When Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Bonham, and John Paul Jones started out, little did they know they would become gods of rock. Looking back on it now, i'm sure they laugh at themselves for not seeing it coming. I mean, if you get the gretest singer in the world, the greatest guitar player in the world, the greatest bass player in the world, and the greatest drummer in the world, you really don't have muhc choice but to become the greatest band in the world. Thier pure musicianship and talent carried them through the 60's and 70's on a non-stop rock roller coaster. Thier music is shrouded in mystery, and it's true, if you listen to "Stairway to Heaven" backwards, it's probably a devil message. However, if you do listen to "Stairway to Heaven" backwards, you're a moron. I've listened to that song a million times forwards and still can't get enough of it, so i don't see a reason to listen to it backwards. Stairway to Heaven is definitly the song that defines them, with voice shredding vocals, face melting guitar solos, and gut bustin drum beats that song is the greatest song of all time in rock history. Now that's saying a lot. If you want to listen to crappy music, i suggest you keep the radio on at full blast. Now if you want to listen to the most hard rockin greatest band of all time, that's when you get the Led out.
