I believe its stupid to go to war with Iraq or any country, they never give you reasons NOT to attack. Its making me pissed off, everyone acts like its poor litle america, lets just go attack everyone because our government is "right" or "better" than yours, lets rub it in your face our way or no way, thats your only choice. Who are we to say whats right or wrong, who are we to just go invade anyone we want, anyones order we dont think is right becaue obviously, their beliefs are a lot different from yours, so they must be wrong. I despise bush, and the new found republians, christians, anyone who has changed the way they thought after 9/11, this couldve been prevented damnit! the whole reason we decided to attack is because of oil, oil makes money, money is what controls most americans. The media hypes it up and wants you to believe that yes everyones after us, even people who dont know much about us just want to kill us and take our land and money! so lets kill them before they have the chance! Lies all lies, i get tired of arguing, and wishing war wouldnt happen and why should i? i cant prevent anything, im nothing, im an 18 year old female atheist punk, thats all, im nothing , even the complete oppisite of the majority, the typical american. What are your Views on the current issue of war on Iraq? Do you believe its truly justified? Do you believe sending thousands of americans to kill and be killed just because our president dislikes Iraq having weapons? I mean truly what is Bush trying to prove. Maybe that he is a good president(thats laughable)or perhaps he has some hidden intentions behind his move against Iraq. I'm sure you noticed the protesters with signs that say "no blood for oil" ever stop to wonder what that means. If the U.S. goes to war with Iraq we only will be killing thousands in the name of our insane nationalism but we would be making a buck in the process. If we took Iraq that would leave guess who in charge of the oil in Iraq. Thats right the Pentagon. But no of course thats not why we want to go to war thats insane right? Thats not a good enough reason, But sadly it is. Welcome to the real world ladies and gentleman we live in a capitalist society in which the only reason o live is to make money. We wouldn't be going to war if there wasnt some economic interest involved. The U.S. economy is in a bad state of affairs but if we had all that oil in our hands we could boost the economy alot. We want to make money. Sure we want Iraq not to have weapons but whats more important to Bush? Hmm I wonder. We are also trying to show the world who is boss. We are trying to do the same thing the British did for a long time and thats to police the world. Do we truly have the right?(think long and hard on that one) oh and another thing is if we took Iraq we would establish a democracy there and who says it stops there why not replace the whole middle east with democratic governments. Oh and why stop there why not the world. Since we would be in charge of setting up and maintaning these governments it kinda be like what Joseph Stalin tried in europe after world war 2. We would be creating the American Empire. But sooner or later every Empire falls. If you support this proposed war then you truly havent opened your eyes to its true meaning. The U.S. government has evolved into a sad right wing fascist democracy(if you can even call it that)

Why should i silence myself on taking the liberty to propose negative criticism towards an unworthy money-addictive fascist government? Sure, i am only one individual, but speaking out and fighting against the system can and will make change. I call it capitalist hypocracy, not democracy. Why must the solution always revolve around WAR? I'll tell you why.....MONEY. The public see's this as an inhumane deprivation of mankind, but the one-sided suits see this as a chance to profit off of death. There is poverty, murders, starvation, and an excessive amount of people living on earth, so why not decrease that amount by sending half of them off to die for "their" country? I think any rational person would be against invading Iraq. This isn't a war for justice or liberation, its a war for money and human casualties. Bush is looking for any logical or illogical reason to invade this nation. Look at it this way, forty million Americans live below the poverty line, fifty million of them are without healthcare. Corporate crime is at a high. More damage will be done in the next 12 months then within any other presidential administration. But does any of this make headlines? Of course not.
Anti war movements are already coming into act, in Vietnam is took nearly 5 years for the first anti-war sentiment to be organized, doesn't that say something? There are anti-war demonstrations being rallied in Britain, but do these things get recognized? No, and ill tell you why...Its because anything out of the News-controlled United States will NOT get recognition, this is what we call a corporate scandal. Bush is just using the memories of the victims from 9/11 accountable for invading iraq, this is a crime, he should be held accountable for it. You cannot declare war on the middle east, or anywhere for that matter, for your own geopolitical and personal-political insecurities.
Atleast once a day, someone will say to me "Saddam Hussein is an evil dictator he should die..." blah blah blah. And yes, he is everything he has portrayed himself to be. But he was the same damn person back when the United States was allied with him, when he DID use his weapons for mass destruction, chemical weapons, in the Iran/Iraq war and on the Kurdish people within his OWN borders. When this was occuring, we were his ally, so we simply smiled and let him go on with himself. Strange, isnt it? The US will side with any blood-addicted criminal as long as they conform to our standards and kiss Uncle Sam's ass. But as soon as they disobey our orders, the troops leave their ports and war breaks loose. (br) The war on Iraq has been nonstop since 1991, it may not have been recognized as much (dare to wonder why?). But since the beginning of this year, the US has placed 30 to 40 bombings on Iraqi soil. On January 8th, the US bombed ten different sites, yet it barely appeared on the front pages of news papers in the united states. Less then 8-12 hours after the 9/11 attacks, US troops were already invading the middle east, yet Saddam and Bin Laden were not even proven to be responsible. Due to economic embargo (the lack of American trade with Iraq since "everyone in the middle east is a terrorist") 500,000 Iraqi children have lost their lives. Is it because they belong to Al Qaeda? Were they part of the Taliban? No, they are innocent civilians who lost their lives due to the decrease in medical care and abundant food resources, or in other words, THE US POLICY. So basically...our tax dollars are going towards killing innocent children half-way around the globe. Disgusting.
So this war is supposed to abolish terrorism? Threatening an already pissed-off nation will do nothing but irritate a very volatile region and increase terrorism around the world. We are economically and politically trying to control other countries, why the fuck do we have to invade every damn thing that seems "appealing" to us? People are more afraid of Bush then they are of Saddam, why is this? It's because Bush knows Iraq has the second-largest proven oil reserves then any other country. He knows that controlling this oil supply will give him automatic dominance over all other nations that are dependent on Iraqi oil. He's so frustrated because he can't get this war started, and its because people know what he's up to (not all, some are more easily-manipulated then others). Saddly, those who oppose war don't get much media-consultation or recognition by anyone who has the authority to make a stand against bush. We can have anti-war movements, sign patitions, scream our fuckin lungs out on the streets but will Bush give a damn? Of course not. He'll just continue sipping his chapagne choking on pretzels.
So, this democracy is so great, isnt it? Psh. Look at how rigged the elections were. Due to the fuckin electoral college, bush won the election. Or was there more behind it? I mean his father was president before, which basically gives him a red-carpet walk into the office, right? Remember the controversy with the votes in Florida during the election? His father was accountable for getting those votes, seems a bit suspicious, doesnt it?

I guess the wars pretty much over, you cant help but wonder where the fuck is saddam? What about north korea and what happened to worrying about Osama Bin Laden? Now everyones praising bush, this whole new plan for "liberating" Iraq, this so called war has ended for right now, so we dont have to pretend we care anymore. Which is pretty sad, iraq has just been freed from oppression, but now wha? Its just going to be America Jr. You realize that anyone who is a potential threat is just going to end up fucked over and their culture will be raped by ours. I hear theres people goinver with care packages for the civilians, containing food and christian babble. Pretty much were going in there saying well hey we saved your asses from an oppressive dictator, now you just owe us your beliefs, go christian! Big fucking shock, this isnt sick? were fighting evil with evil.
I was in some aol chat room the other night, and some dumbass was saying that we should just nuke everyone over there and that we should kill all the "Ragheads", this should be considered thoughts of genocide, who else liked that idea? Hitler, he practiced this. These redneck assholes think tihs is right. Look at america, we have plenty of problems of our own, we should fix ourselves first befor we go in and say oh you dont live right, we'll make you live our way! We can go back to not caring, face it were not generous were not a "peaceful" people as said bush. 4000 children die each day from starvation and bad condtions, while millions of dollars are thrown away at bombs.
