This is the rare and timid Hal, he is a native of Kentucky, but has been relocated to Ontario, Canada where he has now found his new niche. Note the stance he takes in the background picture. Hal, in feeling that his creative judgements were being threatened (IF NOT COMPLETELY FUCKING IGNORED) used this particularly amusing defence mechanism, notice the middle finger erect in the air, and his upper lip pulled away from his upper row of teeth, seemingly telling E! that they can take their show and stuff it up any random ass.
