Grill

Pros- very slack except at dinner/lunch. If you wanted to make a GIANT lawsuit, serve up a few pink patties.

Cons- Stressful when one orders 4 triples and you only have 11 patties on the grill cooking and you need 12, so you have to wait the full like 5 minutes for more meat to cook, and meanwhile some fat bastard orders 2 doubles and a side of onion rings that WENDY'S DOESN'T HAVE.

Info- Pick up meat, put on grill.. small patties and big patties (2 and 4 oz meats.) They are real meat, have to give them that.. maybe thats why they are so damned expensive. One is supposed to salt the meat, I never do, never have never will unless I"m bored, and at that time its usually OVER salted. Closing on the grill can be a bitch due to all the things you must do, be fast to and you'll be fine. Read more bout closing duties in the cleaning section. Questions=contact me
