proverbs, God gives you no more than you can carry. This is a time for resignation, for serving him with resolution and humility.

St. Alphonsus says one discovers Gods true lovers in times of aridity and temptation. According to Jesus, You love me by how much you are willing to sacrifice, no more, no less. Be resigned to Gods will. All the saints found their salvation in following that will.

Consider events occurring to us now, and those of the future as coming from the hands of God. Direct all our actions to the will of God, solely because God wills it. Expend our energies as in all things, offering them up or consecrating such daily tasks to serve God in that manner He wishes. Such tasks or disbursements of energies become prayers.

Mary cautions us to watch our minds and imaginations. She counsels that idle fancies come from the evil one. Preface all things, Lord, what would you have me do? Acts 9:16; and, Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven. Matt 6:10. Discerning Gods will CAN BE DONE with Jesus, her son, the Son of God.

HOW AND WHEN... TESTS FOR DOING GODS WILL-MAKING DECISIONS, FIGHTING TEMPTATION, AND DISCERNING THE SPIRITS

(Note: Get your Bible. Read the footnotes, text, and the small letters. Test and Pray. The words, my, mine, yours, ours, are interchangeable)

(With help from Fr. Michael Scanlon and St. Ignatius Loyola) Pray, Pray, Pray, Consecration to Sacred Heart of Jesus, Consecration to Immaculate Heart of Marry. Seven Glory Bes to Holy Spirit, Seven Glories Bes for Guardian Angel Help daily, Morning Offering, Prayer Beneath the Crucifix, Anima Christi, Daily Rosary, Daily Stations of The Cross(For the Rosary and Stations Promises, Daily Divine Mercy, Daily Mass-These are the basics, according to God, and Mary. Bonuses St. Michael Archangel prayer, Prayer to St. Joseph, Angelus, Daily communion, Memorare, Hail, Holy Queen God had said pray unceasingly. When Jesus was troubled, He increased His prayer.

The tests below are taken out of order. Ask God whether your proposal, thought, acts, decision, or intuition fits the following tests:

Does the act/decision CONFORM to the will of God? Does It Lead to CONVERSION of hearts(holiness)(Yours/others) Do you Have CONFIRMATION?

Do you have a strong CONVICTION? (Does your heart say Yes? Is the way of God CONSISTENT with how God speaks to you? Discern the SPIRITS THROUGH PRAYER

1. CONFORMITY TO THE WILL OF GOD:

Test: All actions/ decisions must be in conformity with Gods law to be in obedience and/or submission to Gods will? Does it conform to Gods will as expressed in revelations, tradition, scripture, the teachings of the church, commandments, Magisterium, Vatican Documents, rules, and regulations, moral theological texts, tests? Does it lead to conversion( See below)?

Pray to the Holy Spirit for discernment. To see Gods face and be in Him, open your heart. The more you search for Him, the more he comes to you. Do not stand still. Examine everything you place into your system (body, mind, soul). You amplify (or decrease) Gods gifts through your use of His molecules, atoms and electrons. Stop worrying.

Pray more. God says, Let me do my work. Or as in a famous sign. Hello this is God. I will not need your help today. Have a nice day! The exception is in those matters we have been assigned to help through our talents, graces, and gifts. God expects-- HE WILLS in His name we do something for our brothers and sisters with the graces given us.

There will be THE JUDGMENT AND ACCOUNTING. A time looms when Jesus justice will come forward in judgment. Be aware when you are justifying or rationalizing sin, especially PRIDE: Placing rottenness, instead Divine Eucharist(assuming favor)or putting reason and I in place of A Divine Eucharist.

Mary says, The greatest gift of God is before you in the sacrament of Eucharist. Few of faith recognize it. I have spoken of His words of truth contained in the gospel. Yet those who call themselves scholars and experts argue about His words and events which took place. I have given you words from God. Yet many people sarcastically analyze His words and say, indeed they contain factual errors because they are written through a person of human nature.

Adore, praise and thank Him for His endless love and mercy. Little ones, you come seeking signs and wonders. God has given you many signs. If I was allowed by God to give you a sign, it would be soon forgotten and noted as a magical event. You fail to recognize the hand of God in everything. God has not separated Himself from you. You choose to live apart from Him. When you follow false gods, you emit more darkness into the world. Our hearts bleed for you. With my Son, together let us push the darkness away,. Mary says.

Little children, I tell you that God does exist and My Son, Jesus, is your Savior, the Son of God, the second person of the Holy Trinity. Beware of the dangers of deception you will fall into by negating His presence. Those who refuse to accept His words of truth are misguided and have a false impression. Little ones, trust in God! Open your hearts to receive the truth of His words.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REASON AND PRAYER

Through reason, alone, you will not know what to do. Prayer generates enlightenment. Ocean of mercy fountain of help, unfathomable Divine Mercy.Praise, reverence, respect, admiration, devotion. Raising up God. To see Him. For God operates in the Holy Spirit of peace and joy. Testing the conformation to His will, are there existing calls from God contradict the current decision(s) or proposal(s). Each call from/by God builds on earlier one(s). Respond by submitting to God, living His gospel, His law.

CONFORMITY TO HIS LAWS

Test: Would current inspiration/ proposal hinder submission or obedience to God and His church? We form our own conscience according to Church teaching. Pray the Holy Spirit for discernment. Offer God your will;If it is thy will. Choose God for eternity. Surrender your heart, spirit.

Any existing commitments affecting the decision. ? Which commitment(s), call/ lead you to joy, and other fruits of the Holy Spirit. You witness Gods love through his Word. Tradition based, with scriptural understanding, church teaching is free you.

Lift every action to God. This in effect lifts all our energies, and energies resulting from the actions, molecules, upon molecules, electrons, impinging upon electrons, up to God. Giving back God, the power, and ultimately using His power(see below) in all we do. Thus seek God in all you do. This is the basis of offering creation [back] up to God, the acknowledgment.

2. CONFIRMATION

Usually followed by Conviction, according to rightly formed conscience. Things happen. Closed doors open, obstacles are removed. Means and assets become available. Possibilities turn into solid leads. Favorable circumstances appear. See if the presence of the Fruits of the Holy Spirit exists in confirmation. Or note their absence. God when He wills, grants signs, healings, visions, locutions, and dreams. Guided works manifest the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Trust God.

3. CONSISTENT

Has God talked to me in this manner in the past? GOD IS ALWAYS CONSISTENT. Question, Is decision, the course of action consistent with the way God has spoken, worked with us before?

Speak, Lord, your servant is listening!. If the intuition is from God, you will be comfortable. If not of God, you may feel anxious. YOU NEED CONFIRMING PRAYER. Say, If you are of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who loved and created all things, welcome. If you are not of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, go to the foot of the cross, never to bother me, so that Jesus can deal with you as He will, In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Ones skills and roles with the decision are important, but not paramount. God may lead you from your level of comfortability. Gods consistency tests our temperamental and emotional life. Your reaction to circumstances and objects may be suggesting Gods will for you, especially when it appears inconsistent with that which is usual. TEST!

TRUST IS THE ESSENCE OF GODS RELATIONSHIP FOR US. Blood and Water, gushing forth from the side of Jesus as a font of mercy for us, I trust in you.HE WILL CARE FOR YOU! A thought, the blood flowing from the side of Jesus, looks amazingly like the purifying, earth creating lava flowing from a volcano. With Sodom and Gomorrah, it was brimstone. With Noah, it was flood water. With Our Lord, Jesus it was with blood and water.

Test: Who? Does God usually act through other people? What: Has/does your life follow a pattern of a particular type of work? Have you gained skills and experience that point in a particular direction? Where? Do you hear God in certain places? Church? Doing dishes? While walking? When do you feel His guidance? How do you hear the Lord?

Compare: the inner, peaceful sense, with Gods revelation in other matters/ sources with respect to you. What is the cost of a direction(spiritual mental, psychological, emotional)? Is it too high, in balance with the proposed gain? (Focusing on the rules: He will care for you. He gives you no more than you can handle. Verify the call from God really is from Him. Prayer and meditation.

4. CONVERSION OF HEARTS

This means holiness. Such holiness rests in faithfulness. Will the proposed decisions bring you closer to God, or draw you away from Him? Does it help in holiness, the conversion of your heart, others?

Mary has said, Doing great works does not make you holy. She comments that doing great works consists of doing those acts the Father wills for you to do. She said if God wants you to remain hidden in doing humble tasks during life, faithfully carry them out. This gives God glory. People need not know the great gifts with which God has graced you, for you to be great in Gods eyes. You need only to do the Fathers will. Honor comes from God, not the world. Delight in doing what God desires.

So everything must be(lead to) the honor and Glory of God. Does it result in closer union with God? To a more faithful discharge of your responsibilities? Does it involve the unnecessary occasion of sin? Our end and purpose are to know, love, and serve God in this world, and to be happy with Him forever, in the next. Look to the fruits, manifesting.

Prayer, the gateway to conversion(Holiness). Read scripture. Pray over it. Ask, is this for your/others conversion? Mary has said those that pray with humility, God answers during prayer.

Will the proposal place Jesus/God first and do everything in His name? Place your confidence in Him. Confidence stems from the Latin words to loosely mean con=with. Fidence= faith.

Mary says of faith, Little ones, My love for you is immeasurable! My Son desires each one of you to be His disciple and an instrument of His merciful love. I give you words of encouragement and yet I challenge you because it takes time to change.

There is a great trial of faith coming and it is necessary for you to willingly incorporate all the graces God has bestowed upon you now by conditioning your ways to be vessels of love and by tempering the vices of your flesh. If you wait to the last moment, by reasoning you have time, it will be too late, because you will not be able to discern God's truth and could be pulled into the deceptive ways of My adversary.

Practice your lessons from heaven as an athlete who prepares for competition. Do not let your defenses down at any time or you can fall prey to wickedness. Do not spend time wondering what will happen to the world or what this trial will be like or whether you will survive. I can assure you that the effects of this purification will not be what your imagination lends itself.

Only God knows this mystery and time. Yes, little ones, God's justice will prevail, but remember He is merciful and He loves you. You are invited to live the gospel of Jesus. Begin by genuinely loving one another. I have not been sent to you to instill fear. I have been allowed to be here to prepare you children, especially those of you who seem lost, confused and frightened, to be holy apostles of God's love.

I love you, little ones. Jesus loves you and blesses you with many gifts. Our tasks done with faith become prayer. Complete them with great care, peace of heart, and humility. On This, Mary says, I am with you, My little ones, during these times of confusion and distractions. A great trial of faith is coming for all of God's people. This is why I encourage you to seek meekness and humility.

Danger can unfold in the spiritual life when the laity begins to think they have acquired the knowledge to judge theological and mystical situations. When people become active in prayer and have gained some knowledge, by the grace of God, oftentimes they may think they know how to counsel others and be quick to answer questions of the spiritual world.

This is dangerous and can result in spiritual vanity. The same is true among the religious. Nothing can be worse than when a group of priests or sisters join together and each one feels favored by God with the gift of knowledge. It is very important to be humble. God grants the grace of discernment and wisdom to a chosen few, at His liking, and it is a great gift indeed.

Those who have this grace do not wonder whether they have received it, and yet are not quick or eager to give advice or counsel on spiritual matters. Wisdom teaches them prudence and how prayer of the heart aids in pondering God's truth. Wisdom teaches them that obstacles to discernment and prayer come from two angles.

Firstly, vain or sinful thoughts can turn them away from prayer; or secondly, beautiful and complimentary thoughts can turn them away from true discernment to focus on their own thoughts, and the soul loses its communion with God. It is very important, little children, to worship God in spirit and truth.

It is important to pray with your heart and ponder God's words. If you desire knowledge, pray you will be enlightened with knowledge of yourself. If you have difficulty with prayer of the heart then pray through the power of your will. With time your mind and heart will join and you will achieve mental interior prayer of the heart.

Each decision should lead us and others closer to God. God is with you. Will the proposed direction lead, us or others to a more faithful discharge of your primary responsibilities? God says nothing about success. For He leads you to it. He will not abandon you. So does the decision involve an unnecessary occasion of sin?

Does it allow Titus: 2, 11:12? Reject godless ways and worldly desires. Look at the probable result, the fruits, love, joy, peace, patience kindness, generosity faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. These oppose works of the flesh: conceit, envy, provocations, proudness, passion, and pride.

5. CONVICTION

Does your heart say Yes?. Does a sense of moral certainty, or anxiety, fear, doubt and worry prevail (See St. Ignatius answer to that below). Peace in the heart, and certainty in the mind are different. Do you have a moral certainty? If not, appeal to the other tests. Of the alternatives, which do you believe is right.

Which has the least negative consequences, re: the fruits, conversion, and for the body of Christ, and the purpose for which. What does your heart say, Interpreting spiritual signs? How strong is your conviction? Doubts? In His anguish. He prayed more earnestly.

Your decision/ choice must mirror the end for which He created us. We must not fit the end to the means, but the means to the end. Do not have God conform to your inordinate attachments. And do not conform God to your inordinate attachments. Your first aim is to serve God, which is the end, and the means.

Seek the end. Serve God. The means to the end ishow?. Nothing must move you to use such means, or deprive yourself of them, save only to serve and praise God, and the salvation of your soul.

DETERMINING GODS WILL, MATTERS IN WHICH TO MAKE A CHOICE

Indifferent and good in themselves. Not opposed to the church, nor unlawful.

Things that cannot be changed-marriage or the priesthood, no further choice is possible. If not made with inordinate attachment, all calls from God ARE pure, undefiled, without attachment to flesh. Matters that may be changed In the sight of Our Lord, perfect yourself as much as possible . . . if one wants to produce worthwhile fruit that is pleasing to God.

THREE TIMES WHEN A CORRECT/GOOD CHOICE MADE

1. When God moves, the soul decisively does what has been presented to it. 2. When we have derived much light through consolation and desolation of diverse spirits. 3. During a tranquil time when the spirits have not agitated the soul. And when (wo)man considers the purpose (s)he has been born, with a desire to choose as means to serve God

A. Making a correct choice of the way of life. Place before your mind, the object of choice (e.g., study or fight). Focus on as your aim, the end for which God created you, praise of God and the salvation of your soul, without any inordinate attachment to a proposed choice, so not more inclined or disposed to accept the object in question or to relinquish it, to give it up. Beware of pride.

B. Pray God to move your will according to His Will and His Glory. Prayer Examples the Wisdom of the Sacred Head prayer. Wisdom of the Sacred Head, guide me in all my ways. Oh love of the Sacred heart, consume me with thy fire. (Three Glorias, honoring Divine Wisdom, Will, and Understanding), then, Oh Seat of Divine Wisdom, and Guiding Power, which governs all motions of the Sacred Heart, may all minds know thee, all hearts love thee. All tongues praise thee, now and forever more. Amen. Also, pray, E.g., Divine Mercy prayer. (Or Come, Holy Spirit. Prayer).

The choice should be like equilibrium, leaning neither to either side. All your actions are for the Glory and praise of your soul. If God gives discernment, ask Him to move your mind. In reverence, adoration, praying to, admiration, to see His face, to see the light of God in all things.

Use understanding to carefully weigh the matter with fidelity(Evidence of things unseen). Make your choice in conformity with what would be pleasing to Him.

1. Weigh the advantages and benefits that would accrue to me if I had the benefice(what you ask for) solely for praise of God and benefit of the soul.

2. Weigh(t) the disadvantages that might be in having it.

C. Do the second alternative.

5th. Spiritually consider each advantage. Determine which alternative appears more reasonable. God says use the judgment I have given you. Decide because of the weightier motives. Not because of sensual ones.

6th Diligently, and prayerfully, offer the decision to God so He may confirm it. He will. (Ask. You will receive. Seek. You will find. Knock, and it will be open to you).

SECOND WAY: Love that moves and causes must descend from above. (Love=help and work). See that the work proposed is solely for the Creator.

1. Spiritually, mentally recommend to yourself a (wo) man (YOU HAVE) never seen or known. Consider telling her/him what God would want him/her to do for the glorification of God and salvation of his/her soul.

2. What alternative would you choose, if you were at the moment of death?

3. See yourself standing at judgement(death) in the presence of Jesus. What decision would you have made, to fill you with happiness and joy? (Remember after death, there is only justice. At the moment of death, you have options, and could even be healed).

Guided by the rules above, decide.

AMENDMENT OF ONES STATE OF LIFE.

Things we can change. Pray with great diligence. Direction of amendment in reparation. Where an (ecclesiastical) office in which you cannot make a change, marriage, or Holy Orders.

Otherwise, recall the purpose of (your) creation-- glory and praise of God, and the salvation of (your) soul. As you pray, offer up all your duties and your actions. Your whole life becomes a prayer.

Determine what you should do, to be pleasing to God? . Examine that way, looking at all the details. How should you act by word and example. Consider your resources. What part should you use? What percentage should be tithed?

Seek. Pray. Accept nothing, except the glory of our Lord, as the aim in all you do. Imitate Jesus life in all you do. That includes, healing the sick, admonishing the sinners, raising the dead.

In SPIRITUAL LIFE concerns, we progress in proportion to our surrender of our self love TO GOD, and in proportion to the surrender of our own will and interest TO GOD.

THREE METHODS OF PRAYER

(Can Be Done Daily)

METHOD #1. Examine the 10 commandments, Seven capital sins(vices), the Three Powers/ Stages of the Soul, Love, Peace, and Justice, and the Five Senses. The following describe(s) actions by which soul may prepare itself, so its prayer is acceptable to God. And do not forget that great gift: the grace of frequent confession, and Eucharist. Jesus says by coming to confession, you ready your soul, so that each day you are prepared to see me.

Preparation. Before entering prayer, recollect your self a while in your normal way. For example, this may be sitting, walking up and down, doing chores. Remember to offer up all your actions, with its expenditures of energies, thoughts( focusing, or trying to focus on God).

With the electrons firing, molecules being moved, and atoms colliding, your intention, thought, or actions may all be harnessed in the power of prayer to God. (The physics of motion, cause and effect, desire, intention, thought, movement, power, force, we show compels a tremendous energy you can focus to God, for His intentions, in and for your prayer intentions).

Consider the decision/proposal/act, AND your life, where you are going and for what purpose(s). Offer your method(s) or reading in sacrifice, that it may be acceptable to the Almighty.

In preparatory prayer, you ask Gods grace to know how you have failed to observe the 10 commandments. Go through each. Seek how to amend you life in future. How can you serve God for His greater glory? Query for a perfect understanding of the 10 commandments, to more glorify and praise God. On each commandment, say an Our Father, or three Our Fathers, and a Hail Mary.

For example, consider the 1 st commandment: how you observe it; failed it; how you attempted to rely on yourself, instead of God. Where you have failed, or committed faults recite the Our Father, and the Contrition, asking forgiveness. Go through each commandment. If meditating on a commandment not in the habit in committing sins, do not delay long upon it.

Use the same method examining your conscience for breaches of the capital vices or sins. Each vice or sin is the name of a lower level, false divinity (imp or devil). Mary says these are the very personifications of all these vices.

Evil gradually leads whoever becomes a victim of the seven capital vices (sins) away from the worship due God alone. This embodies the greatest and most horrible blasphemy. Each Masonic lodge has the task of making a different false divinity adored..

Mary says these fruits-- ( Pride, Gluttony, Murder, Avarice or Greed, Lust, Hate or Anger, Envy, Sloth)-- stem from living in habitual sin. Pray the Holy Spirit enlightens you. In the same manner, say the preparatory prayer, with the object of the sin to be avoided. For example, contrary to what many believe, know that "Abortion is murder." Jesus says, "As you murder the life of the most innocent, you murder the life of your very soul. Remember, thou shall not kill. You reap what you sow.

Pray for the contrary GRACE. Faith abrogates pride. Hope combats lust. Charity fights avarice or greed. Prudence negates anger. Fortitude abates sloth. Justice contradicts envy. Temperance fights gluttony.

In the Biblical book Revelations St. John describes a present day beast with many blasphemous heads. Pride, the first head obstructs the virtue of FAITH. Man is caused to worship gods of human reason and haughtiness, technology and progress.

Lust, the second head disputes the virtue of HOPE. One starts to adore sexuality and the god of impurity. Avarice, or greed, its cousin, the third head opposes the virtue of CHARITY. It worships money.

Anger, the fourth head contests PRUDENCE. This guides mans worship of the gods the discord and division gods.

Sloth, the fifth head is sloth. It combats the virtue of FORTITUDE. Fear of public opinion and of exploitation are the gods adored.

Envy is the sixth head. JUSTICE is the virtue opposed. The worship of violence and war is encouraged.

Gluttony is the seventh head. TEMPERANCE is the virtue obstructed. Gods adored and worshiped include hedonism, materialism, and pleasure.

Apportion your time, to understand the faults committed. Meditate on the opposite virtues, and on patience, prudence, long suffering, endurance, love. To avoid sin, ask God for the graces of the seven virtues contrary to capital sins. Always use preparatory prayer.

Repeat the process for the five senses of the body: hearing, taste, sight touch, smell, (and intuition-on this one, God has said if He wishes to talk directly to you, He would gently break into(your psyche and spirit) and do so. Note: Anything coming with violence, fury, anxiety and storm is not of God. (See below). Go through the same exercise. To imitate Christ in the five senses, recommend yourself to Jesus in preparatory prayer, then say a Hail Mary.

For the Three Powers of the Soul, Love, Peace, and Justice, repeat the preparatory prayer. Consider each power, each sense, say a Hail Mary, and Our Father. To imitate Our Lady, recommend yourself and pray to her in preparation. Ask Mary to take it to her son, then say a Hail Mary, Our Father, after each consideration. Meditate further on where you are in the Stages of The Soul:

A. Not caring to listen to the Word of God. B. Listening to the Word of God, but not putting it into practice. C. Listening to the Word of God, and acting upon it.

;You cannot say, Oh how good I am. You should be saying, Forgive me Lord, for you have given me the grace for your glorification in your service to bi-locate, and walk on water, and multiply the bread and the fishes. If you have not been using His gifts. And greater things than this shall you do.

Not to do is an abuse of Gods grace, and a thing for which you have to account. You must take a pro-active stance. God asks: Did you multiply bread and fishes for the benefit of my hungry? Did you calm the waters, and walk on them to save one of my drowning? Did you raise the dead, or at least raise the dead of spirit, the sinful, those depressed, in need of a smile?

Did you minister to the sick of heart, with a smile a hug? Depart from me, I never knew you. While God may not be as rough to ban you to hell Voice, I would be just as hard to those who waste my spirit, my grace . . . what did you do with My graces?

Do not think, because of this, that I do not give to all an abundance of gifts with which they can do pleasant things for Me. I do not look at whom I give My gifts. It is My Love which impulses Me and all participate of these gifts without which they would return to nothing but would never be able to receive Mercy and pardon as those condemned. They lay in the most horrible of prisons; that of rebellion and this - why? Because in life they were guided and driven by all kinds of vices. How many times did I want to draw them to Me. They fled, serving their own will, My supreme gift. All souls were created by God to be with Him in heaven. Return His love and get there.

Remember that each one of them is an example of what man can do without Me. Be sure that no one condemn themselves without his own wish. And believe that not even against them will the Divine Justice ring out with the rigor that they well deserved. I am just, but I appease justice with Mercy.

My Love is sufficient unto itself without need to live but of its own life and its own love. They do not love Me, nor will they ever love Me. Yes, YOU will love Me. I have put My sight on you from the very beginning of the ages, even before anyone was created.

You participate in My sorrows because your are truly Mine and that which is Mine participates of all My Life, of the sorrow now and the glory to come in Heaven. I seek souls that will understand Me. Without them, without My loved ones, I do not act and if they accept Me, My work will be accomplished.

With respect to Gods word, according to the Blessed Mother, As an athlete prepares for an event or you will not have the stamina of endurance. Do not become lax in your faith. Practice your faith continuously. Live today as if it were your last. It takes time to grow in perfection. I invite you to use your time wisely. Draw close to Jesus little children. Gather together. Seek the intimacy of His love.

Repeat your examination of conscience. Be mindful of the Theological Virtues: faith, hope, love, charity, magnanimity, meekness, fortitude, justice, prudence, humility.

METHOD#2. Reflect on the meaning of each word in the prayer. Kneel or sit, as you prefer. (Jesus once said, It is not necessary to kneel [always] in front of me. Rather, it is I who washes your feet.. However, He does desire the reverence due Him as God, genuflecting upon entering, or leaving church, or another act of adoration).

Keep your eyes fixed, e.g., meditating on the word of the prayer. For example, the Our Father, concentrate on Father, or another word. Discern and meditate on the various meanings. Jesus says, Resolve to do penance for all who ask for your prayers. For those who offend me. Also pray for the intention of The Father and Jesus.

For an hour(or the times led by the spirit), contemplate (study) the different alternative meanings, of each word, each synonym. Then say a Hail Mary, or Hail Holy Queen. If you affix onto one or two words, spend the time on them. Finish the prayer during the next meditation period.

As necessary, spend the entire hour/ period on what occupies you for the time. Another day, meditate on the other words, saying the remainder in the ordinary way. (Unless the Spirit has you focus onto them). Do the Hail Mary, then the other prayers in the same way.

When you pray for a person ( petitioning God the Father, Holy Spirit, Jesus, Mary, St. Michael, the other angels and saints) ask for that person for whom the prayer is directed, according to the WILL OF THE FATHER, JESUS AND THE SPIRIT, and for THE GRACES AND WORDS GOD SEES (S)HE NEEDS MOST.

METHOD# 3. : Be conscious of measured, rhythmical breaths or respirations with each word. You (will) pray a single word in a space of time. Direct prayer to the greatness of God for the person you are beseeching(The Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Mary). Be conscious of your humility and your own littleness. Go through the other prayers, Our Father, Hail Holy Queen, I Believe, in this measured rhythm. If you wish, spend all the time in measured prayer. Say a preparatory prayer.

WE ARE LOW BECAUSE WE ARE Not in heaven looking down. Thus, we are little, because we cannot manifest the power of God. Saints have warned, know who you are, and remember to whom you are talking, the God of the universe, the galaxies, the Almighty, the Eternal, the God of Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, David, Solomon, Muhammed, Constantine. The GREAT I AM. Jesus says, Remember who I AM, and I will remember who you are.

RULES FOR THE DISCERNMENT OF SPIRITS, UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENT MOVEMENTS PRODUCED WITHIN THE SOULS, AND FOR RECOGNIZING THOSE GOOD To Admit Them Within The Soul.

For those who go from mortal sin to mortal sin, to still another, the evil one fills the person with more mental or sensual delights, imaginations, and gratifications. It weaves the soul in the web, stench, and mud of mortal sin. (Why Jesus says, if your right eye offends you, better to pluck it out, then has the whole body cast into hell).

Evil is accustomed to proposing such imaginary pleasures (SENSES, FEELING, SMELLS), or the propensity, thought, or the possibility of those pleasures, even if one does not get them. When a body does get them, they have USUALLY LET the soul DOWN (after all, hell is down). The soul then feels remorse, but feels it cannot go back to God, does not want to, or is too ashamed.

THIS IS WHY GOD SAYS, GET UP IMMEDIATELY, SEEK FORGIVENESS, RESOLVE NOT TO DO IT AGAIN, WITH THE HELP OF GODS GRACE. (If Catholic, or Orthodox, go to confession as soon as possible). GODS GRACE IS A LIFELINE, TO A HEAVEN HELICOPTER. Evil has TRAPPED us BEHIND THE ENEMY LINES OF SIN.

We are STUCK IN THE BATTLEFIELD AND MUD OF DESPAIR, ANXIETY, DOUBT, WORRY, FEAR, SIN, HOPELESSNESS. Gods chopper, and the rescue team of Mother Mary, Saints, angels, apostles, the church militant can get you out. This is WHY MARY SAID, DO NOT LET YOUR IMAGINATION RUN AWAY WITH YOU. DO NOT SPEND TOO MUCH TIME IN IMAGINATION. DO NOT HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH EVIL.

SIDE NOTE: Ever wonder why in Hollywood Scary movies, all is (thought) lost. Nobody calls on God, nor Guardian Angel. Evil triumphs, except to the last, because of the controlling fears (false evidence of acting/appearing real) in charge, anxiety, doubt, worry, despair, hopelessness. Ever wonder why the sets are so dark, black, little light? Who produces these films, television shows, videos, and programs? Who places an aura of fear into the ethereal atmosphere? . WHO IS REALLY BEHIND IT?

******* Where the soul seeks to rise in greater perfection, or cleanse (through Gods grace) itself of sin, and move in the service of God, evil spirits harass with anxiety, afflict with sadness, tear the soul down, depresses, raise obstacles. They back their actions by fallacious reasons that disturb the soul. Evil seeks to prevent the soul from advancing.

IN DESOLATION (darkness of the soul, turmoil of spirit) there exists an inclination for what is low and earthly, restlessness, rising from many disturbances and temptations that leads to want of faith, want of hope, want of love. We suffer desolation because we have been tepid and slothful, separated from the Lord, through negligence in piety.

Through our own fault, God has taken consolation. God tries us, to see how much we are worth. (He wants us to know) how much we would advance in service and praise without the reward of consolation. (Like an eaglet being kicked from the nest, with the Mother eagle ready to swoop and catch it, if we call out).

So in desolation, remain firm in the decision(s) you made before the sorrowful period. Commit to the choice(s) to which you adhered in time of consolation. After or during the sad period, never change any former, consolate resolution. During desolation evil spirits try to guide and counsel. But following such evil counsel, you can never determine the way to a correct decision. The goal of the evil spirit was probably to tempt or get you to change.

Do not fear it. Prayer drives it away. Increase your prayers and meditations. Intensify your activities against this bad feeling. Do penance. Jesus admonishes, [and] resolve to do penance for those who seek your prayers. But if it offends me, and I cannot accept some prayers because the person does not trust God completely.

If you trust Me to arrange your affairs according to your plans, AND DO NOT CONCERN that only God knows what is best for you. He can arrange your affairs for your benefit and joy. Remember the Way--Jesus-- when He was in anguish. He increased His prayer.

Know that God left you in your natural power to resist the temptations of the evil enemy that might try you. You can resist with the help of God that always remains. God has said, My grace is sufficient. Though He momentarily removes the abundance of fervor, and appearance of overflowing love and grace, the remainder grace is to persist and for your eternal salvation. You can persevere with patience. Ask for that grace of patience. For fortitude, according to Mary. Consolation will.

God deigns to give us a true knowledge and understanding of ourselves. Then we learn it is not within our power to find and obtain such love and tears. (Indeed, we should pray for the grace that we see ourselves as God sees us). Nevertheless, all is in the grace of God, Our Lord. God does not wish us to build on the property of another, to arise up in spirit to be vainglorious.

SPIRITUAL CONSOLATION

Consolation is the opposite. Thoughts that springing from consolation oppose those that issue from desolation. In consolation, the good spirit guides and counsels us. Love God. Be humble before Him. Be cognizance of His justice, but also of His mercy. An example of spiritual consolation is when an interior movement (feeling inside you) arouses and inflames the soul with love of the Lord God. Consequently, the soul can love no creature for its own sake but only in the Creator.

;Or when you shed tears that moves to the love of God, because of the sorrow for sins, or for the suffering of the Lord. Every increase of hope, love, and all interior joy invites and attracts the soul by filling it with peace and quiet in its Creator and Lord. (Trust God. He works out a plan through a period of years).

When you enjoy consolation, consider how you will conduct yourself in desolation. Humble and lower yourself as much as possible. Know what you could not do in desolation, when left without grace or consolation. If in consolation, know that with the sufficient grace God offers you, you can withstand all your enemies. Find strength in your Creator and Lord. If you inconsolate, or desolate, let yourself know

GOOD SPIRITS use the LIGHT of reason, arousing the sting of conscience and filling you with remorse. The Good Spirit gives courage and strength, and consolation tears. (Tears are often signs of a healing, or the anointing of God). For example, Good Angels(Spirits and saints) give encouragement, inspiration, and peace. (S)he does it by easing your way, making all easy. So say the Angel of God prayer, often. The Good Spirit removes obstacles, so that the soul goes forth doing good.

Evil speaks with evil intention. It is displeased if you reveal its evil suggestions and depraved intentions. For the evil enemy conducts itself as an adulterous woman. (For illustration by St. Ignatius, not for political correctness). A weakling before a show of strength, it is a tyrant if it has its will. Characteristic of such a woman quarreling with a man is to loose courage and flee, if the man shows himself fearless and determined. If the man is weak and flees, the anger and vindictiveness of evil flares up and shows no bound. In the same way the enemy rushes away when the one leading a spiritual life, parries his temptations with prayer.

Nevertheless, if the spiritual one (YOU) get(s) frightened, evil maliciously attacks and carries out its temptations. If you lead a spiritual life, evil takes to flight, if you show yourself fearlessly. (This is why the Our Father, and the prayer to St. Michael remains excellent). If you become/show weakness-- the anger of the enemy shows no bounds. If you begin to be afraid and lose courage, it will carry about its intentions with ferociously.

Before strength, evil is weak. Before the weak, evil is determined. (Read that bible passage, put on the breastplate of righteousness, (Ephesians, 6:14; Isa. 59:17; the helmet of salvation, id; and faith and love as a breastplate-1 THS 5:8; ..Put on the armor of LIGHT Romans 13:12

The evil enemy tries to hide and does not want to be discovered speaking with evil intention in its deceits. Like one in an adulterous relationship, it wants the solicitations and words with which it tempts kept secret. It is dismayed if you publish the words. When the evil enemy of human nature tempts a just soul with wiles and seductions, it wants secrecy.

Should you try to do good, evil gets angry. If you do not do the good, youre supposed to do, God and all heaven become disappointed. Which is greater? Do not fear evil. If you pray (and sometimes fast) it must flee from you. Call on the name of God/Jesus. Because He said it was so. Fear God, and trust in Him.

When one manifests the evil scheme to a confessor or another spiritual advisor, it vexes the evil one. It cannot succeed, where the deceits have been revealed.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE

Evil is also like a commander of an army, probing, attacking at the weakest point in defenses. It investigates all our virtues, theological and moral. Where it finds a breach of defenses in our eternal salvation armor--the weakest and most deficient break, there it violently attacks, trying to take us by storm.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR DISCERNMENT OF SPIRITS(understanding the different Movements produced in the soul: GOD, His Angels and saints, being light, when they act upon the soul to give true happiness and spiritual joy, banishing all sadness and disturbances caused by the enemy. The evil ones fight such happiness and consolation by proposing fallacious reasoning, and subtleties, and continual deceptions. God alone can give consolation to the soul, without any previous cause.

Only the Creator can come into a soul, to leave it, to act upon it in His Divine Majesty, to draw it wholly to the love of God, without any preceding perception or knowledge of any subject where the soul might be led or by which a soul can come to by any cause of its own will.

Jesus has said you can invite evil into your sphere, by music you listen to(There exists music from heaven, and music from hell, He has said), programs you watch, people with whom you associate, things you touch, or bring into your abode.

If a cause precedes, both the good angels, and the evil spirits can give consolation to a soul, but for a different purpose. The good angel is concerned with the progress of a soul to advance and rise. Evil concerns itself with its own intentions, to draw the soul down for its own purposes and wickedness.

Evil spirits sometimes appear as angels of light. It is normal(for most were once angels). THIS IS WHY THE BIBLE HAS TESTS FOR DISCERNMENT OF SPIRITS. This is why the CHURCH SACRAMENTALS OF HOLY WATER, SCAPULARS, CANDLES, OUR LORD made THE SACRAMENTS AND PRAYERS TO GIVE GRACE to combat them.

It begins by suggesting thoughts suitable to a devout soul, wholly in conformity with holiness and the sanctity of the soul. The deceptions end by the evil spirit suggesting its own, Afterward and little by little, it tries to draw the soul into hidden snares and evil designs.

Review the course of your thoughts. Examine if the beginning, middle, and the end of the thoughts is wholly good, and directed toward what is entirely right. This signifies it is a sign from a good angel, or spirit.

If the suggested course of thoughts will End in something evil distracting, or less good than what the soul had proposed thoughts that are weakening to the soul destroying the soul causing disturbance, anxiety of the soul ruins the peace and tranquility

These are signs the thoughts are coming from the evil enemy of our progress and salvation. Thoughts suggested to us end in something less than or less good than what the soul had formally proposed to do, destroys the peace, tranquility, and quiet the soul had before.

Evil or distracting, or are less good . . . ends in what weakens the soul, or disquiets it. . . these are clear signs the thoughts are coming from the evil spirit, the enemy of our progress.

Jesus says, Do not forget that if the devil sees that he cannot seize a soul, he uses his last weapon; that of making the soul believe that she can attain through her own efforts, a greater degree of holiness.

Thus, the soul focuses on self rather than on God. On the other hand, if while being in a state of grace you are still tormented by the thought of your past faults, you should say with firmness: Depart from me Satan, I know I am nothing, but Jesus loves me the way I am. And full of faith, recite the Creed.

(Praise and blessings, love adoration, glory be given to the Holy of Holies by all the creatures who live in the heavens, the earth, and the sea.

Especially adoration and praise to the name of Jesus, present in all the consecrated Hosts. Oh My Jesus, I desire that your loving thirst of love for souls be satisfied, that I may be able to help you to save souls and that all hearts love you and console you...)

Apud Deum misericordia et copiosa redemptio! In God is Mercy and overabundant redemption. Jesus says My redemption is sufficient to save a thousand worlds like the earth.

I am Mercy in life and Mercy in death, I am a loving father to whoever loves Me, and a severe judge to whoever refuses Me a heartbeat of love Think only of Me, saying to yourself: Now I must take care of My Heavenly Father's business. I will show you My power and Who is He Who leads you. Your misery is great, but My Mercy is infinite.

When you or others detect the evil enemy of our human nature, and it is recognized by the trail and by the wicked end to which he leads us, review immediately the whole course of thoughts and temptations.

How it proposed us to step down from good delights, and good thoughts, and step to his wicked designs; how the evil one gradually (tried to or) pushed us to step down from the good thoughts. How it (or tried) pushed us or draw us to the weakened end and its wicked designs. Once we review the experience in prayer, we may guard ourselves from the enemy.

ANXIETY PROBLEM RESOLUTION

Ask God for guidance. What is He trying to say to me? For clarity, read the bible passage, if necessary, the one before it, the one behind it. Who is He talking to then? Why did He do or not do something? What were the circumstances, the conditions? Jesus was the example.

Pray the Come, Holy Spirit prayer. It is perfect. (Or say another prayer, before you start, for enlightenment, discernment). How does it fit with my life, my circumstance, or the people YOU/WE are trying to help, since this information is not for you alone, but to be shared in counsel with others.

(God says that when you share your abundance with others, that is an example of loving your neighbor. Put more spirit in your life by helping others).

Remember, you take one step. God takes two, and He didnt bring you this far, to leave you. Jesus and Mary have said worry is useless, when you worry, you block blessings.

Further, thats what the Divine Mercy Prayers, and Novenas are all about. My Jesus, I place my trust in you. Or a newly discovered one, Blood and Water, gushing forth from the side of Jesus as a font of mercy for us, I trust in you.

Remember, the white rays symbolize the water of Baptism, So the grace of the Holy Spirit, and you being called into the way. Jesus says, I chose you, you did not choose me.

The Red rays on the Divine Mercy picture symbolize the BLOOD of Christ, shed for our salvation. IT IS ALSO THE SYMBOL OF THE EUCHARIST, FOR WHICH YOU PREPARE THE CHILDREN.

;As blood also carries nutrients, it is the oil of the body. Bringing oxygen(breath of life) to the cells in the body, as well as food (vitamins, minerals, enzymes). Some blood cells fight germs(dis-ease), carrying the waste away.

The Blood of Jesus flowing in the Mystical Body of Christ, brings life(spiritual oxygen, psyche-the breath of life=HOLY SPIRIT), and SUSTENANCE AS THE EUCHARIST( WHICH AS YOU KNOW, MEANS ASSUMING FAVOR, GRACE, EU-ASSUMING, CHARIS(M) GRACE, BLESSING, FAVOR)

This sustenance is in both species in Communion, the consecrated Body(bread) and Blood(wine) of Our Lord. Blood of Christ takes away the waste in our lives-sin. It is thus the oilof the church, and the Body of Christ.

Since, too, the world comprises a SPIRIT system of neutron, protons, electrons, neutrinos, quarks, forces of magnetism, ectoplasm, and things we have yet to discover, God IS STILL THE SUPREME ENTITY, BEING, SPIRIT.

All the problems below are of the function of stimulus and response, cause and effect of using (or misusing Gods power [not necessarily by you]), or using the neutrons, protons, photons, electrons, neutrinos of Gods creation.

Even circumstance, incidence, situation AND your sense perception of these are so regulated. Remember, Jesus said no such thing as a coincidence exists.

These emotional (and thus spiritual) impressions in the ether, as prayer, projection, desires, feelings, mind/body connection is further controlled by cause and effect, stimulus and response, consequence(again, not necessarily yours).

A lot of things we cant do anything about. Hello This is God, saying, I wont be needing your help, today. Have a nice day, meaning He has everything in control. We can help Him, by serving Him, loving(helping) our neighbor. Ask your Guardian Angel for help, for the angels have nothing to do, if you dont).

God, Our Lord and Mary say read(First, The Bible, Secondly, The Psalms)

WHEN SUCH A DISQUIETING SITUATION OR SPIRIT IS DETECTED

God says that though evil disguises itself, you can recognize it by the effects produced by its instigations: no calm, no peace at all, an unbridled sense of rebellion. Symptoms of its snares. these amount to ropes for those in care of its principles. Later these become chains. One in Gods Will has full knowledge of such snares and announcements.

According to St. Ignatius, once we detect such action, a profitable review of the situation will help us guard ourselves in the future against these customary deceits of the enemy. The opposition or similarity of souls to the different kind of spirits determines how they approach.

ACTIONS of the Good Angels (saints, and spirits) on souls progressing to greater perfection are delicate, gentle, delightful. Like a drop of water upon a sponge.

Evil actions and spirits upon such souls prove violent, stormy. These are like a disturbing drop of water falling upon a stone. The reason-- if the souls disposition is more contrary or different to the(evil) spirit, they (evil spirits) enter with noise and commotion. They are easily perceived. Where the disposition is similar to that of the entering spirit, they enter silently, like one coming to its own house as if the doors are open.

When sin entered the world, Divine Will was broken. This is why Jesus says if you are in a state of mortal sin, evil spirits can attack and harm you. Often our comfortable, sinful condition lures us into complacency.

Nothings happened, so far, we think. And evil tempts us --it is a liar-it wont attack if we just go along. But Jesus says, You do not have light. You are in darkness. Darkness attracts darkness. The power of darkness succeeds when you turn your will over to them. With worsening souls, the spirits reverse actions. They differ.

When CONSOLATION is without previous cause, there can be no deception. For only God can cause such. A spiritual person must distinguish the time of the consolation from the period that follows it. Check the time, (your) activities, and conditions preceding and following. However, during the latter period, the soul may form resolutions and plans not coming from or granted by God. These may stem from its own reasoning, relations, or from the good or evil spirits. Discern! Pray! And carefully examine them before carrying them out.

Where enthusiasms are followed by unrest in the spirit, or by deep difficulty, anxiety, or uncertainty-- pray, do not act yet. Wait on the Lord, be of good courage. Where a plan gives rise to lack of inner conviction or lack of ambition--do not act. Erratic emotions, unrest? Do not push forward. Wait for God. Roadblocks...anxiety and reluctance that gives way to peace, it is okay to move on it. And if inner peace follows sadness, give God the benefit of the doubt, when you do all you can. Unclear signs? Discern: is it unrealistic? Based on what?

CENTER GIVING GUIDANCE

Pray! Use your mind! God says, My Holy Spirit is the gift I have given my people to live in My Will. Use the grace of judgment God grants. Weigh the options. Is this is the right thing to do? How much is the cost, including possible negative effects of? Is there an emotional pull? Where is it leading? Toward an emotional good, or higher good? Will it undermine that higher good God has already given us? Is the direction/pull toward a lesser good?

OBEDIENCE TO HIS WILL-- is it confirmed by apparent, natural, or miraculous signs? Do you experience a release , a pouring out, in a Yes?. Do you experience, anxiety and uncertainty?

Is it the best chance or information you have? Then it is best not to act. Pray on it. USE THE TESTS ABOVE.

No clear signs or conflicting signs, take more time to pray. Learn your weakness. Do you experience hesitation and uncertainty? Take more time. Pray on it. If you lack confirmation, not acting is best.

Rethink with the TESTS ABOVE. If it conforms to Gods law, is it consistent with whom He used, or how God acted in the past to lead you to his will, ? How? Is it an anointing, hearts stirring, senses sharper?

Have you heard his call, in the same time place, same way, under the same circumstances? Quiet moments? In the prayer closet?

Is it the God of scripture, Is it worthy of God? If a locution, or something of the Lord seems strange or upsetting, it needs much prayer. Spiritual dryness could be a sign of either spiritual growth or setback.

It is not one of Gods displeasure. Pray for patience and the time God intends you to move.

Jesus and St. Ignatius say to reflect on each sentence of prayer. The kingdom of heaven is one of love, patience, fortitude, of complete surrender to Gods Will, of complete fortitude of patience.

Make it the kingdom within you. Thy kingdom come, thy Will be done. God says, I desire you to live in me. When the will is merged, the heart(spirit) is merged. The Lord seeks only your heart (which, if you think about it, is your conscious return of His spirit within you).

Voluntarily surrender it. God says to merge our will with His. Then our heart is merged with his heart. When The hearts are merged the more you want Gods will.

Living in the Divine Will (residing in Divine Power) is dwelling in that holiness for which each soul is made.

We are brought to Divine perfection in perfect union with God in every action, thought, deed, every vibration, and word. For Jesus said whoever keeps his Word, lives in Him, truly loved by Him.

The Master promised, invoke the Divine Will, and the Trinity, Angels, and Saints come. (And remember, love is help to God).

Surrendering your will to God is obedience. He will never hurt you. As God gives you sufficient grace to stand, even if you are desolate, according to St. Ignatius.

Walk in the same way Jesus walked. He was the example. Gods will is the way and will of selfless love. He wants you perfect. But human will lacks every virtue. Only in love will it blossom.

God always gives His love, unconditionally. Review the Bible manifestations of the Holy Spirit (the gifts see 1 Cor 12:8, and the fruits of the Holy Spirit).

Call on Him. Worldwide, the hearts of men need to be purified.

Purification to perfect union and removal of darkness will come about in the greater tribulation. And our prayers will help remove darkness from the earth.

Surrender your will to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Mary asks, In all your greatness, what can you offer to any person, if your deeds are not rooted in Gods will?.

God says for you care for His interests with love. You must endure everything with faith and courage. To accomplish your duty(duties) is to give witness of your Christ. So stay close to Jesus and Mary.

Love is life. Life is love, the fullness of life. Love is to live and do the will of God, which is our highest action. Carry your cross, -- the temptations, the trials, and tribulation. Better, ASK HIM TO CARRY IT--HE WILL.

;See love, see the cross. See God through each of your senses. He will draw you unto Him, though the soul goes beyond the senses as limited entry unto God. Seek God by praying for His will to be done.

Meditate. Give God expressions of love. Jesus says, The soul that wants to love God must overcome the obstacles that arise before it.

It must do away with everything that blocks its will to unite with My will. So those expressions mean emptying yourself with devotion, and submitting yourself to Gods will.

Close your eyes to the Interior love (and thus power) of God. When you choose to close your eyes of your own free will, use your senses to seek God and find God. Strive to be enveloped in Him. Experience God and begin to feel and know Him in a deeper way, through your senses of hearing , sight, touch, smell, and intuition.

Ask Jesus to model you as He WILL. To truly please Him, offer yourself entirely. Practice the corporal and spiritual works of mercy.

The former include feeding the hungry; giving drink to the thirsty; clothing the naked; sheltering the homeless; comforting the imprisoned; visiting the sick; and burying the dead.

Among the spiritual works of mercy are admonishing sinners; instructing the uninformed; counseling the doubtful; comforting the sorrowful; being patient with those in error; forgiving offenses; and praying for the living and the dead.

The Holy Spirit will direct you. Recollect yourself. With all your heart, seek to please God and live his messages, His book, the Bible, as Our Lord seeks only your heart.. Tell Jesus, I love you. Then act. Words are meaningless.

Actions are paramount. St. Theresa says to offer all your actions during the day to God. This increases your graces. And as you offer each action, it will serve as a check on you as to whether that action is something you should be doing.

Remember, actions , even the thought of it, is an expenditure of energy or energies. The sum total of that expenditure is a power. Giving that power to God, instead of evil, or letting it dissipate, is like throwing a hook onto a strong foundation so you can be pulled upward(home, heaven, paradise). Not having that energy, allows you to fall, sink, drown in this abyss.

Rest in Him. If you offer Him your heart, He gives you the gift of His love, and Heaven, which is your home. He will care for us. Return to the Lord. To be converted is to please God.

It means a desire to be with God, feel God, contemplate God, long for and contemplating Him. With your whole soul, make peace with the Almighty, and have a holy fear of Him.

God knows all things because he made them. God placed within whatever powers or abilities a person has. So the essence of worshiping God is trust, giving back to Him in one complete circuit. Have reliance and hope.

His tests make us understand our temperament and life, consistent with His earlier calls. For many decisions follow a previous one. His determinations remain part of a larger plan, which He works over a period of years.

OFFER EVERYTHING TO GOD. REPARATION, REPARATION, REPARATION.

Jesus: My daughter, let us talk once more about the reparation I want you to make. You ask Me how you should make reparation - with faith and perseverance. If at any moment you feel tired, or worried, or feel cold, turn your sight towards the cross, or the Tabernacle.

Each one should understand that you should live solely by My Will and by My Love. I am Love and the fruit of My Love is peace and joy ...

I wish to gift to the world the fruits of My Love, peace and happiness. If you do not do penance, the whole world will fall to its demise on account of sin. War is not only a chastisement for hatred among nations, but also a chastisement for the sins of humanity. You ask for how long you should do penance - until the end of your days.

The sins committed by the current human race are too many and very grave. The devil does not like reparation and fasting, prayer and sacrifice. He detests them, but when you do these things you experience the salvific effects of their practice.

I will give your souls fortitude, perseverance, courage, love and happiness. I repeat, there are too many sins that I cannot tolerate: vanity, immorality, the tongue. Many religious are only religious in the habit they wear, because they are not there in spirit.

Mary commented, Live a life not of the flesh. Live a life of the soul. Your flesh will return to ashes. The life of your soul is forever. Repent and come back to God .

I redeemed the world by means of suffering and prayer at night. Reparation means a change of life, of attitude. Those who have cursed before must bless now. Those who have stolen must do restitution. Those who hate must love.

Those who have served their bodies should serve their souls, and those who have ignored My Commandments, from now on should keep them; if not, there is no true conversion.

Jesus says that each beginning carries with itself inevitable sorrows. Man is born amidst his mothers pains. The grain is born after the seed has been destroyed. The water surges after having fought the force that opposes it.

The fire burns once it overcomes the coldness of the object it attacks, and so on. But the soul who wants to love its God must ,like the fire, the water, the grain, and her own body overcome the obstacles that arise before it.

I would like to see written "Reparation and Sacrifice" on the doors of each convent and of each family of believers. Say this to every one. Just from seeing a little sign, every member of the community or family will start making small and big sacrifices. If the spirit of reparation blossoms in the souls, I will have Mercy on the world.

Mary says, Especially, I encourage family prayer. When you fail to pray in families, you will have greater sufferings and Satan will divide. I have come to represent the Holy Family. You are called to imitate us and stay together. Satan seeks greater division in families and countries and church."

Therefore, instruct, teach... Speak, do something, do not be afraid. God is with you if you are with God. Love does not allow room for fear. Next, functional charity: it is not enough to preach Love. You have to make something living and active out of this love. Words can be ignored, but example, which is always contagious, will not be ignored.

Fight your own selfishness, your own individual comfort. Know how to divide the slice of bread in two, even when it is very small or the only piece. Generously open your arms to your brother, and there are so many brothers in need. No soul of good will find it difficult to understand that only by returning to God can save you from falling.

The fact is that each one expects the other one to do it and thus, no one does anything, but the hour is grave. Begin in your families, in your communities, in your parishes, in your associations.

Do not think of outings, diversions, shows. Seek instead the poor, the abandoned. Speak, help, encourage. Hurry, there will soon come a time when they will say: Blessed are the dead, who die in the Lord, and their lot will be envied.

;Many will be scandalized upon reading these things but do you think that the sorrows and sufferings of the Father are hidden from the children?

Mary says of such sorrows, I cover you in My maternity with the seal of My Son's love. I take your sorrows to Him. I gather all of you children maternally into the ark of refuge of My Heart. Do not fear little children.

God is merciful especially to the repentant sinner. Seek always to live in Divine Providence.

Jesus accepts your suffering in reparation for the continual outrages He receives. Continue to pray little ones. It is your weapon against evil. Prayer allows you to discern what is good and evil. The battle against truth progresses, but as children of God, perseverance and hope will bring the new day of goodness. Little children I encourage you to press on for unity without fear.

Do not allow belittling comments or cruel words of others to seep into your hearts.

Work continuously in the field of love. Do not let others influence you negatively or place words of doubt in your mind. Press on for unity through love and unconditional service. Do not be quick with your tongue or fight evil with evil.

You are novices and your speech will not change a person's heart. Immerse yourself into Jesus' passion through the silence of your heart and pray for strength and endurance.

lose an opportunity to be with My Son. He awaits your love and is often ignored. He will teach you how to respond in love through your actions. Evil cannot exist where there is love.

Your thoughts must be tempered and purified before any attempts of speech pass your lips. Your actions need to reflect the purity of your thoughts. Silence is the sword which slays the deception of evil.

Jesus who has allowed Me to be with you in this. Show your brethren the true face of Christ, the Ecce Homo. [JESUS] My face is to be represented to your brethren as that of He, Who, with His gaze fixed in the heavens, nailed on the cross implores "Father forgive them for they know not what they do".

There I am complete in My immense Love and in My immense pain. Do not be content with showing the Resurrected Christ, full of joy and glory. You have to nail yourselves on that cross before arriving at the moment of My Resurrection, and this humanity refuses to do that.

Seek help from HIS ANGELS, FROM HIS FAITHFUL. Always look at circumstances with the eyes of faith. He talks with us in a familiar way. Is it from God? To what purpose? The spiritual life is the priority in life. See God first, and God will give you all you need. Fruits of the spirit, are they present or absent.

Learn to do His will intuitively. Repeated circumstances, and barriers cause us to re-examine the decisions we thought the Holy Spirit guided. Pray God leads us in obedience and faithfulness. Say the Prayer of Wisdom, the Prayer Before the Crucifix, or the Hail Mary. Listen and test for any response.

Do you believe your heart. Does it say yes? Is it not quite right, or the right thing to do? Conviction tests the heart. Examine past decisions you believe were made by God. Pay attention to whether peace is present.

Jesus says, You who believe in me, leave all cares to me. Because no one else but I can understand your anxiety. And no one else but I can extinguish it, since I allowed it in order to call you to certain things. And if I gave you the desire, should I not know how to satisfy it?

Say Enough! to your anxieties. Calm down a bit. Rest in My Heart. Become only one heartbeat that will reveal to you Divine Harmony.

Desire to follow God? Go to confession. Pray to be purified. Contemplate! Consider what God wants? What, to Him is pleasing? To be convinced, according to HIS will, ask, Is it all for the greater honor and glory of God. God wills to be glorified. Confide in Him. Understand His will.

Pray unceasingly, especially for peace of the world. For all spiritual wisdom and understanding flows from it. And prayer and love are the means to have God (relent) and lower His arms of justice.

Resign yourself to Gods way. Think about the word, resign. Seek Gods will and not your own. HUMBLE YOURSELF BEFORE ME, GOD SAYS. Never think you can talk to The Creator of the universe as an equal. Speak to Him with humility. Rely on His wisdom and love. He will bring peace to your heart. Though He is creator, He still asks.

Jesus says, LET NO ONE BE PRIDEFUL BEFORE GOD. Whoever, will humble themselves as this little child is greater in the kingdom of heaven.

Unless a soul surrenders its will to Gods will, it cannot come to Gods love, trust, and confidence. Jesus says, I give to souls who do my will, the power to repel the assaults of the infernal enemy.

He graces His loved ones with intellect and supernatural light. Then He imbues Him or Her with love, which is necessary for conquering those obstacles which Jesus wants overcome. Evil would have you attend the consequence or its threat in fear. But Jesus says, Keep focus on Me, not the consequence.

Give the grace of the Supreme Being a chance. Submit yourself to God in all things. Want to accept Gods decision in every matter. Place your hopes and ambitions at Gods feet. He seeks only what is good for your long range welfare.

You will no longer sympathize with your desires. For Providence sees all the reasons we see, and those we do not. End every petition, Lord if it is really good for me, . . . but if you decide differently, I want what you want.

Tell Jesus, I love you. Perform acts of mercy to prove it. Words alone mean nothing. Rest in Him. He wants you perfect. Give God loyalty. Adore God. Venerate God. Love and respect God.

See God. Speak and pray to God. To pray to God, give praise, thanksgiving, contemplation, meditation. His justice will prevail. The righteousness will slay evil and its effects in a flash of a moment.

Recognize him as Our Father. Fear God. Glorify in the attribution of His perfection (to reveal, or makes clear the glory of God). Give Him praise and thanks. ( Deals with aspects of light. Act of making formal reverence to God, deference to His holy will). Show kindness, compassion, thanks, charity, graces, kindness, favor, love, altruism.

The Art of Contemplative

Prayer.

As the page turned over I also saw the chapters and all their titles. I was urged to start writing. In just over two weeks I had finished writing the book. I wrote from morning to evening and the ideas just kept coming. I feel I received a special grace to be able to write this book.

Often Jesus comes back to contemplative prayer for it is His preferred prayer. Besides Holy Mass and the Eucharist, it has been the greatest gift that the Lord has given me. It is through contemplative prayer that I came to know Jesus as my brother and friend. The personal relationship with Him is my greatest treasure and I thank Him every day for helping me to discover this simple but deep prayer.

I believe it is the great gift that Jesus is giving the people of the world in this new millennium. If we practice this prayer, Jesus will become alive and we will build a close relationship with Him. It depends though on us to take the decision to pray in this way every day.

May the Lord give us all a great desire to live in close union with Him.
