Jujitsu

Jujitsu (Jiu-Jitsu) is a Japanese martial art that uses leverage and grappling combined with strikes and blocks to bring an opponent down. It is a hard, Linear, external martial art, unlike Taiji which is a soft, circular, internal martial art.

Jujitsu senseii (teachers) teach the use of several types of kicks and hand strikes which can be practised without another person, they also teach complexjoint locking and leverage techniques which facilitate the neutralisation of an enemy without too much physical harm coming to them.

Jujitsu is very strictly regimented and the Dojo rules are based on japanese respectful bowing and mutual trust.
