It's night. Pan down to a lit up busy looking Times Square. Fade out from that to a quiet looking street, panning over to the centre. Fade in to Eve and James's apartment. James has apparently gone to bed but Eve is still sitting in front of her Eli shrine. She is not so much praying as she is looking at it.

Eve(voice over commentary) - We used to be so close. I referred to him as my angel, my only saving grace when coming here nearly four years ago. Why is it now so different? What happened? How did it get like this? I understand the anger, the torment, I understand him missing Alex but he is becoming erratic. I used to come to him when I wanted to talk but he seems so busy, so preoccupied, with his work, patrols. I don't think he knows what's important anymore, what we strive for. I know there are still things he has to work through, he's been through so much, and he is trying to do that in the most productive way possible. So why am I angry, so annoyed with his behaviour? . . . I really don't think he gets it. He so wrapped up in his own pain, his own life, he doesn't see what is going on around him.

Eve - (sighs and gets up moving to her bedroom) He just doesn't understand. I wish he could understand me. I wish I could understand him.

Fade to a pan across the New York, Manhattan Sky line. Fade out from the skyline to a pan up Craig's building. Fade into his apartment. Craig is sitting at the table, a cauldron smoking on top and an empty syringe sitting beside it. He is sitting there looking bored not really paying attention to what he's doing. He's just chucking some herbs in looking almost upset.

Craig - (voice over commentary) - Life is so messed up. How did it get this way? It all started with Thuvan. At least that's where is stems from. My issues. And ever since Alex left I can't stop thinking about her, about what we had, about what I almost did. Eve was the only one to understand me. She was there for me, like I was there for her. So what happened? Most of the time I'm angry with her. Why though? For not trusting me, for not taking the patrols more seriously. I thought we were on the same page. I thought we understood one another. So why I am I annoyed? . . . I really don't think she gets it. She is so wrapped up in her own life, she doesn't see what is going on around her.

Craig - (throwing more herbs into the cauldron) She just doesn't understand. I wish she could understand me. I wish I could understand her!

Craig sighs and throws one more piece of herb into the cauldron. Suddenly a puff of smoke bursts from it making Craig drop to the ground.

Cut to Eve's apartment in her bedroom in the morning. Eve bolts upright in bed.

Eve - What the . . . (looks at her hands and suddenly becomes very panicked) OH! NO NO NO NO NO!!!

Eve rushed out of her bed and out of her room. In the hall way she pushes James out of the way who was headed for the bathroom

James - Hey!

Cut to Craig's apartment as the morning sun streams in the windows. He gets up from the ground holding on to the table for support. He shakes his head

Craig - Whoa.

Craig thinks for a second and then becomes very confused. He looks around the apartment and then at his hands. He gets a shocked look on his face and then runs to the bathroom.

Cut to a split screen as Craig and Eve respectively go to their own bathroom in a panic as they turn to look in the mirror

Eve/ Craig - No No No No No No. (gets into the bathroom and looking into the mirror) AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

THE DAY BEFORE:

It's early morning. Pan around the centre, the light from the sunrise streaming in through the windows turning everything orange. Everything is peaceful.

Craig - (voice from outside) EVE!!! (bangs loudly on the door) EVE!!

The loud banging persists. The lights turn on in the centre. Eve stumbles out of the back room. She walks over to the entrence and let's Craig in. Craig walks in looking like he's in a hurry. He has his duffel bag with him and he's wearing cloths to work out in.

Craig - 'Bout time! Why was the door locked?

Eve - (confused by his bursting in) It's New York?

Craig - Maybe you should give me a key. I can let myself in.

Eve - Not that I don't mind getting up early but Craig it's 5:30 in the morning. Are you crazy?

Craig - Not at all. I want to get some more workout time in before I head to work and early morning is the best time to do it. Beside it will pay to work on my technique. You know, be ready for what ever comes our way.

Eve - Craig I can't let you in every morning and I can't give you a key. There are certain rules and regulations James and I have to follow.

Craig - Oh come on! If you can't bend the rules for your friends who can you bend them for? It not like it so hard to run the centre you can't not follow guidelines

Eve - I can't though, that's my point! I'm starting to have a whole new respect for Alex's job here. It's not as easy as it looks and if I don't follow guidelines this place could be shut down on a technicality.

Craig - Oh give me a break. blah blah blah. I'll just go to another gym

Eve - Fine (walks off)

Craig - (panics)Wait I can't find one that's open this early in the morning

Eve - We're not open

Craig - EVE!

Eve - (spins around) WHAT!

Craig - What has gotten into you?

Eve - 5:30 am and while were on the subject what about you? You're almost having an Alex complex with your heightened drive to squash every demon that hits the streets

Craig - I'm having an Alex complex? You're the one who's snarky about getting up early.

Eve - Snarky?! What kind of word is that? . . . Look, I'm not saying that demon hunting isn't a part of the job it's just that it's not the only part or the most important. Even you know that. So go home get some sleep or at least come back at 8:00

Craig - Fine(grabs his bag in a fit) You want to slack off fine!! Don't come running to me when a demon has your soul!

Craig storms out banging things as he goes. Just as he slams the door behind him, Eve has a come back.

Eve - Yeah! Well . . . . You're one to talk!!! . . . (noticed he's gone) Well shoot.

Cut to a split screen. It's 8:30 and Craig is in the car with Jeff on the left side and Eve is hanging out with Morgan in the centre of the right side.

Eve / Craig - Shouldn't you be at the office working on a case?

Morgan - Jeff is working on a case currently. I said I would so so administration stuff but blew it off to hang out here.

Jeff - Morgan is taking care of things but for your info I am working on a case. Down at NYU that's why I offered the ride.

Eve and Craig in their respective places sigh sadly. Morgan looks to Eve confused and Jeff looks at Craig worried.

Jeff - Is something wrong?

Morgan - Oh crap. What's wrong now?

Craig - It's just Eve. I don't know what wrong with her. I think she's having an Alex complex. She got all upset because I woke her up at 5:30 to work out.

Eve - It's just Craig. I think he's having an Alex complex. Do you know he woke me up at 5:30 to open the centre so he could work out more to better hone his skills for fighting demons?

Craig - I just don't think she gets it you know. She is so consumed in her own little world right now that she doesn't even get that Lucifer is coming down on this world really hard.

Eve - He seems so consumed in his own little world right now. He's so vindictive like he's got a score to settle. I just don't think he gets anyone around him.

Jeff - Look Craig, with all due respect, Eve needs to be focussed on her own little world right now. Her focus and her working through her stuff is what is going to help us fight those hybrids

Morgan - Well Craig kinda does have a vendetta, I mean, after what Lucifer did to him . . . and I know he misses Alex and he's really torn up about almost killing her. He's working though it in his own way. And you know, with Lucifer . . . it might be a good idea that we are all in the best shape we can be.

Jeff - We are all really stressed and consumed in our own worlds right now. I think you need to cut Eve some slack.

Morgan - I'm sure he's just really stressed out right now. You know how that feels so cut him some slack.

Eve - You're right. I'm going to go talk to him right now and apologise for my outburst this morning.

Eve walks out of the centre and Craig and Jeff take up the whole space as the car comes to a stop in the NYU parking lot. Jeff and Craig get out and walk toward the building.

Craig - (sighs) You know you're right. First thing after my classes I'll go and talk to Eve.

Jeff- Don't bother. You know she'll come to you.

Craig - No she won't. She knows I have class.

Cut to Eve bursting through a door into a room where Craig is.

Eve - Craig!

Craig - (turns to Eve in shock) Eve?

Eve - Craig I am so sorry for the way I acted this morning. It was completely unnessescary. Eve though 5:30 is early I know you are still working though things and with everything you've been through I understand. I'm still working though things too. We are both really stressed and I just wanted you to know that I am sorry.

Craig is silent as Eve looks slowly to her right and notices she is in an auditorium full of students

Eve - . . . And I guess they now know too.

Craig - (sighs and turns to the class) O.k. guys I guess I'm ending things early today.

Students cheer a little as they empty the classroom

Craig - Yeah don't get to excited remember I'm giving you guys an oral quiz tomorrow.

Now that the class room is empty Craig starts gathering his things. Eve looks at him silently.

Eve - Sorry about that.

Craig - You could have waited. I was going to come to you right after my classes and talk to you.

Eve - It's not a big deal is it? It cant' be that hard to run a class. Besides, I didn't know you had a class right now.

Craig - (walks out with Eve behind him in to the hall ways) You should, you know I work here, but why would you since your so wrapped up in your own life and guilt and self all the time.

Eve - Hey I came here to apologise!

Craig - (turns around) I know o.k. and I'm sorry too. We all seemed to be wrapped up in our own lives these days. No one seems to know or care about much of anyone else in their lives.

Eve - (really offended)Excuse me? What is that supposed to mean?

Craig - What? I said I was sorry

Eve - Oh yeah you sound really sorry. What happened to you? You used to be easy to talk to. Gentle sweet and caring

Craig - You want a list? How about we start with that fact that you don't talk to me anymore. How can I be there for someone who isn't there for me?

Eve - You know what? Fine. I take it back. I'm not sorry. (pushes past Craig and storms off)Men!

Craig - (turns around and storms off) Women!

Pan over to a bunch of students who watched the whole thing

Students - Teachers!

Cut to a science class room. Jeff is talking to a young teacher. We pan around to the professor and see he looks a lot like Caligula.

Jeff - I have to admit Professor Newman you are a lot younger then I expected. I mean some of these reports on your research are from the 1950's . . .

Newman - (gets all cocky) Ah well you know . . . child prodigy.

Jeff looks suspicious

Newman - (rolls his eyes and sighs) I swear . . . It's my father's research. I'm just carrying on the tradition . . . see the photo

Jeff - (looking at the files and at the newspaper article with picture. The elderly man looks an awful lot like Newman) Oh . . . wow. You look exactly like your father. Now Professor . . .

Newman - Dr. Newman please! Now can you tell me exactly why you have all my research and information and why you are in my lab.

Jeff - I'm a private investigator. The university hired to look into some mysterious illnesses going around campus. All students infected have a few common links. For one they are all involved in your class and they are involved in your research of making this . . . compound.

Newman - Excuse me . . . but I am a scientist . . . I have ethics you know! This compound is still in it's experimental stages! I wouldn't even test it on rats let alone humans!

Jeff - Who said anything about testing?

Newman - . . . Oh . . . well that's what you're implying isn't it.

Jeff - Is there any weird side effects that come from fumes or . . . ?

Newman - The only way you can be affected is if you drank it or injected it into your blood stream. Why are you bothering me? I'm sure there are other "common factors"

Jeff - There are. I'm sorry to bother you Dr Newman but I have to check every source and angle. I'm sure you understand.

Newman - Whatever?

Jeff shakes his head and turns to leave

Newman - Oh you might want to check out the cafeteria. If there is anything weird . . . it's going on there.

Jeff nods and walks out. We pan back over to Dr. Newman who pulls out a cellphone and dials a speed dial number.

Newman - We have problem . . . I know how to fix it. Just make sure they are ready.

Cut to later that night. The gang are scouring the back alleys. The screen splits into two. Morgan and Eve are on the left and Jeff, Craig and James are on the right. Both are in different alleys, on their guard.

Eve - I don't understand it. He is being completely irrational

Craig - She completely flew off the handle for no reason

Eve/Craig - And all I did was apologise!

James - Yeah you two seem to be butting heads a lot lately

Craig - Oh that's right, because she tells you everything.

Morgan - You know what it is don't you? He thinks you have no trust in him anymore. Your confidence is a high ranking honour you used to reserve for him, now you reserve it for James.

Eve - Well that's his problem not mine

James - Why are you so upset about that?

Craig - I'm not!

Jeff - Then why are you upset at Eve a lot lately? Why are you biting James head off?

Eve - He used to be so caring and patient and nurturing. . . now . . . well all he seems to think about is Alex and how bad we are without her.

Morgan - Why does that bother you so much?

Eve - It doesn't! . . . But lately he makes me want to . . .

Morgan - Kill him?

Eve - (scandalized and offended) Oh no! I could never ever kill him . . . but I do want to give him a good kick in the butt.

Craig - I don't know why I'm so upset at her all the time.

Morgan - I can't believe you don't know why . . . (walks off)

Eve - Well . . . why?(follows after her)

Jeff - Well you know why don't you?(walks off)

Craig - . . . no why?

James - . . . yeah . . . why?

Split screen goes away as we cut to Morgan and Eve. They crouch behind a corner and see an amphibian hybrid going through the garbage.

Morgan - Should we . . .

Eve - If they are intelligent as they seem we may be able to get some information.

Eve and Morgan both go after the demon. Morgan strikes first with a punch. The demon dodges to the left avoiding the punch making Morgan go over to far but she compensates by lifting her foot high up behind her hitting the demon in the face. Morgan then spin the leg around and tries to kick the demon but the hybrid pushes the leg back around and punches Morgan in the back making her fall to the ground. Eve, coming up behind Morgan avoids her falling form by running up along side the alley wall and doing a cart wheel in the air flipping over to kick the demon in the head. The demon flips over by the force of it. Eve picks the demon up by the neck by the demon screeches as it shoves away Eve's arms and hits her straight in the chest knocking her down. Morgan runs up to the demon jumps up and kicks it back. The demon however retaliates. The demon spins around in the air and lands at Morgan side scratching her. She screams, for it has drawn blood

Cut to an alley away. Jeff James and Craig whip around as they hear the scream.

Jeff - Morgan!

Jeff Craig and James run to Eve and Morgan.

Cut back to Eve and Morgan. Eve is fighting now. Her and the demon both throwing and blocking kicks and punches. The demon evaded one of Eve moves and catches her by the throat. Suddenly out of nowhere Craig jumps on to the demon's back making it let go of Eve. Craig spins around on the demons back before the demon slams Craig into a wall making Craig let go. The demon turns to escape but finds it's way is blocked by James, Eve, Morgan and Jeff. The demon takes out a syringe spins around and jabs the syringe into Jeff. Jeff screams falling back . . . just as the demon jumps up to gets away Craig reaches up and grabs the demon by the leg and pulls it down making him slam on the ground. Craig picks the demon up by the neck and snaps the demons neck making it fall down dead. Morgan goes over to Jeff who is nursing his arm. He seems to be o.k. Eve just looks at Craig

Eve - What was that?

Craig - I believe it is called saving your life

Eve - I was handling it. Now Jeff is hurt and we are no better off than we were before.

Craig - What?

Eve - We engaged it to get information Craig!

Craig - I didn't know they could talk.

Eve - Well I'll guess we'll never know.

Craig - Since when did getting information was on the agenda for patrolling

Eve - When did we have an agenda!?

Craig - We need a structured way to do things so people like Jeff avoid getting hurt.

Eve - You are getting way to over bearing Craig. You never used to be this controlling.

Craig - I never used to be this, I never used to be that! WELL NEWS FLASH EVE PEOPLE CHANGE!!!

Eve - WELL THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE CHANGING MY PATROLS!!

Craig - Your patrols?

Eve - (realized what she said was a mistake) I didn't mean that.

Craig - Your patrols!? WHO THE HELL YOU THINK STARTED THIS UP!!? THESE ARE MINE AND I BROUGHT YOU HERE TO HELP NOT TO TAKE OVER!!

Eve - What?

Suddenly Jeff collapses to the ground

Morgan - Jeff!!

Craig and Eve are jolted out of their fighting as they go over to a suddenly sweating Jeff.

Eve - What happened?

Morgan - (panicking) I don't know . . .he just collapsed

James - (picks up a syringe) I think this has something to do with it.

Craig - (takes the syringe carefully from James) Poison?

Eve - Well we have no way of knowing do we?

Craig - YOU'RE BLAMING ME?

James - (trying to salvage the situation) Why don't you do a revealing spell on it Craig? Then we'll know and that way it's easier for you to to make an antidote.

Eve -That's a good idea. In the meantime we should take Jeff back to the centre to look after him

Eve and Morgan pick Jeff up and balance him over their shoulders

Craig - I can't believe you're blaming this on me?

Eve - CRAIG PLEASE!!(pleading) Jeff is pain and could die . . . what ever we are dealing with has to wait. So please go home, do the spell and find an antidote. We'll take Jeff back.

Eve James Jeff and Morgan walks out of the alley as Craig just stands there holding the syringe. His eyes downcast, feeling upset and ashamed.

COMMERCIAL

THE DAY AFTER

James bursts into the bathroom to find Eve standing there looking at her reflection in the mirror. She is stunned

James - Eve? What's wrong? (grabs her by the shoulders)

Eve - (shrugs the shoulders off) Whoa!! Get off me man!

James - Huh?

Eve barges past James and start pacing back and forth not knowing which way to go, completely in a panic.

Eve - This is bad this is so bad. How ? Why? Oh man!! She's going to kill me! She's going to kill me (stops for a second) Well maybe she won't kill me but she'll definitely kick my ass! (goes back to pacing) Oh man this is a disaster!!! (hands go to the chest and she looks down in surprise) Oh man awesome!!

Cut to Craig's apartment. Craig is in his bathroom. He is looking at his reflection in astonishment. He touches the class gingerly.

Craig - Oh . . . . Oh. He did this! . . . (realises something and starts shifting his hips about and recognizes what it is and looks down) Oh gross!!

Craig looks around and finds a jacket. Just before going out the door, finds a set of keys. He smiles and grabs the keys before going out.

Cut back to Eve's apartment. She is still pacing back and forth in a panic. James is looking at her confused as Morgan comes out of the other room.

Morgan - What's going on? What is the commotion?

James - You got me? Eve just lost it!

Eve - Oh! I know (goes to phone is about to dial but realises something) I don't know my own number. Why would I know my own number I don't call my self!

James - You're trying to call myself?

Eve - Not me just my apartment . . . . I mean . . . Craig's apart . . . . What's the number?

Morgan - Would you lay off Craig! I'm sure he is trying very hard to find an antidote. Jeff is doing o.k. for now, so we may have some time.

Eve - Thank you Morgan a least someone is on my side

Morgan - Huh?

Eve - . . . Nevermind.

Suddenly there is banging heard from outside

Craig - (voice) CRAIG!!! CRAIG!!! CRAIG!!!

Eve - Uh oh!

Jeff - (comes out of the other room looking weak) What the hell is going on?

James - (runs out of the apartment to the downstairs) I think everyone has lost their minds.

Eve - Wait no no no!!!

Cut to downstairs as James has let Craig in who looks furious

Craig - Where is he?

James - Who?

Suddenly Eve comes out of the back room. with Morgan and a weak looking Jeff behind her.

Craig - (points to Eve) YOU!

Eve - (getting a little freaked) Now Eve . . .

James, Morgan&Jeff - Wha !???

Craig - How did this happen!!!? WHY?

Eve - I . . . I don't know. I was mixing some things that would activate the revealing spell . . . I . . . well . . . I was thinking about everything that happened and I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing and . . . and then it blew up in my face and now . . .

Craig(Eve) - Let me get this straight. You did a spell and now I'm you and you're me?

Eve(Craig) - Whoa now Eve . . . Before you start having an Alex complex . . .

James - Whoa Whoa Whoa. Hold on a sec. Craig did a spell that was intended for Jeff but instead, Eve is Craig and Craig is Eve.

Eve(Craig) - I didn't intend for this to happen. I was mixing the potion and while I was doing it I was thinking about . . . How I was wishing I could understand Eve better. But it was one sided.

Craig(Eve) - (a little uncomfortable) I was sort of praying to Eli last night, wishing I could better understand you

Eve(Craig) - That's it then. The wishing on both sides combined with your powers and the revealing potion allowed both our desires to be revealed and our wishes to come true.

Craig (Eve) - I didn't wish to be stuck in your body! If you hadn't had your little Alex complex and your happy go lucky super demon killing spree, we wouldn't be in this predicament.

Eve(Craig) My Alex complex? My Alex complex?!!! Excuse me you're the one freaking out here!!!

Craig(Eve) suddenly launches at Eve(Craig) tackling him down!!

Jeff - You know I think the both of you are having an Alex complex!

James and Morgan go to pry the two off of each other. James lifts Craig(Eve) off and Morgan pulls Eve(Craig) away.

James - O.K both of you calm down . . . and I can't believe I'm the rational one here.

Jeff&Morgan - Well you know what's going on don't you.

Craig,Eve& James - No!

James - Is there a reversal spell?

Eve(Craig) - Not until our desires are fulfilled, in this case until we get a better understanding of each other.

Craig(Eve) - I don't have time for that. I have to open the centre, and do inventory today.

Eve(Craig) - And I've got classes to teach.

Jeff - And what about me. I need an antidote. Kind of in pain over here.

James - O.k. O.k. Eve go back to Craig's and get all the stuff he was using last night. Drop it off here on your way to the university.

Craig(Eve) What?

Eve(Craig) - What?

James - Eve is going to go in place of you Craig and teach your class. Craig you are going to stay here and help me run the centre, I'll give you sufficient time to do a revealing spell on that syringe and make an antidote and find out a way to reverse this spell but in the meantime I suggest you two do what the spell has intended and try living in the other's shoes.

Craig(Eve)- Craig couldn't walk in some of my shoes. I can't walk in some of my shoes.

James - Just go!

Cut to later that morning in Eve's apartment. Craig is Eve body in Eve's bedroom is looking through some of the clothes. He picks up a pink flowery skirt and crinkles his nose. He drops the skirt and picks up a tank top. He lays it over his chest, he then puts his hands to the new chest and starts feeling around.

James - (walks by the open door) What are you doing?

Eve(Craig) - Like you never thought about it!! (goes into the bathroom)

Cut to Craig apartment. Eve in Craig's body is going through the clothes and puts together a well put together suit. Before changing. She goes to look in the mirror and looks at the new body. She pulls open the boxers and takes a peek.

Craig(Eve) - Hmmm. I always thought these were bigger.

Cut to Eve's apartment. Craig in Eve's body is in the kitchenette looking for something

Eve(Craig) - (on hands and knees with the head stuck in the cupboard) Why the hell are all the pots burnt?

James - Eve can't cook

Craig startles hits his new head off the cupboard

Eve(Craig) - OW! (gets up and looks at Craig) What?

James- (puts a bundle on the counter) Eve's taking longer then expected and Jeff's getting worse so I bought these and picked up some herbs at a place in little Tokyo. Do what you can. I'll need you down stairs in an hour before it gets really busy.

James leaves and Craig mixes a few things together before going into James' bedroom where Jeff is laying.

In James bedroom Jeff is laying on the bed sweating a lot and moving his head around shifting and twitching looking really uncomfortable. Craig in Eve's body hands Morgan a small bowl.

Eve(Craig) - Here. This will settle him a bit.

Craig goes around to the other side of the bed and sits down at the edge as Morgan lifts Jeff's head to slowly feed the broth to Jeff who sips slowly. As she lays Jeff back down he starts to breath easier. He opens his eyes a little and looks at Eve. He blinks a couple times realizing it's Craig with Eve's sad eyes.

Eve(Craig) - I'm so sorry. This is one big mess

Jeff - (weak) Could be worse. You could be in Morgan's body.

That gets a small laugh from Craig and Morgan but Craig goes back to frowning.

Eve(Craig) - I don't know what happened. I just lost on her especially after she blamed me for killing the demon after it stabbed you. Maybe she's right.

Morgan - It could have happened to any one of us.

Jeff - It's happened plenty times before.

Eve(Craig) - So why did I lose it now why did my desires manifest into this(gestures to him/her self)

Jeff - (weakly chuckles) You don't see it do you? Why you get jealous of James and the way Eve pays more attention to everyone else but you. You expect so much of her and demand so much respect and attention. How you want to be apart of things, together . . . . You love her.

Eve(Craig) - What . . . no . . . I . . . I (thinks about it for a second and adds softly) I can't love her . . . . it's too complicated.

Morgan - Why? Because of the way you feel about Alex?

Eve( Craig) - And the way she feels about James. . . . I can't put her in that situation.

Morgan - She already is. Why do you think she has been so short with you?

Jeff begins couching. Morgan go to him with a handkerchief at Jeff spits up blood.

Morgan - Oh damn!

Jeff - Tell me about it. I beginning to feel like those students who I was doing the case on.

Eve(Craig) - The semi epidemic? Dr Newman's students? You have the same symptoms?

Jeff - (realises) Yeah . . . Yeah I think I do.

Eve(Craig) - I'll call Eve. Get her to do a little snooping and then I'll get on the revealing spell and find exactly what was injected into you.

Cut to Craig apartment. Eve is there in Craig's body fully dressed but she is sitting down beside a closet looking into a decrepit looking box. There with Craig's hands Eve goes through a box of old photos. Old photos of Craig and his family and Craig and Alex, from childhood right into adulthood. Eve smiles at Craig's memories and memoirs and she looks at an old Halloween picture of Alex and Craig at six dressed up like the traditional witch and warlock. Eve also laughs slightly at the huge clawlike tooth with has a tag attached to it. It says 'The first demon we ever killed.' Eve then notices recent pictures of Alex and even of the gang. Every picture that was ever taken of Alex is put in the box. Eve then looks around. She gets up and looks in the living room. There are pictures of Eve and Craig and of Eve and even a couple of Jeff and Morgan but no Alex.

Craig(Eve) - Oh Craig.

Suddenly a phone rings. Eve in Craig's body looks around for a few moments before realizing the cell phone in the jacket.

Craig(Eve) - Hello

Eve(Craig) - (voice over the phone) Where the hell are you?

Eve looks at the clock

Craig(Eve) - Oh no.

Eve(Craig) - (voice over the phone) You got to be kidding me!! Just get to my class all right!! And listen while you're there go to Dr. Newman's office. Just try snooping around o.k. I've been doing the revealing spell because Jeff is showing signs consistent with that seen in the students in the case he's been investigating like the sweating on coughing up blood.

Craig(Eve) - You think there is a connection between him and the demon that attacked Jeff?

Eve(Craig) -(over the phone) Well we don't exactly have a lot of options which I'm at fault I know but I'm working at trying to fix it but I need you to get to Dr Newman's lab and my class! I'll contact you later on what kind of chemicals you need to pick out for an antidote.

Craig(Eve) - Listen Craig I'm sorry about what I said earlier . . .

Eve(Craig) - (over the phone) Later Eve! Just get the stuff, Jeff getting sicker and my class isn't getting any smarter. I have a lesson plan in the desk . . . . Wait how are you getting there?

Craig(Eve) - Driving. Bye.

Eve(Craig) - (voice over the phone before Eve cuts him off) - WHA . . . !

Cut to Eve's apartment where Craig in Eve's body stands there dumbfounded with the phone still in hand

Eve(Craig) - Crap.

James barges through the door just then

James - Craig! Downstairs now!

Cut to the centre downstairs. The place is packed solid. Craig in Eve 's body walks through the back door and almost gets knocked over. He walks over to James who looks frazzled.

James - A waitress is sick and trainer is sick, inventory is due, this place if over crowded and breaking the fire code, someone just broke a piece of equipment and board of health got wind of my smoothies and are coming over and I'm already behind on today's cash count

Eve(Craig) - Well what do you want me to do?

James - If Eve were here, she get half the people out, get inventory done, then serve some tables before going over to fitness and taking care of the equipment. But right now you can do the cash count

Craig takes hold of the money and starts, he gets confused along the way then has to backtrack. He gets confused again picking up slips and receipts and memberships and coins and has stuff all over the place. James quickly takes it away from him.

James - I'll do the count. Just try and get some people out of here or help some one out below or get some of the tables.

Craig nods and goes down to the gym are. He tries talking to some one but they walk past him. He goes up to a table but they all get up and leave. He goes over to a barbell but the guy is so big that he just turns around. Craig goes back and forth every which way as people ignore him and push by until he is made dizzy.

Eve(Craig) - Running a centre is hard!!!

Cut to an auditorium classroom. The class is full of students talking. Just then Eve in Craig body bursts through the door and is out of breath as she practically collapses on the desk.

Craig(Eve) - Woo! Yeah! Made it!

Student - You're a half hour late the class is almost over.

Craig(Eve) - Huh? Well . . . why didn't you just do what is ever on the lesson plan?

Female Student - Sir, you don't tell us the lesson plan and you were supposed to give us an oral exam today. Our marks are supposed to go in on Monday for mid term.

Craig(Eve) - Ah . . yes . . . Shoot. I knew I should have gone to his office . . . I mean my office . . . first .

Male Student - Screw this. This is a waste of my time.

He gets up to leave and other students who are also upset voice their agreement and follow him out.

Craig(Eve) - Wait! Don't go! You want to know about Ancient civilizations . . . I can tell you about the civilizations.(notices all the class except on female student has left) Ah no!

Female Student - What is wrong with you today? You seem . . . well not yourself.

Craig(Eve) - You have no idea. He is going to kill me

Female Student - You usually have a lot more authority over the class. Controlling a class full of horn dogs and their girl friends is tough but you usually do it well. And your usually organized. You look frazzled today. I mean and you're always here at least ten minutes before class. starts.

Craig(Eve) - Yeah well I under estimated how long it would take me to get here.

Female Student - You never had a problem before. Oh well. Just make sure you devise a way to determine what are marks are by Monday and I'm sure things will be fine. Bye

Craig(Eve) - WHAT! . . . Running a class is hard!!.

Voice - It happens

Eve looks up and sees the Caligula complete with toga standing at the door.

COMMERCIAL

Craig(Eve) - OH NO WAY!!

Newman - Nice right! Toga party

Dr Newman enters the office looking a little bored and snooty. Eve backs up, shocked. Dr Newman looks at her and seeing Craig is confused by the reaction.

Newman - Do I have something on my face?

Craig(Eve) - (still shocked) You could say that.

Newman - What is wrong with you. I got a message from some girl that you wanted to see about something . . . Eve I think her name was

Craig(Eve) - I didn't send you a message.

Newman - (sighs) I didn't say you did I said she did (mutters) Moron

Craig(Eve) - What?

Newman - Hmm?

Craig(Eve) - Who are you?

Newman - Dr Newman you imbecile!! Well if you didn't want to see me who did? (walks of muttering) I swear, the incompetence! And they say I'm a fool cause I'm wearing a toga.

Eve curses silently to herself when she realises she just chased off the man she was supposed to snoop on. She in Craig's body quickly pulls herself together and follows after Dr Newman

Cut to a laboratory. Eve walks in looking around. No seems to be there. She is about to turn and leave when with Craig's ears hers voices coming from an office.

Male Voice - Look I need the . . . what are you wearing?

Dr Newman - I went to a toga party last night o.k. and I just go back. I'm experiencing some of my youth is that such a crime!

Eve goes over to the wall by the open door and leans against it to hear what is being said.

Cut to inside the office. Dr. Newman is talking to a dark male figure who face is obscured by the dark.

Male - Remember who is funding your research Doctor.

Dr Newman - I know I know but just remember who keeps the compound coming for your master.

Male - My master demands to antidote. Before he can take the humans souls they must be transformed back from their demon state. The more damned human souls he has the stronger he becomes. Any demon left in them taints the purity.

Dr Newman - Yeah Yeah, they have to be purged. Messy business their transformation, the sweating, the coughing up blood, gross!!

Male - DR NEWMAN!!

Dr Newman - (startled) All right geez!! I got a shipment sent out. Pick it up at the Pier 19 near the old ship yard tonight. Some of it's going out with some other chemicals. It's clearly marked an antidote so your tiny demon mind can't miss it.

A green hand shoots out of the darkness and grabs on to Dr Newman's throat

Male - Careful what you say Doctor

Newman - (chocked voice) Sorry 'bout that. My foot usually like to reside in my mouth.

The hand lets go off Dr Newman and recedes back into the darkness.

Male - Pier 19. It better be there.

Pan out side to where Eve in Craig's body is hiding. She back out slowly making her exit.

Cut to later the evening in the centre. The centre is now empty and James is by the counter counting the money. Craig in Eve's body sits beside him his head resting forehead first on the counter.

Eve(Craig) - Eve doesn't know how to drive or cook.

James - Not very well no.

Eve(Craig)- What the hell were you people doing while I was trapped in Thuvan.

James- Trying to free you.

Eve(Craig) - Oh.

James - It's kinda of the reason why Eve and I broke up. We were too focussed on you and not each other. It got in the way.

Eve(Craig) - (feeling bad) Sorry . . . (feeling the awkward tension tries to break it) I'm beat. You guys to the kind of stuff everyday.

James - It's hard work running a centre. I don't know how Alex did but it's a good reason why she was in a surely mood all the time.

Just then Eve in Craig's body barges into the centre.

Craig(Eve) - O.k. before we start. Craig, sorry but I screwed up your first class! I never realized your job is so complicated

Eve(Craig) - It's o.k. I didn't do to great at your job either. And on top of that I didn't find out the chemicals you needed to get. However, what ever was injected into Jeff is changing him into a demon. I don't know if we can turn him back.

Craig(Eve) - We get the antidote. I heard Dr.Newman talking to someone and you were right Craig, there is a connection. The hybrids are originally humans. The compound turns them into highly evolved demons with human intelligence and superhuman strength and moves. Dr Newman has been making the compound.

Eve(Craig) - That son of a bitch is using not only university resources but students to test.

Craig(Eve) - And succeed. But there is an antidote. The antidote turns the demon back into human form so Lucifer can take there newly damned souls. Apparently human souls make him stronger.

James - Can we save the other hybrids.

Craig(Eve) Maybe their souls if we spare the the the antidote but I don't know. We also need to get it for Jeff before he turns far beyond our help. The antidote should help. It's supposed to purge fully. Pier 19 the old ship yard.

Eve(Craig) I know where that is.

James - Then you two should go and alone.

Eve(Craig) - I don't think that's a good idea

Craig(Eve) - Yeah we might . . .

James - Understand each other better.

Eve(Craig) - What if I don't want to go

Craig(Eve) Yeah what if I don't want to go.

Cut to Eve and Craig in each others bodies walking the road down to the dock.

Craig(Eve) - Nice night

Eve(Craig) Yep. . . . Just so you know I'm here for Jeff. Someone has to do it, it might as well be me.

Craig(Eve) - Exactly. Put selfishness aside. This is something we have to do. For Jeff.

There is a moment of awkward silence between the two

Eve (Craig) - So running that centre is pretty hard. Had a hard time. I mean we averted all major crisis's but damn I was beat.

Craig(Eve) - So I heard. It's not always that crazy. I'm sorry about what I said to you about your job. I never knew the time and preparation you put into your work. You're very dedicated to your students. I hope I didn't ruin it. It was hard to control them.

Eve(Craig) - Don't worry about it. I'll take care of it. People are almost as hard to control. I don't have the same authority and I never realised how many rules you have.

Craig(Eve) - All Alex's. . . . Speaking of which, what happened to all the photos of her. Why are they in that box?

Eve(Craig) - (stops short and whips around to look up at Eve) - Just because you are in my body doesn't mean you can go through my personal things. . . . and stop looking down on me!

Craig(Eve) I can't help it I'm taller now. And I wasn't prying I was trying to understand.

Eve(Craig) - If you want to understand you could have just asked but no no you have to go through everyone else. You won't even come to me first you won't even ask my directly

Craig(Eve) Well I'm asking now. Why have you got all reminders of Alex buried away?

Eve(Craig) - That's just it Eve. All memory of Alex is where it belongs in my box of memories. Do you know what it's like trying build a new life up from nothing when you are constantly reminded of the way it used to be. I put Alex away. No more distractions, trying to reclaim something of my life. I thought, you and I could do that together but you won't even come to me anymore . . . (tears well up) I don't have anything anymore! I HAVE NOTHING LEFT! Alex is gone! My patrols are gone and you , you won't have me.

Craig(Eve) - Craig I know! I feel and I sympathise but you can't bury everything away. Why do you think I'm in the trouble I'm in now. I forgotten everything good and bad and I have to re build my life in a world that is still so foreign to me. I have nothing to hold on to. I want to come to you but you are so distant and busy and . . . but I guess I'm not there much for you either.

Eve(Craig) - Wow! We really are consumed in our own lives. We know what's going on around but we won't acknowledge it.

Craig(Eve) - I want to change that.

Eve(Craig) Me too!

Eve and Craig come forward to embrace. They rest awhile in that embrace.

Eve(Craig) - This weird. Have my arms always been this large and suffocating

Craig(Eve) Yeah and the smell's bad too.

Eve and Craig come out of the embrace.

Eve(Craig) - Yeah well some of your attributes aren't that great either!

Craig walks off leaving an astonished Eve in Craig's body.

Craig(Eve)- You found the birthmark!!

Cut to the dock. Craig and Eve duck down behind some crates. They see the a shipment of boxes being ready so be shopped out. A green baldheaded humanoid/ demon in a leather jacket comes over to inspect the case.

Eve(Craig) - Never seen one of those before.

Craig(Eve) - Might be a prototype one of Lucifer's earlier creations.

Eve(Craig) - No time for speculations. They are getting ready to ship out.

Craig(Eve) - I'll distract, you get the antidote.

Eve(Craig) - Are you sure you can manage that chakram with my body

Craig(Eve) You're reflexes are better then you think. Let's go.

Craig in Eve's body goes around to the other side and makes his way through the crates keeping down low until he reaches a spot close to the shipment. Eve is Craig's body walks out into the open. The green man spots her first.

Green Man - Get him!!

A series of half man half demon similar to the green one run toward Eve ready to attack. Using Craig's body, Eve throws the chakram. It ricohet's of boxes and other shipments. In order not the get hit the demons focus all their attention on dodging the chakram. The green man sighs.

Green Man - And here I thought I would be dealing with the Messenger. Now every bozo with a twirly thing thinks they can be a hero. Well news flash buddy! I'm part demon and your screwed!

Eve in Craig's body flips over a series of crates and takes swing at the green man. The greenman duck the swing and sends an uppercut punch to Eve that sends her flying back. From behind the boxes Craig winces

Eve(Craig) - (whispers)Watch the body Eve!

Craig then begins to move out from behind the boxes to try and find the antidote.

Cut back to Eve and the Green Man. Eve swings twice and misses twice but she then jumps up and spins around with a kick knocking the green man in the face. Unfazed he spins around and hits Eve in the chest sending her crashing into a pile of empty crates. Eve gets up again.

Green man - Are you a glutton for punishment?

Craig(Eve) - I have to admit. It's harder then I thought it would be in this body.(picks up an axe that she landed beside)

Eve swings the axe five times spins around striking and swings and every time the demon/man just dodges and spins out of the way. As Craig jumps up to strike again the green man catches her in mid air and throws her a few feet away. The demon walks over to her and kicks her in the face. Eve gets up and tries to strike but the demon catches the wrist and twists it making Eve let go of the axe. He hits her twice leaving himself open to Eve kicking the demon hard in the stomach making him fall back a few feet. He looks up astonished.

Green Man - Ow!

The demon gets up as Eve walks over and punches her in the face then knees her in the stomach knocking her back.

Cut back over to Craig in Eve's body, looking through the crates and boxes.

Eve(Craig) - Antidote . . . Antidote. Where can I find the antidote?

Craig moves himself in front of box labeled antidote. He stops for a second realising something and looks behind him.

Eve(Craig) - Of course.

Craig gets up lifts up the lid and grabs a vial and sticks it in the cleavage.

Eve(Craig) Might as well be used for something. (looks to Eve) I GOT IT!!

Craig(Eve) - (gets up and calls out) DESTROY THE CRATE!!

Eve(Craig) - WHAT?

Craig(Eve) DO IT!!

Greenman - NOOOOO!!

The green man is about to run over when Eve in Craig's body grabs him by the arms and spins him around pulling him back to the action. Craig meanwhile finds a fallen gun on the ground. He checks for bullets and finds it's full. He hesitates for a moment.

Cut back to Eve and the Greenman. Eve is Craig's body runs up jumps on a crate to propel her high in the air. She kicks The man/demon in the head and he goes flying back. Eve walks over and the Greenman looks up.

Greenman - Who are you?

Craig(Eve) - Messenger of Eli. I'm just wearing a different outfit today.

Just as Eve throws the greenman Craig at a safe distance fire the gun. The crate of antidote blows up and the greenman screams and he is consumed in the fire.

Eve jumps over the crates and run with Craig out of the shipyard. At a good distance they run behind a building for cover and a breather.

Eve(Craig) - Blowing up the rest of that antidote. That's my thinking.

Craig(Eve) - We had no choice. Should could have been lost to Lucifer. I want a chance to reach them, save their souls before changing them back.

Eve(Craig) - I know (takes out a couple more vials) That's why I saved these beside the one I have for Jeff. I can find out what's in them and duplicate it.

Craig(Eve) - (smiles) That's my my kind of thinking. I guess we understand each other after all.

Cut to early the next morning as the sun rises in the east. Switch from scenes of Jeff getting the antidote, to Eve and Craig still in each others bodies making a few phone calls and looking over paper then learning how everything in the centre works and all the rules and regulation to finally the last scene of Jeff already getting up and walking and looking well. He goes over to Morgan and gives her a big hug.

Eve as Craig - (voice over commentary) - Craig and I have finally come to understanding. We have walked in each other shoes and have come to understand one another as individuals now maybe we can rebuild our relationship and now with Jeff back to his old self everything seems back to normal . . . almost.

Cut to Eve's apartment panning over to Craig and Eve sitting down on the couch looking through the spell book.

Eve(Craig) - AHHHHH!(leans back on the couch with hands over the eyes in an over dramatic distraught manner.) I don't get it. We understand each other the spell should reverse it's self.

Craig(Eve) - Is there something we're missing? I mean it was a mixture of both the spell and my powers. Is there something we are not understanding about one another, a desire left unfulfilled?

Eve(Craig) - (hit with a realization) Maybe (takes Eve(his) hand and stands up) I . . .well I'm not sure how you feel about me but I think there is something you should know.

Craig still in Eve body leans forward but finding it kind of awkward steps back. He then takes Eve(his own) head and pulls it down and kisses the lips. The kiss suddenly becomes stronger and more urgent as Eve responds. They seem to meld together. Suddenly two little lights stream out of Craig and Eve. It swirls around them both then one light goes into Eve and the other into Craig but the two continue kissing.

Cut to a dark red domain. As we hear the screams in the background we realise it's Hell. The green man stands to the left. He is severely burnt but still alive. Dr Newman still in his red toga stands in the middle examining his fingernails looking bored and to the right the dark masked figure stands silent but proud. In the stone throne in front of them sits Lucifer. The Greenman speaks up

Green man - I can't explain it. It was the Messenger but it wasn't. I don't know what's going on but the have the antidote and destroyed the rest. They have probably saved their friend (looks to Dr Newman) You're plan failed!

Dr Newman - You let them get the antidote Mister tall green and ugly

Lucifer - SILENCE!!! We will continue on as planned. Doctor, you will make more of the antidote and more of my demons.

Dr Newman - I'm going to need more money!

Lucifer - You'll get your money! And Doctor do stay low for awhile. No more late night toga parties. It's just weird. (looks to the Greenman) And you Gawain, continue with the training. I want her army in top condition. Now get out of my site. You sicken me!!!

Both Gawain(the green man) and Dr Newman leave. Only the dark figure remains.

Lucifer - And you my dear must continue to construct your team. We can move on to the next member. She we be arriving soon. And she will be very valuable indeed.
