- Because you deserve to live
- Because every life has value, meaning and importance, yours is no exception
- Because you are not alone
- Because life is precious and does not deserve to be thrown away
- Because to get this far you are a survivor
- Because you are connected to each and every other survivor, and so your daily battle automatically give others hope and strength
- Because you won’t feel like this forever
- Because like you do not deserve this pain, the people you will leave behind do not deserve the pain you will leave with them too
- Because you deserve the sunshine that comes after the rain
- Because each time you confront despair you get stronger, and you can't know now what you will ultimately be able to do with this new morsel of strength and what future battles you will be able to win
- Because if you die today you will never again feel love for another person, or feel the love they have for you. You will never see the compassion in their eyes and you will never have a chance to share it
- Because you have already won... you have had the courage and strength to make it this far and no one can take that away from you
- Because although it feels like it at times, life is not a punishment
- Because we need survivors to offer testament against this pain and despair
- Because you deserve the chance to heal and be happy
- Because you are stronger than the pain
- Because you deserve the peace that will come after this battle is won. It will be won sometime
- Because there is a reason you were born and the reason is to live
