' How can I tell that the soothing influence of tobacco upon my nervous system may not have enabled me to comport myself with calm and courtesy in some awkward personal encounter or negotiation, or carried me serenely through some critical hours of anxious waiting? How can I tell that my temper would have been as sweet or my companionship as agreeable if I had abjured from my youth the goddess Nicotine?
A good cigar is, by far, a great way to relax. Premium hand rolled cigars are very flavourful,
smooth as silk to smoke and when shared with a great glass of cognac, port, scotch, or wine it can really
be an enjoyable experience. Premium cigars are produced in Cuba, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Mexico,
Nicaragua and Jamaica. Cuban cigars are consider the very best in the world. They are silky smooth with hints of spice, nuts,
cedar, and leather in taste. My first cigar was a Romeo y Julieta Tubos #1. A great cuban. IMO the
Romeo y Julieta line are the best cubans for the money you spend on a good smoke. Other great cubans that
I've enjoyed are Cohibas, Hoya de Monterrey, Partages, H.Upmann, and Fonseca. Cigars from the Dominican Republic are lighter in taste, but are very smooth with hints of nuts, cedar,
leather and chocolate. Some famous Dominican's are Arturo Fuente, Ashton, Avo, Cuesta Rey, Davidoff,
Griffin and Licenciados. The most popular cigars from Jamaica are Macanudo. Light in taste they also
seem to have a slight grassy hint. Cigars from Honduras and Nicaragua are becoming very popular for their quality and value. Once plagued
by inferior quality due to blue fungus which ravaged the tobacco fields, these cigars are worth looking
into.

Tobacco Haven is at The Atrium on Bay, 595 Bay Street. Frank Correnti Cigar Co. at 443 King St. is a very interesting place to visit.
