Hi! My name is Richard Bilbee. I am the bass player and singer for Pen-15. I have lived in Marion, IN all of my life. I love sports. Watching them or playing them. I am on the Justice football and basketball teams. I picked up playing guitar from my dad. Matt and I have been friends since he moved here because we went to the same elementary school. When we relized our joint love for music we desided to start a band. And here we are now. The Pen-15 you know. I hope you enjoy our site and music.
