Oh man, I forgot to write about this last night. Yesterday, I was going with my mom to Person County to send out for my passport. There was this dump truck in front of us, and this rock came flying off and hit our windshield. If it had hit a little bit lower, it would have shattered the whole thing, but where it hit, it only sent some glass flying into the car. It all landed on me, and one piece almost got my eye. But we were really lucky. So yeah, the day got better though, lol. I went to the powder bowl game last night. The sophomores kicked the freshmen's butts. For real, it was sooo awesome. We lost to the seniors, but oh well, it always happens. My WHOLE FAMILY came last night. So did Ken and his family. It was fun. Today was really good. I didn't really have to do too much. In chorus, it was fun, cause we didn't do anything, so I went to the practice rooms. And John was with this Jeff kid doing percussion, so I went in there, and they taught me how to do it. It was fun. :D I hope Ms. Williams does that tomorrow too. I just talked to Leighton a little while ago. He was actually online! :D Yay! It's decided, I finally have something to do on halloween. Leighton and Travis Owens are going trick or treating, so I'm going with them. We're going as punks, cause they'll already be dressed like that for their battle of the bands that night. I'm excited! I can't wait till he's not grounded anymore. He's cool. He was being nice, and actually said I would make a good gf, instead of saying that I'd never have a bf. lol. :D Well yeah, I'm off to do hw, cause I'm a junior, so I have to take that poopie PSAT tomorrow. It's apparently the format of the NEW SAT!! oh yay, teachers get excited about stuff like that. :P lol.

Last night was the first time in like ever that I was there for puppets, and we were the last people at church after the evening service. It felt like the old days. :D It was kinda weird though, don't know why. I had like an awesome convo with **** (lol, everyone knows who that is) after church. Like, we talked for a long time in the parking lot. I miss talking to him, he's like really cool and understanding when he doesn't hate you. lol :D. We just talked about my week, and some stuff going on with me. Of all people, it was kinda random. Cause, we just don't talk in person, it's just not what we do. lol. I was so tired, cause I came home, made dinner, and watched part of a movie with my mommy. I didn't finish all of my hw, so I had to go to the library at lunch to finish it all. I don't even think I did my annotated bibliographies for Mr. Assael right. Sheesh, I can never do anything right for his class. :P Oh yeah, I had to take some computer skills test, so I missed all of 1st pd, and half of 2nd. But it was cool. Chem was boring as usual, lol, so I talked to Jessica almost through the whole lesson. I sound so evil, this is the first class ever where I've done that. Mrs. Confer doesn't really care, and Jess sits behind me, so yeah. I didn't talk the WHOLE TIME, just every now and then. We decided we're "anti-freshman"....sorry Jew. ;) lol. Oh yay! Tonight's powder bowl. :D I'm not playing, but I'm going. I can't wait to see the guys cheerleading. lol! :D I'm telling you what, the sophomores had better beat the freshman, that's all I have to say. We'll prolly lose to the seniors, but oh well. The sophomores are my buddies, and I hope they beat the freshman. Ken and his family are supposed to be coming tonight. This time of the year is always weird. Maybe it's a nostalgic time. Cause the season's changing from being mostly warm the past 5 or 6 months, to being really cold. And it's a new school year and all. It's weird, and kinda sad. Like, remembering the past. Which is why it was interesting to talk to **** last night, cause this was about the time last year when we were growing apart. :( Things were still cool about now...but right around halloween, it went downhill. Can't believe it's been a year. At least I'm over it...*Genesis 5:8*

Friday night we went out as a family to eat at Tokyo Express. That was fun. I saw Melissa, LJ, and some other people I knew there. It was cool. Yesderday was really active. :D I was supposed to hang out with Cory in the morning, but the fact that I don't have a license set in and ruined that one. :P I went with Ryan to his "gig" early. Leighton saw me and like gave me a huge hug as usual, and he was covered in sweat and white paint. haha. So yeah, their band played for a while, then I helped them take everything down and pack up. Dude, it was great, Jessica L. was there, and she screamed, it was so awesome. Oh yeah, and Sarah and Lee came too. :D yay! I love seeing them, they're so awesome, lol. So that was fun, then I went with Ryan to Mebane, and I ended up being able to hang out with Cory anyway, which was cool. :D Ryan has this duck puppet, and when you open and close it's mouth, it makes quacking sounds to the tune of songs like Old Macdonald! lol, Cory put it on, and stuck it out the window while we were driving down the highway. People were looking at us weird, it was soooo funny! We always have so much fun, we even went to Burger King, but it wasn't raining. lol, inside joke. :D Oh yeah, sidenote, I wore my "Robert is my hero" shirt to the concert, he liked it. Well, Leighton is still grounded so I still can't see him. poopie. :P I saw Ryan's new house, it's cool. He actually had FOOD in the FRIDGE! Amazing! ;) We went to the Beverage Gallery, and we were watching these funny video clips online, and suddenly, we had a big group of people standing around Ryan's laptop watching, it was funny. That was really fun. Now I'm just chilling out at home; there's not much to do. This morning started off kinda poopie, I woke up late, and got yelled at by my parents. Then, in the middle of the service, my dad came up to the balcony and made me come sit with them downstairs, so I left Josh all alone up there. Oh well. I'm just still so tired, and stressed, and just, like, blech. I'm also really confused about some stuff, and it's weirding me out. It's so much easier when you love one person, and you know you do, and that doesn't change. But it's hard to start over, and be unsure of how you feel. Especially when other people aren't helping. :P Nevermind, I make no sense. I'll just spare you, and keep the rest to myself. Besides, I need to go do hw, and watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Heck yeah! :D You can't be sad or upset while watching that movie, that's why I'm gonna go watch it... :D

This has been a week of ups and downs. Man, I swear, every teacher has given me a butt-load of homework every night this week! I have not gone to bed before 11 pm any night this week either. :P Silly teachers. I've sat outside every day, 'cept for Wednesday cause I went to the band room to hang out while Robert, Elijah, and some kid named Jeff played some music. I've had like 7 quizzes and tests altogether this week. It's been craziness! Yesterday morning, I got to school, and turns out I had to make up my school pics right then. So I threw on some eyeliner and ran into the auditorium. Lol, it was funny, they'll prolly look like crap. Well, he still has a gf, thought it wouldn't last. But I'm honestly ok now. He's an awesome friend, and at least we talk a lot, and hang out still. I'm glad for that. I guess I'll go back to being the "buddy, pal, like a guy" friend. Ha! So while all my guy friends are having girl problems, I'm there to help them out. :D Oh man, Robert got some secret admirer love note today. I felt bad for the girl, but I laughed so hard when I read it. I mean, maybe she really does like him, but she didn't even sign her name. It was all "6th grade-like". lol! Well anyways, It think the family and I are gonna go see a movie or something. :D Yay!! Imma gonna go now....

Today had some good moments, and a lot of bad ones. I have so much homework, poopie. I got a B minus on my French test, I had to take a Chem quiz that I prolly did really badly on. I got my English paper back and it was an 85..sheesh, what is wrong with me this year? :P We had a mock constitutional convention in US History today, that was fun fun fun. At lunch, we had another picnic. It was great, I brought my CD player and some old computer speakers, so we listened to music. Poor Mary Catherine, she got stung by a bee. And she's the tough one who doesn't freak out when they fly around our picnic. Daniel brought a CD that had Monty Python stuff on it, so we listened to it. :D Madrigals is gonna be fun the next few weeks, cause I'm not gonna be here for the next concert, so I get to just sing whatever part I want. :D Well, I guess the day sounds good when I talk about it, but if you only knew what happened....All I can say is I thought I finally found an awesome guy that I got along with, and everyone was good...he has a girlfriend. I'm such an idiot, and I'm sad. Oh well, I can go back to obsessing over the past...Genesis 5:8*...

What a weekend. Saturday night, I went and got food and saw Ladder 49 with Pam, Joe, and Tommy. That was so much fun. Sunday, I didn't do anything all day really except clean my room and sit around. Then, Sunday night, my mommy surprisingly let me go to band practice with Ryan instead of evening church. I had to go to church at 4 anyway though, cause Miss Becky needed my help with something, but we never ended up doing it anyway. Cory and Stew were exhausted from the family fall retreat this weekend. I felt bad for them. Travis B. went with me and Ryan to band practice. Then we had to go all the way to Durham to take him home, so Ryan dropped me with my family at Texas Roadhouse. I didn't get home till like 11 pm, so I was soooo tired today. I've never felt this tired and sick, I thought I would fall asleep in every class. :D lol. Oh yeah, Leighton, Ryan, Travis, and Robert's band are playing on Saturday at First Baptist. Robert's so funny at practices, he just plays while everyone else is like messing around, changing stuff, or arguing. :D It's funny. So I'm gonna make a shirt that says "Bass players rule" on the back, and the front will say "Robert is my hero." lol :D Well anyway, other than almost falling asleep in every class, today was a good day. I realized this weekend that I get bored and want to go back to school. Mostly to see my friends, and also to see * :D hehehe. We had a picnic outside today, I love it. We ate and sat on blankets in the beautiful sun. :D It was awesome. Hopefully it'll be sunny tomorrow so we can sit out there. I can't wait till we do our "Constitutional Convention Simulation" in US History tomorrow. Cassie is gonna be Ben Franklin. It's gonna be sooo funny. I'm excited! :D I think I'm gonna go sleep now..lol. :D

Lol, I'm so random. Man, last night was so awesome. My daddy and I went out to eat, then we went to the homecoming football game. We all thought it would be cancelled cause the sky looked really nasty. But it only rained a little bit, not too much thunder. Cassie was happy cause she got to wear her orange umbrella hat. :D We sat down by the band on the far right side of the stadium, down at the bottom by the fence so we were up close on the field. :D yay. We cheered for the band more than we cheered for the football team, cause we lost 7-14. lol. But it was still cool, cause Amanda Allen won homecoming queen! Yay!! It was hard to choose who to vote for cause I had so many friends on homecoming court. Well anyway, for the second half of the game, I sat with Linnea and Sarah with the band. They're in color guard, so it was fun. They were like, yeah, you should so do it Elizabeth, cause it's easy, and it would be fun. Can't you see me trying to twirl a big flag? lol. I'd get to go with them to competitions and stuff.:D It would be cool though, cause then...well nevermind. lol. More secrets, shhhh. ;) But after the game, Cassie, LJ, and I went to Cassie's house and watched Goonies while we ate popcorn and chocolate cake! :D It was so much fun, that movie is sooo hilarious! I ended up sleeping over, and we went to school this morning for Cassie's musical rehearsal. My mom picked me up, and we got coffee and rented some movies. Speaking on which, I'm going to go watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off right now. THE BEST MOVIE EVER!! Well, next to the Back to the Future Trilogy. I love 80's movies!! lol :D P.S. The title of this post is the lyrics to our "school anthem." lol, that's only part I remembered. Cassie knows the rest. :D

Today was like the best ever! It was Ag day, Orange black and white day, and homecoming day. We had Ag day (no class) till the end of 4th period/2nd lunch. Then we went to 5th period, but Mrs. Ingram didn't make us do anything :D. I almost fell asleep cause I was so tired. Then we were in 6th period for like 10 minutes, then we had a pep rally! It was great, it was like 45 minutes long, it was so much fun! I helped with the Beta Club carnival games during 1st and 2nd periods. Then I helped run karaoke with Mrs. Williams for 3rd period. Madrigals had to sing at the beginning of 4th. Then my mommy brought be Subway, and it made me really happy, cause I was really hungry. People tried to eat some of it, but I kept it all. :D lol. Man, lol, you might be wondering about the "crushed out" mood on this post and the last one. Yeah, not gonna talk about it yet. I choose, for once, to keep things to myself. lol :D But I can say that I'm happy because I've actually found an awesome, nice, funny, cute, did I say awesome? guy that is outside of my "church circle." I do want a Christian guy, but just, outside our church, lol. So he does not go to EBC regularly, irregularly, or anything. I don't know if he's even ever been there, lol. Not sure if anything will happen, but to be honest, I really don't care too much, and I do at the same time. Like, I don't care if I never have a bf in high school, but it'd be kinda nice to find an awesome guy. Well yeah, that's enough of that. :D hehehe (evil laugh). Last night was the fundraiser at Chick-fil-a. It went so awesome! I ended up having to WEAR a sign about our group, lol. I danced around and attracted people to us, lol. Logan ran the "prize wheel." Lots of people from church and stuff showed up! Yay! Thanks guys! But NONE OF MY FRIENDS CAME. :( I was soooo sad. I was like, not bored, but sad, cause I invited them all. Boo hoo, oh well. It still went really well, and I am excited. Well tonight is the homecoming game at Orange! Woo hoo, Go Panthers!! We'd better win, we're playing Hillside, lol. Josh Flack might get to go, not sure yet. Hahaha. Sorry, random, I was just thinking about something that had nothing to do with what I just said. Nevermind, I'm a weirdo. :D But I'm a happy weirdo! :D

Wow, I hate making up for like 4 missed days. However, it is a sacrifice I must make because I know how much everyone LOVES to read this and know every little detail of my life. :D lol. This week has been spirit week at school, and it was been freakin awesome!! Monday was fun, cause it was PJ day, and I almost fell asleep in every class because of it. Tuesday was prolly in my top two of the days. It was BLAST FROM THE PAST day!! :D Cassie and I decided to dress up from the 80's and attempted to get all of the junior class to do it. It was great! A lot of them did, I couldn't believe it! Lori brought a big black boom box, and we "jammed" to 80's music in the halls. It was awesome! Tuesday night, Ryan picked me up in the middle of band practice so I could come, but when we got there, they were done, and Leighton was doing homework. So yeah, we went and messed around in Dollar General and then had some Pop's pizza. While we were there, we found out from his sister that Clayton King was speaking at Elon, so we went!! It was so awesome! I love hearing Clayton King speak. I got home at like 11 pm though. I didn't dress up yesterday cause I was out so late, and plus it was wacky tacky day, and I didn't feel like being tacky. ABS was cool last night, but Sarah wasn't there again. :( But I got to talk to her online :D, yay! I wanna be a bridesmaid in the wedding, Sarah! lol (I don't mean Miranda's, lol). Well anyway, today was the best! It was favorite character day, and there were some AWESOME costumes. Brandon was Captain Jack Sparrow, and I swear he looked JUST LIKE HIM! He had the exact costume, he had "dirt" all over his hands and stuff, and he even had the nasty black, nappy hair. It was awesome! I was Dino the Dinosaur from the Flinstones cause Cassie was Betty, Lori was Wilma, Elijah was Fred, and Brena was Pebbles. It was great! Well yeah, Emily dressed up like Orlando Bloom in Pirates of the Caribbean, and I was thinking I should've been Elizabeth, lol. Two of my other favorite costumes were Matt H. as Willy Wonka (purple stockings and all), and Robert as Sam from Lord of the Rings!! He looked so great. :D There were also a couple "Sadaam Husseins" there today. As well as some soldiers and secret service agents! :D Well that's enough blabbing for now. Tomorrow is Ag day, Orange, Black, and White day, and Homecoming (including pep rally)!! It's gonna be the best day of the year! I only have to go to 5th period!!! Awesome!! :D....

Choir went surprisingly well tonight. It was fun, I had to play parts on the keyboard, and I had never seen the music before in my life, so I was like screwing up like crazy. :D Oh well. Ken spoke tonight, yay! It was good, I always love hearing Ken speak. Me, daddy, and the Tilleys all went to Bandito's after church tonight. That's some good stuff :D. Madison was telling us some of the Spanish she knows, it was cute. Stephanie asked me to come to the Fall Family Retreat. My family can't go, but they need child care for 2 or 3 kids, so I might do it. My way will be payed for and stuff, so that's cool. :D I think I'll do it. It's sad, cause I'll hafta miss the homecoming football game. But, you know what? We'll prolly lose NEway, lol, and I don't wanna see another loss. :P hehehe. Oh my gosh, Aaron now calls me giggles, cause he says I say "hehehe" alot! :D Oh well. Sarah's sick, and that makes me sad. I got to talk to Christina tonight. I love my Cali girl, she's so funny. I forgot to save some of the convo to put up here, oh well. I actually did all my hw this afternoon, plus some extra stuff that's not due till like Friday, cause I didn't want extra hw this week. It's SPIRIT WEEK! Tomorrow is PJ day, yay! Lol, but I can't sleep in, cause I don't wanna wear the pj's that I sleep in. Mostly cause it's hot, and I wear my "skanky pj's" tonight, then I'll wear "school-appropriate pj's" tomorrow. :D yay!
