To reward meritorious achievements of the Companions of the Order in their service to the Order and persons outside the Order who contributed to the achievements of the goals of the Order, the following awards are established from the lower to the higher.
1. THE MEDAL OF FAITHFUL SERVICE

This is a circular silver medal. On the obverse is displayed the head of Saint Stanislas with the inscription "Order of Saint Stanislas" shown on the outer edge; displayed on the reverse are the arms of the Order with the inscription "For Faithful Service". It is worn on a blue/white/red ribbon. The ribbon on both sides has on the edges royal blue stripes 2mm wide, followed on the inside by post office red stripes 3mm wide, followed by white stripes 4 mm wide and another red stripe 2mm wide. In the centre is a royal blue stripe 10mm in width.
Award: The Faithful Service Medal is awarded to all Companions of the Order of Saint Stanislas on the 5th anniversary of his/her acceptance into the Order.
Clasp: A silver clasp to the Faithful Service Medal, which is a spray of oak leaves is awarded on every subsequent 5th anniversary date, to a total representing 20 years of service to the Order of Saint Stanislas. A total of three silver clasps.
Gold Clasp: A gold clasp to the Faithful Service Medal which is a spray of golden oak leaves is awarded to the recipient on the 25th anniversary of his/her acceptance into the Order of Saint Stanislas. The gold clasp is attached above the silver clasps.
2. THE SILVER CROSS OF MERIT
This decoration is a cross made of silver metal with sunburst rays shown between the arms of the cross. The cross is made of blue enamel and has in the centre a corona civica (Roman Crown) with a silver nobility crown displayed. The ribbon has on both edges royal blue stripes3mm from the edge, followed by postbox red stripes 2mm in width and white stripes 3mm. The centre of the ribbon is postbox red.
Award: The Silver Cross of Merit is bestowed upon worthy recipients for outstanding service to the Order of Saint Stanislas. This decoration (with swords) can also be awarded for acts of Valour or Bravery.
3. THE GOLD CROSS OF MERIT

This decoration is a cross made of gold metal with sunburst rays shown between the arms of the cross. The cross is made of blue enamel and has in the centre a corona civica (Roman Crown) with a gold nobility crown displayed. The ribbon is the same as for the Silver Cross of Merit. This decoration (with swords) can also be awarded for acts of Valour or Bravery.

as of May 1, 2006. The Grand Master of the Order takes great pleasure in announcing a new medal for the Order of St. Stanislas. This medal has been obtained to reward those Knights and Dames, of the Order of Saint Stanislas, for meritorious service in providing financial support for those in need and the less fortunate that have been subjected to social neglect, the ravages of nature, financial failure or human conflict.
This medal will be awarded to any member of the Order that has:
The distribution of the Medal for Humanitarian Service will be under the direction of Chevalier Don Hunsaker II, PhD, GCCStS, our Grand Chancellor. He will distribute a supply of the medals to the leadership of those Grand Priors that request them.
