Welcome to RESTASSURED.com************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Brief history: The band was started in early October of 2003 by Zach Knable, Mike Moffit, Eric Yelowitz, and their Bassist Yoshi. At first the band never could get a single practice date under their belts. Then after a few weeks they had their first practice, but not everyone showed up. Yoshi their basist soon left to join under another band. RA juggled a few different bassists until late December of 2003 when Andrew Remjnak joined under the recomendation of Eric. Zach and Mike never said no. Soon after Andrew joined the ranks of RA, the band practiced to try and thrive into a descent local NJ band. Rest Assured was nameless until Jan. of 2004 until the lead singer Eric Yelowitz had to name the band for a school contest that he entered the band in. Rest Assured auditioned for the MR.Cherokee contest that Eric had entered. RA made the cut and is currently scheduled to officially hit the stage on January 30,2004 where they will perform a Blink 182 cover "Stay Togeather For The Kids"
