Pros: how the fuck would there be pros to cleaning??
Cons: You clean shit, you get dangerous cleaning products on ur hands. At closing the grill person has to filter the deep fryers, clean all the floors (sweep/mop) and clean off all the grills completely, count the "chili meat" (left over meat on the grill when we close and meat that is overdone), also put away the chili. Not to mention clean out the vats at the bottom of the deep fryers after you filter them, because, just because, too lazy to explain. Sandwich person has to stock up all the things, cups, ketchup, all that stuff. Close the sandwich station, and whipe a buncha stuff down to get the grease offa it. Cashier person just has to do the dishes, sounds easy, not really cuz there is so many.
