My Thoughts on Homophobia (LAST UPDATE: 9/30/03)
Why must people focus purely on ones sexuality? I for one dont care how someone loves, its not my business and its not yours, what gives you the right to say its wrong for people of the same sex to be together? I hate when people use it as an insult, its disgusting, theres no reason to say gay as an insult, why should you, why does it even matter, why cant you look at someone for their personality, instead of just being prejudice about what they are. Now we've got double standards (sexist might i add), they make it in society seem like its somehow okay, or better to be a lesbian (of course these girls are typical bleached blonde fake tanned..etc) so of course its okay than, i mean you could go to school and find jocktypes practically drulling over bisexual girls/lesbians, and you have it where, oh its ok for women to be together becauseits "beautiful" but men? oh wait, its disgusting. Who are you to define beauty? As soon as theres a guy whos bi or gay, these people have to jump all over him and harass him, they got to make it seem like there defending their masculinity by making someone else feel less human and somewhat scared of what they naturally are. Whats the problem with being gay? What its not "Gods" way? what a bunch of bullshit, more like its not societys way because obviously you have to conform and be a male/female couple instead of a same sex couple, which promotes diversity in a great way. The word "Fag" "queer" "your so gay" "thats so gay" what the fuc, why isnt it considered prejudice but insultng race is? (neither are okay)

For some stupid reason i was bored last night at 2am and decided to watch a dumb show known as the 'o reily factor' i hate that guy, he bugs the hell out of me and its kinda scary to think that its the most watched show on cable. Anyhow they came across an issue thats been avoided for the longest time "Bullying" and how to stop it and pretty much eliminate it from happening to anyone. Which is a good thing, no one ever pointed out the ones harassing the columbine kids, they only pointed out the "wrong" music they listened to and the movies and the empact video games had on them. (etc etc nonsense blah blah blah)Hell i was bullied for a while till i took a stand and told em to fuck off. So than something that obviously has a huge role in society came up, Homophobia. I was surprised to see that bill o reily actually was opposed to kids getting called "fags" and every 6th grader say "thats so gay", than some dumb bitch comes on and says that she doesnt really care about the homophobia issue, which is obviously the biggest, of course if you are a guy and some other kid hates you the first remark you get called is gay or a fag, acting like a sexuality that isnt the norm is such a bad thing. Fuck that, i hated having to hear that through school and i remember gay pride day and the stupid jocks who wore "pride in being straight" whats there to be proud of? Your sexuality is already accepted idiot! Than bill o reily said that sexuality is a part of school and shouldnt be open and that no one should know about anyone elses sex life, which is kinda agreeable i prefer not to know whos fucking who cause i dont really care and i knew it was all a big circle anyways. He than said "well the girls who have a lot of sex partners are sluts and easy" That bugged me, i dont know why i get pissed off from hearing that when i have a weird point of view on feminism (no not man hating its actually about equality if you arent a bastard about it) My whole problem is i dont want to be objectified i dont wanna be treated like im just tits and ass im a person, BUT i dont think it matters if a girl sleeps with a lot of guys, when if the guy does it hes a hero. Thats another thing, if you dont get laid and you dont play around on females in school somehow you arent as much of a man. Thats so stupid, i hate that ideal that society has set on guys, It doesnt make you more of a man if you fuck around and it doesnt make you a hero it makes you look sloppy (as of the chicks but dont think that the girls have the key, hell i get horny as hell too and im not a whore for that) I dont know, i dont think anyone should have to play up to standards or roles of society cause its bullshit and i refuse to conform to that. Sooner or later if ound myself laughing at these assholes on this show, so arrogant, They had a guy from the gay/lesbian alliance and they woldnt even let him get a word in, they always do that, i hate foxnetwork news, "fair and balenced" my ass, onesided more like it. These two were trying to be peaceful, but they obviously were homophobic twats. The woman said that her organization (i forget what it was it was 2am) was against bullying but didnt want 'children' thinking that gay/bi/les was alright. Or that it was okay to be gay or have a different than hetero lifestyle. Which is stupid, she said that she doesnt want to have children exposed to sexuality at a young age, well sweetheart the thing is, even straight sex IS sex. All sexuality is sexuality, there is no right one, I suppose you are just following your dumb christian ethics and RULES, but give it a fucking rest, approach it your own way instead of just following rules of a fucking book, make your own rules. Dont ever let society think that your less of a human for not following a contradicting religion like that, Dont ever let anyone treat you like trash when they dont know what the fuck there taling abuot. Fuck that Shit.
