circle your eyes with black eyeliner.Make sure your upper eyelid is cover very well,if there are splots uncovered it will look awful,trust me.*note* DON'T cover up to your eyebrow*
starting from the lowest point of the "circle" around your eye (at the bottom) make a line that goes out onto the side of the bridge of your nose.Stop the line at the halfway point of the side of your nose.I know it doesn't look like the point goes straight in the this picture,but if you have a picture of her looking sideways it goes straight.Either that or you could make the point bending down gently)
take some loose white powder and apply generously on the tip of your nose and up the bridge of your nose *note* blend it very well on the bridge of your nose.where the powder ends,blend it very well or you'll have big white spots on your face*
take the brush you were using to apply the powder and sweep it from off the bridge of your nose onto your cheeks.
line your lips with black (it will be easier to get the lipstick on straight) and apply black lipstick to your top lip.
in the middle of your bottom lip, apply a dark brown/tan colour and black around it.Blend it together well so your bottom lip is black on the outside and fades into tan in the middle.
cover you top eyelid with a dark aqua coloured eyeliner and just above you eyelashes on your bottom eyelid near the outer corner of your eye.
cover the eyeliner with a dark aqua coloured eyeshadow then sweep it up towards your eyebrow very lightly so the top of the eyeliner looks slightly smudged.
using a makeup brush,apply the eyeshadow away from your eye until it is below where your eyebrow ends.
where the eyeshadow ends, keep going down around the bottom of your eye just past where the eyeliner on your bottom lip ends.
line your lips with a dark blue eyeliner (only make a thin light line) then apply a non shimmer metallic blue lipstick and blend it well with the lip liner.
make a thing line on your upper eyelid just above your eyelashes with a dark blue eyeliner.
when you get to the outter corner of your eye,keep drawing the line,but draw it slightly slanting up.
where your eyeball ends (you can tell where by touching your top eyelid,it's where you feel your eyesocket),take a thin tipped makeup brush dipped in water with a dark grey eyeshadow on it,apply a line that follows the shape of your eye and end it just above where the slant in the eyeliner ends.
apply some ruby red lipstick (lip liner is optionaly,but it will help keep the lipstick from going into the tiny lines around the mouth)
if you want,apply some mascara (just make sure you don't get the whole tarantula-eyes thing going on :p)
put on some white powder foundation
line your eye with white eyeliner
apply some mellon coloured lip gloss
line your eyes with white eyeliner
outside of the white eyeliner,apply some pale blue eyeliner
where all the eyeliner ends,apply some yellowish tab coloured eyeshadow following the shape of your eye very closely (it'll look better if you blend it more then D'Arcy did ;)
on your cheekbones,apply some very pale pink blush but blend it very well
put on some dark red cranberry coloured lipstick
make a thin line along your top eyelid where your eyelashes are/where your eyelid starts with a black eyeliner
apply some eyeshadow around your eyes to get rid of any tired look (use a shadow that matches your skin tone)
