The Guns N' Roses reincarnation, the same that played to a 200.000 people audience in Rock in Rio III, will arrive in Buenos Aires in November to play a concert in the second edition of the Buenos Aires Hot Festival, in "Campo Argentino de Polo". That way, the public will have the chance to watch for the third time the group that, once, the ex-president Carlos Menem called a "Band of Fugitives".

It was also announced that this year will have the Four-Seasons cicle : Autumn Hot, in April; Winter Hot, in July; Spring Hot, in September, and the Buenos Aires Hot Festival, during the 2nd half of November. There will be National and International artists playing, but the only confirmed band is actually Guns N' Roses.

The Gunners that will come to Buenos Aires have just two things in common with the ones that came before: Axl Rose, that's more confident and relaxed than in other times, and Dizzy Reed. Axl keeps playing misterious man and playing games with the photographers. During his days in Río de Janeiro he didn't go out of the hotel and the only ones that he left take a picture of him were the fans. . He just went to the beach in one morning with the presence of three bodyguards.

After that, he (Axl) came to Buenos Aires ,incognito, and took his time to travel around the city: he ate barbecues and got out with the president of his fan club. But, before saying that there would be the possibility to play the Buenos Aires Hot Festival, he'd rather wait to have the band "more accepted". He also said the group asked for a large ammount of money to play (in Río they got more than a half million dollars).

The revamped Guns n' Roses is Buckethead (guitar), Brain (drums), Tommy Stinson (bass) and Robin Finck (guitar). From the Illusions erajust keyboard player , Dizzy Reed survived. Musically, thigs changed a little bit. The 2001 Guns are aproaching a techno rock style, but still dependent on a guitar structure. And their strong songs, like Welcome to the Jungle, Nightrain and November Rain.

When they get to Buenos Aires if their intentions remain Chinese Democracy, the band's first album in ten years will be in record stores already, and will come out in June. In Rio played a few new songs. Among them, the title-track of the record, a rocker ballad. By now, Guns get away from magazines and keep the mystery behind their masks. Maybe to create some "suspance" and reborn the myth Guns 'n Roses had during their glory days.
