ICQ PLUS :

To use these for the chat program ICQ, download ICQ Plus from www.download.com and put the zips in its skins directory. For icq(the instant message program i use) go to www.icq.com, and check it out i completely recommend it.

WINAMP : To use these simply place the zip file in the skins directory of winamp(default = c:\program files\winamp\skins) . Winamp is a mp3 player and easily the best avaliable.
